  Two disappointing points

  I have used this Property about 5 to 6 times since my first stay approximately three years ago. This time, I would like to comment on two disappointing points. Firstly, while there used to be more Japanese guests, recently it seems that the number of foreign guests has increased significantly. Perhaps due to cultural differences, I noticed a Southeast Asian guest with full-body tattoos entering the bath in half pants at the public bath. The Hotel seems to prohibit tattoos and I would like you to strongly guide guests again on how to use and bathe in the public bath properly. Additionally, although my Diamond benefit allows for a checkout at 12 PM, I received a call mistakenly stating it was at 11 AM. I informed them of my Diamond benefit but received a response saying they would check immediately. This is something that occasionally happens at other Hotels as well; rather than feeling angry, it's more of an "again?" feeling but before contacting me, perhaps they (the Hotel side) should confirm whether they are mistaken or if they've overlooked any benefits? It might be better if you could verify these things before reaching out. In any situation, please act by questioning yourself first before doubting others.

  I slept soundly.

  I used to stay frequently when it first opened. The dinner buffet was replaced with a course menu. You can also order your favorite items à la carte. It was delicious. I felt full, warmed up in the large public bath, and applied the permanent Thalgo beauty serum. I slept soundly.

  New Year's Trip

  I go out every New Year. Since my daughter lives in Tokyo, I stay there for one night before departing. Upon arrival, we were treated to a lion dance, and my husband, who takes great care of his car, was pleased that the parking fee was a flat rate for the day, even when we left the spacious parking lot. The large public bath was nice, but since it was New Year, I wished there were dining options other than the buffet.

  A modern and stylish Hotel

  It was a modern Hotel as shown in the photos. There was a large Christmas tree in the lobby, which was lovely. I could also see the Skytree from the window. All the staff were kind and responded with a smile, which made me feel good. If I may say, the breakfast could be improved for a more luxurious feel, but with only three stops to Tokyo Station, the access is very good, and I would like to use it again.

  The best value for money Hotel

  Close to Tokyo Station, with new facilities, and a convenience store inside the hotel, it's a perfect hotel, so I revisited with a friend! The hairdryer and showerhead in the large public bath have been changed to Refa, which is a big plus! I will visit again!

  The family room is excellent.

  I made a reservation to stay in a family room because my child wanted to try sleeping in a bunk bed. As expected from the Prince Hotel, the facilities and rooms were clean, and having a convenience store was very convenient. There was also a large public bath, allowing us to refresh ourselves. It was close to Shiomi Station, and even though we live nearby, we were able to experience an extraordinary time and were very satisfied as a parent and child. The Christmas tree was beautiful.
