    A Stylish Hotel in Kitashinchi

    This Hotel had a cozy atmosphere, and the lounge and Room reflected great taste. The location was excellent for dining out, and it was convenient—within walking distance for a stroll around Nakanoshima and the Umeda area. I would gladly stay here again when visiting Osaka.

    The calm atmosphere was wonderful.

    Thank you very much for having us this time. Since we had early check-in, we headed over early, but arrived even earlier than expected and planned to wait next to the front desk until check-in time. However, the Room was already ready, so we were able to check in even earlier and relax. The Room was clean, and there were no missing amenities, so we had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast the next morning was also delicious. We chose the Japanese set meal, and fruit, steamed vegetables, bread, and drinks were served buffet-style, so we enjoyed plenty and were very satisfied. We would love to stay again.

    Maybe it used to be better.

    I mistakenly made a Reservation on IKYU several months in advance. When I contacted them immediately, I was passed back and forth between IKYU and the Hotel. In the end, even though I canceled right away for a Reservation months ahead, I was charged a 100% Cancellation Fee. I understand Cancellation Fees for same-day or last-minute cancellations, but this was disappointing. The coin laundry at the far end had cracked panels inside. In a Room with a bathtub where I stayed previously, there was mold in the bathroom and the pillows smelled. This used to be one of my favorites, but perhaps due to staff shortages, I feel that other hotels at the same price offer better cancellation support and newer facilities, with higher-quality saunas and baths—so I may stay here less often. I also find Jalan easier to use than IKYU and simpler for cancellations. It’s very disappointing because I really liked this place.

    I really liked the room design and the firmness of the bed mattress—it suited my preferences perfectly. I’d love to stay again from time to time to forget the busyness of everyday life and simply enjoy my time here.

    I stayed here for my birthday. When I entered the Room, there was a message card and other thoughtful touches, and they arranged a Room with a great view as I had requested in advance, which I was very satisfied with. I originally planned to stay for two nights, but I liked it so much that I extended my stay by one more night. When I visit Osaka again, I would love to stay at Zentis again. Thank you very much.

    A stylish and comfortable Hotel

    This was my first time staying here. It was a comfortable Hotel with an elegant atmosphere throughout. The bed mattress width and firmness were exactly to my liking. The room design was also excellent, and I regretted not choosing this Hotel sooner. However, since the Hotel does not have parking, it was a bit of a hassle to find nearby parking. There are many restaurants in the area as well, so the location is very convenient.

    A Hotel You'll Want to Stay at Again and Again

    I’d grown tired of the excessive amenities, unnecessary services and fees at well-known brand Hotels—and the declining quality that often comes with them—so lately I’ve been looking for rational, minimalist Hotels that prioritize quality. This place was by far the best among them. The Room layout and ease of use are thoughtfully planned down to the smallest details; the design and color palette are refined; there’s nothing unnecessary, yet the amenities are high quality; everything is in perfect condition, from the shower water pressure to every small detail; there’s a laundry that is incredibly useful for long-term guests; and even the free coffee and tea in the lounge are not cheap compromises. On top of that, all staff were consistently gentle, knowledgeable, and able to communicate properly in English—overall it was an outstanding stay in more ways than I can fully write here. The restaurant food was also delicious, and I found the landscaped trees visible from the window very soothing. I definitely want to stay again—this is a Hotel I’d love to return to for its calm atmosphere: unpretentious with no flashy showiness at all. Thank you for taking care of us for three nights.

    It was a comfortable Hotel stay!

    The simple yet stylish interior made for a very comfortable stay. The Room’s bathtub was spacious, and the breakfast was delicious, making it a wonderful day overall. Personally, I especially recommend the comfort of the bed and the pajamas. This is a Hotel I would gladly recommend to family and friends.

    A stylish, comfortable Hotel

    It was a very comfortable Room. The lobby and lounge also had wonderful interior design. Both the lounge coffee and the breakfast coffee were delicious, and I was very satisfied. I chose the American breakfast, but the Japanese set also looked tasty. There were many guests from Europe and North America, and I imagine they choose this Hotel for its spacious Room layout and comfort. The only thing that bothered me was that the TV controls were hard to understand. I’m not used to using an Apple TV remote, and when I tried to check out from the Room it gave an error, so in the end I couldn’t do it. It would have been better to have clearer instructions on how to use it. Other than that, it was more comfortable than the price suggests, and I truly enjoyed my Hotel stay for the first time in a while.

    A Hidden Gem in the City

    Coffee and tea are available 24 hours a day, and both the clean lobby and well-equipped rooms made the stay very comfortable. If there’s another festival live show, I’d like to stay here again.

    I was able to relax and unwind in a stylish space. Since the Room only had a shower, my only regret is that I should have chosen a Room with a bathtub.

    This is my fourth stay.

    I’m leaving a Review this time because I had a few concerns. It’s a very clean Hotel, and I like it because there are many guests from overseas. The design is very stylish, but whenever I use the bath and shower, the bath mat ends up soaking wet. The complimentary canned mineral water in the Room had already been opened, so it felt unpleasant and I didn’t drink it. Also, at breakfast, being shown to a seat and then left unattended was uncomfortable. That said, check-in was smooth, and overall I think it’s a very good Hotel!

    Excellent. I’d love to stay here again.

    The Hotel was a calming space throughout, with a refined, quiet, and warmly designed atmosphere. The Room furnishings were thoughtfully arranged with excellent flow, making everything easy to use and completely stress-free, so I had a very comfortable stay. I almost wanted to skip going out and stay in the Room the whole time. It’s a Hotel that made me think, “Whenever I stay in Osaka, I want to stay here every time!”

    This was my second stay. There was no deodorant spray in the Room. I searched around the hangers and storage, but couldn't find it. Is it not provided as a standard? For breakfast, there used to be freshly baked croissants, but now they have been replaced with cold croissants in a half-buffet style. The service at the breakfast venue was good. Check-in was crowded, which is understandable, but foreign guests who arrived later were attended to first. Was it because I am Japanese?

    First time using it!

    This was my first time using this accommodation as my usual hotel nearby had closed down. Check-in was smooth, and the interior design of the facility was very stylish and pleasant. The breakfast focused on presentation but felt slightly lacking in quantity. The room was also very stylish and functional, making me want to stay here again next time.

    Convenient power outlets located throughout the Room

    I made a Reservation because of the convenient location for visiting shops in Kitashinchi. The female staff at check-in was friendly and provided pleasant service. The Room had a natural color tone, and the best part was having plenty of outlets throughout the Room. It's great to have many outlets like this Hotel, as some Hotels have very few. I enjoyed fragrances at the fragrance bar inside Room001 on the 2nd floor, which was a unique Facility I experienced for the first time. Unfortunately, I couldn't try breakfast this time, but I would like to enjoy it on my next visit if possible.

    This accommodation was for watching a soccer match. Although Shin-Osaka would have been more convenient, it only had business hotels with small rooms. Since I like the Palace Hotel in Marunouchi, I chose this place despite being slightly less convenient. The room was spacious, neat, and stylish with a calm tone that felt appealing to women. The surrounding area seemed like an office district on weekdays, similar to Kyobashi or Nihonbashi, so it was quiet and pleasant during the weekend. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Relax in a luxurious and elegant space.

    This was my first stay. The lobby and guest rooms feature interiors and furniture that perfectly balance luxury and style, showcasing great taste. The bed in the guest room was slightly soft, which suited me perfectly. With a standard checkout time of 12 PM, I had plenty of time to relax and even take a nap after breakfast. Breakfast included both menu options and a partial buffet style, with dishes arriving promptly upon order, which was excellent. However, I felt there was room for improvement as the portioned butter wasn't replenished at the buffet, and there was only one toaster available for warming food, leading to some waiting time.

    Surrounded by urban greenery, the lobby and guest rooms were comfortable and relaxing. As part of the Palace Hotel group, it met my expectations. However, as mentioned in other reviews, the staff gave a very dry impression, speaking only when necessary, and I had to carry my own luggage. If you're expecting the warmth and friendliness often associated with Osaka locals, you might be disappointed. Breakfast was surprising in many ways. Supervised by a Michelin-starred chef, it was far from an ordinary breakfast—miso soup with roasted pork, fried dishes, raw items during this hot season—it required energy just to eat and left me feeling tired first thing in the morning. It didn’t suit my taste at all. The service is vastly different from that of Tokyo's Palace Hotel; of course, there is a price difference as well.

    Stay with friends and their spouse on August 14th and 15th during Obon.

    Within walking distance from Osaka Station, we dined in Kitashinchi. We stayed in a Corner Twin Room. The room was spacious, clean, and provided a comfortable stay. Breakfast offered choices of Japanese, Western, or vegan options, along with access to the buffet, all of which were very delicious. Free drinks were available on the first floor, which was highly satisfying. All staff members were friendly and provided excellent service. We will use this accommodation again.

    The hair dryer's intake vent is clogged with dust, resulting in very weak airflow.

    Would love to stay again.

    The Room is comfortable, the lounge on the first floor offers books to read, breakfast is delicious, and access is convenient as it’s directly connected to the underground passage. It’s a very nice Hotel, and I would love to stay here again.

    Generally acceptable.

    The shower drainage was not very effective, causing the bath mat outside to get soaked. Other than that, the stay was relaxing, and the breakfast was delicious.

    It was a warm and wonderful Hotel.

    I stayed at the accommodation before my birthday. Even though I checked in late, I was warmly welcomed, and there was thoughtful service in the room. It made me very happy. The room, hallway, and elevator hall were all quiet and exceptionally clean. Given its convenient location just a short walk from Kitashinchi, I expected it to be noisy, but it was very quiet and a wonderful hotel. One small concern: is the shampoo holder in the shower room designed that way? It felt like it might fall, which was a bit worrying. Overall, it was an accommodation with staff and atmosphere that make me want to return many times. Thank you very much!

    For those who don't need a bathtub, this is perfect! The room is spacious and clean, with excellent convenience. While many international guests stay here due to its popularity, it remains quiet and peaceful. The coffee service on the first floor was a delightful touch, making for an exceptional business trip stay.

However, there was one issue—there were no skincare amenities provided. I usually carry my own but forgot this time, so when I went to take a shower, I couldn't find any. In the end, I used hand cream as a substitute. Perhaps this is part of the charm of traveling...
