    Stay with Your Dog

    Stayed with my dog for 3 nights, and the Room, service, and bath were all excellent. As for breakfast bread, both Marukiya's and Shizuya's bread were delicious. All drinks, including ice cream and beer, were free, which was very satisfying. Thank you very much!

    The only good thing was that dogs were allowed to stay.

    It was nice to be able to stay with three small dogs, but other than that, I was disappointed. It was extremely cold. Even with the air conditioner running at full capacity, there was only one air conditioner that didn't match the size of the Room, and it didn't warm up at all even after running it all night. There might be a louver in front of the air conditioner to make it less visible, but since the airflow accumulates there, perhaps due to the temperature sensor, the air conditioner didn't function at all. Is it just this Room? The dogs might have been unable to sleep due to the cold at night and started barking, so I was worried about noise complaints and couldn't rest at all. I was disappointed.

    The air conditioner is not working.

    The air conditioning was not working, and with only one futon, I caught a cold, so I would like to request improvements to the Facility. Also, the lighting was dim, which posed a challenge for spending time comfortably indoors. It felt like a waste given the good location. It was good that the Room could be changed immediately on the same day.

    Kyoto Trip Day 1

    I stayed here after visiting USJ in Osaka. The location was great and stylish, and the lounge offered an all-you-can-eat and drink service! I would love to stay here again!

    I felt that it is more suitable for couples and should avoid being business-oriented.

    Since it was a long holiday, I couldn't reserve a different hotel than usual, so I chose this hotel, but despite the high price, there were several concerns. - The cleaning of the room and bath was not thorough - The room had a handmade feel that might not suit everyone (I also found it too dark) - Breakfast was left out - There were weak spots in the Wifi (near the front desk on the first floor) - There was no one at the front desk, so help had to come from elsewhere when needed - The location and entrance of the hotel were hard to find (it might be troublesome the first time you go) It might be good for couples to stay and enjoy without being disturbed by anyone, but as a substitute for a Business Hotel, it left a strict impression. However, I was a bit pleased that Haagen-Dazs ice cream and beer were all-you-can-eat and drink.
