    Feel like traveling in Tokyo

    I stayed here on the way back after picking up my family at Haneda Airport. You pass through the Grand-side lobby, but it was crowded and noisy with inbound travelers, so choosing this place was the right decision. With its location near Haneda Airport, a natural Onsen, spacious Rooms, and excellent hospitality, we were able to enjoy an escape from everyday life without leaving Tokyo. When it’s hard for the whole family to travel far, I’d like to stay here again as a mini getaway.

    I was able to relax at the Onsen Facility and was satisfied with the service and meals, but...

    After seeing my friend off at Haneda Airport’s departure lobby, I wanted to relax as well, so I stayed for one night because the well-equipped Onsen Facility caught my eye. The Room, hospitality, and meals (I only had breakfast) were all satisfying, but I was very disappointed that the refrigerator in my Room seemed to be broken and did not cool drinks at all. While issues like this can happen abroad, I would appreciate more thorough checks of the facilities.

    Wonderful

    Unbeatable convenience with direct airport access The Premier lobby has a calm atmosphere. It is a quiet, high-quality space, and the refined staff welcomed us warmly. With their attentive service and luxurious setting, we had a very comfortable stay. Before our stay, we were concerned about our flight arrival due to the weather and contacted the property; the staff responded politely with outstanding hospitality, which left a strong impression. Thanks to them, we were able to enjoy an exceptional experience and spend a wonderful time. We sincerely appreciate it.

    A comfortable and relaxing Hotel—Izumi Tenku no Yu is the best.

    This Hotel is directly connected to Haneda Airport Terminal 3, and it felt perfect not only for staying the night before an early-morning flight, but also for an extra night after returning from a trip before heading home. This time, I visited Terminal 3 for the first time specifically to stay at this Hotel. Even though it’s “directly connected,” there is still a fair walk from the terminal. However, with plenty of shops and restaurants along the way, you can enjoy the airport atmosphere as you go, so the distance didn’t bother me much. If anything, it kept the excitement of travel going—I headed to the Hotel feeling genuinely thrilled. The Hotel consists of Villa Fontaine Grand and Villa Fontaine Premier facing each other. Given the location, there were many international travelers and the area was lively, but most of that energy was on the Grand side. The Premier lobby had a calm atmosphere—quiet and refined—so I was able to relax comfortably. What especially stood out was the aroma service. You can choose your favorite aroma oil in the lobby, drip it onto cotton, and take it back to your Room. It was my first time staying at a Hotel where I could enjoy my preferred scent in my Room, and I really appreciated this thoughtful touch. The guest Room wasn’t too big or too small—just comfortably spacious. Outside the window, I could see a river sparkling in sunlight, offering a view that felt different from typical central-city Hotels. It wasn’t just convenient because of its direct airport access; it was also a place where you can truly enjoy a calm stay. Above all else, Sento Tenku no Yu—the open-air bath—was amazing. There were even tubs designed for soaking while lying down (I think), which made it feel wonderfully open and relaxing. There are also plenty of dining options inside, plus areas where you can lie down and unwind for as long as you like. It was such a comfortable Hotel that I’d want to use both at the start and end of any trip.

    It was a great accommodation.

    The breakfast bread was underwhelming. I had higher expectations for the Hotel’s bread, so it was disappointing. The omelet also lacked flavor. It would have been even better if the bath area had been a bit less crowded... Other than that, everything was very satisfying. Thank you very much.

    It was luxurious.

    The Room was clean and spacious enough. I was able to relax and rest well. The amenities also felt high quality. As for the service, guidance was quick and I was satisfied. Regarding the Onsen baths, I used both the in-room bath and the large public bath, and both were clean and satisfying. In particular, the large public bath had towels provided, and there was also an area where you could eat within part of the public-bath space, which felt very convenient. The Facility was spotless—nothing to complain about. I also appreciated that there was plenty of space in the Room to open a suitcase. We only had breakfast, but there were strawberries at the buffet, which made my child very happy. The wide variety of yogurt and milk options was another big plus. The main dish was also very tasty. At first, we mistakenly went to the neighboring Grande, which was extremely crowded and took a long time before we could be assisted. Compared with that experience, Premium was quiet with quick assistance, so overall satisfaction was very high. The peaceful atmosphere left a great impression as well. We stayed this time because our flight the next day was early, but I would like to stay again.

    Simply the best.

    This time, we used the Executive Room for a day-use stay. I forgot to make a Reservation for parking, but I’m glad we stayed here. The view from the Room was beautiful, and the Room itself was excellent. It was a bit too spacious for two people, though. We’d love to stay again. Thank you for helping us create wonderful memories.

    We welcomed the New Year slowly, leisurely, and comfortably.

    The delicious breakfast and the comfortable room helped us unwind from the year-end fatigue. From the room, the restaurant, and even from Izumi Tenku no SPA, we could enjoy beautiful views of Mt. Fuji and airplanes, making it feel like a sightseeing trip rather than being in Tokyo. We would love to stay here again if we have another opportunity. Thank you for your hospitality!

    The Premier check-in counter is located at the back and can be hard to find.

    The check-in counters for two hotels are located together on the 4th floor. The counter straight ahead when you come up the escalator is for the non-Premier hotel. The self check-in machine shows an error, but it doesn’t explain why, so you have no choice but to wait in line. After waiting, you’re told this isn’t the right place. There should be clearer signage, or Premier guests should be able to check in at either counter or via the self check-in machines. Check-in is the first point of contact and a crucial part of the stay experience.

    Friday night, Novemb...

    Friday night, November 21, 2025. While everyone else was celebrating “Hana-Kin,” I landed at Haneda Airport—not for a flight, but to be embraced by a grand rose blooming in the concrete jungle: Villa Fontaine Premier Haneda Airport. Let me get to the point. This is not just a Hotel. It’s a first-class training ground that makes you realize just how powerless you become when Sumitomo Realty & Development truly goes all in. The Room is so spacious it changes how your voice echoes After checking in, the moment I opened the Room door, my internal GPS glitched. “…So big!!!” Picture this: the Tokyo Business Hotel “rule” of having no place to stand once you open your suitcase gets completely shattered here. It’s so large you practically need a light walk just to get from the bed to the toilet. Needless to say, everything is spotless. The level of cleanliness is so perfect it makes you wonder if forensic investigators already processed the scene. And then there are the amenities—an unspoken message from the Hotel saying, “Use these and become beautiful.” There are enough that if you took them all home your bag would be stuffed… and of course I did. That’s my style. Drinks: “liquid jewels” The moment I opened the door, it felt like rays of light poured in. Beer Essential for a Friday night—and ice-cold. White wine Never thought I’d be downing white wine in my Room at an airport-connected Hotel. Just pouring it into a glass makes you feel like royalty. Orange juice & sparkling water Chasers fully prepared. Coffee machine Black holy water that promises tomorrow morning’s wake-up call. They’re all sitting there as if to say, “Help yourself.” The instant I saw this lineup, my self-control snapped. Sipping white wine while looking out at the night view—this place is more than enough as a stage set for playing dress-up as a “successful person.” Large public bath: Izumi Tenku no Yu—so popular it becomes an ode to humanity This Hotel has its ultimate weapon: Izumi Tenku no Yu. Of course I jumped right in. But everyone thinks alike. It’s crowded—overwhelmingly crowded.

    Staycation

    The moment I entered the entrance, the tranquility and the thoughtful hospitality at the front desk were so comforting and healing. I relaxed my body in the Onsen and enjoyed the unique scenery of Haneda! The room was also very calming, and next time, I think it would be nice to leisurely enjoy a bath in the room... I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

    The Onsen on the 12th floor was truly enjoyable before departure. The room was spacious, and although the price was high, it was satisfying. A direct walkway from the 2nd floor connects to the T3 arrival lobby, and it's just a 5-minute walk from the Hotel to the departure counters on the 3rd floor via escalator. It was very convenient. Additionally, the 1st and 2nd floors of the Hotel have plenty of souvenir shops and restaurants, which were also very convenient.

    I stayed at a hotel ...

    I stayed at a hotel near Haneda Airport for the first time due to an early departure the next day. Overall, it was a great experience. The young staff showed a sincere effort to provide excellent service. The adjacent onsen was slightly crowded, but the massage provided by a young male staff member was excellent, with attentive and heartfelt care, and I also enjoyed the sauna. I will definitely use this accommodation again for early morning flights.

    Housekeeping that enters the Room without permission

    I turned on the "Do not Disturb" button as I did not want anyone to enter the Room and went out, but when I returned to the Room at night, I found that the bed had been made, and my personal belongings, such as my PJ, which I had left on the bed, were neatly folded, which gave me chills. I also wondered if the cosmetics I had left out were touched, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. When I reported this to the front desk, I was told that a foreign trainee had mistakenly cleaned the Room. Mistakenly? The person who responded over the phone was very polite, but it seemed that their superior, who was likely nearby, did not take over the call, as if to say, "What are you complaining about just because we mistakenly entered and cleaned a guest's Room?" It felt like they did not take the matter seriously, and I thought, "This is the kind of Property this is." I have stayed at various Hotels, including overseas, but this was the first time I experienced something like this, and the fact that it happened in Japan made me feel a sense of crisis.

    Luxury before departure

    Until now, I have only stayed in the Grand (even the Standard Room) at Villa Fontaine, as my reservation timing was always late, but this time I finally stayed in the Premier. It was a room where I could spend luxurious time before departure. Compared to the self-check-in at the Grand, the Premier has staff who check you in, which is reassuring. The room was spacious, and it didn't feel like an airport hotel, allowing for a relaxing stay. Also, it's nice that the drinks in the refrigerator can be consumed without additional charges. The Sky Spa was crowded on New Year's Eve, but not as much as I expected, and I enjoyed the hot water at a leisurely pace.
