    A Highly Satisfying Hotel

    I had been wanting to stay at this highly rated Hotel for some time. In addition to the design, the restaurant and room service were excellent, and the Hotel’s facilities were well maintained, so I was very satisfied. Being able to enjoy records was also a great added value. Thank you very much.

    The Hotel is charming but too cold.

    This was my second stay. The hotel overall and the rooms are very cute. The staff, regardless of their position, were kind and provided attentive service. However, the room and bathroom were too cold... I didn't notice this during my previous stay in the summer to autumn season. The room's heating was extremely ineffective, and when I inquired via the intercom, I was told that "the air conditioning is centrally controlled for the entire facility, so we cannot increase the temperature further." When I requested a blanket, they kindly brought me a large, thick blanket that felt like a warm comforter. Thank you for your kindness. Even though the room was cold, there was no air conditioning in the bathroom either—it was even colder there... Even soaking in the bathtub didn't help with warmth. It was so cold that I couldn't use the provided loungewear; instead, I wore my down jacket until bedtime to stay warm. Since we stayed in a high-ceilinged room, that might have contributed to it as well; however, personally speaking, I wouldn't recommend staying here during winter...
