    We’d love to stay with you again.

    Thank you always for your kind support. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming with a smile, and the Facility is always spotless and feels very clean. Whenever I come to Osaka to attend a live show, I stay here every time. The train connections are convenient, and I would love to stay again next time. Thank you very much for everything.

    Pros and Cons of a Corner Room

    The corner Room is appealing for its views from windows on two sides, so I booked expecting the view shown in the listing photos. Unfortunately, my Room was on a low floor and the only view was of the windows of a building across the road. Also, since the curtains are not automatic, opening and closing them manually in a corner Room was quite inconvenient. I think there would be less confusion if Wide View Corner Double Rooms were also available on higher floors like other Rooms.

    Great value Hotel

    We spent the New Year holidays here as a family of four. The lounge on the front desk floor was great, with drinks available anytime. The Room was clean, and this is a Hotel with excellent value for money. We also liked the design of the staff uniforms.

    Title: A Great Choice Even from an International Perspective

    We stayed at the accommodation for three days. To consider environmental conservation and our convenience, we declined room cleaning and requested only towel replacements. 【Room Review】 The room was quiet and overall very comfortable. Although there were no facilities like air purifiers or humidifiers, the humidity, air quality, and odor in the room were well-managed. 【Bathroom and View】 The bathroom and toilet were extremely clean! The view from the balcony was pleasant, offering a sense of openness. 【Noise】 Due to the structure with a balcony, soundproofing was slightly noticeable. Out of three nights, on one night we could hear some conversation from the neighboring room, and on another night there was engine noise from what seemed like motorcyclists outside. On a scale of "1 (quiet) to 5 (noisy)," I would rate it around "2.5." Personally, it was within my tolerance as I am not particularly sensitive to noise; however, for those who are highly sensitive to sound, I recommend requesting a higher floor above the 13th level. Overall, it was a highly satisfying stay. Thank you very much!

    Relax in the lounge.

    It was a holiday, and I couldn't book my usual place, so I chose this Hotel while wondering what to do. It turned out to be a wonderful hit again. Enjoying a relaxing coffee in the lounge was the best. The Room and Facility were well-equipped, and I had a great time watching Netflix at night. Definitely worth revisiting!

    Comfortable and beloved Hotel

    The mattresses are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff is friendly, and the lobby offers a variety of drinks to enjoy. It's very convenient if you're visiting the Expo. However, it might feel a bit inconvenient for trips to Universal Studios Japan. There are curry and ramen restaurants nearby that stay open late for your convenience.

    It was great.

    The Room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I felt safe staying alone as a woman. It was also convenient to walk to Shinsaibashi for my errands. I liked it so much that I would love to stay at this Hotel again in the future.

    It was very disappointing.

    I planned to stay for 3 nights and 4 days during the Obon holiday but changed it to a one-night stay due to the extremely unclean bathroom. I had frequently used this accommodation about two years ago, staying over 10 times in total, but I will never use it again. Attached are photos showing dust on the room lights and severe mold on the shower nozzle. I unknowingly used it, which made that day very unpleasant. I immediately called the front desk requesting a refund for three nights as I wanted to arrange an alternative hotel quickly, but they refused outright and provided poor service. After negotiation, they refunded two nights' worth of my stay; however, I did not want to pay for such an unclean room at all. The next day, I arranged another hotel but had no choice but to pack up my belongings and move while also altering my plans—yet no sincere response was offered from their side. If this were a budget business hotel, I would have said nothing; however, at this price range, such cleaning standards are unacceptable. It is disappointing that what was once a reliable accommodation has now become a high-priced yet low-service hotel catering mainly to inbound tourists.

    It was excellent.

    The corner view Room offered an open and spacious atmosphere with full windows. The coffee in the lounge was also delicious. It was a Hotel I would love to stay at again.

    Conveniently located near the station. The bright lobby lounge provides a pleasant space for guests to relax with drinks. The room is clean, and the bathroom with a washing area is very practical. While there is access to the balcony, it may not be frequently used. Each floor has a water dispenser near the elevator hall, showing consideration for the environment. Staying in a room close to the elevator hall was convenient. However, ice is only available in the second-floor lounge, which felt slightly inconvenient to access. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

    Comfortable Hotel

    Stayed for 4 nights during the Expo. The Hotel was clean, but I found an unidentified hair in the bathtub before use (photo taken), which was unpleasant. Additionally, the refrigerator's cooling performance was not very effective, which was a downside. However, as others have mentioned, the bath facilities were excellent and helped soothe my tired body. What I appreciated most was the free drink corner with ice service; it allowed me to fill my water bottle daily and provided great relief in the intense heat. The free drink service is available until 10 PM, but extending it by an hour during events like the Expo would be helpful for those returning late and tired. Lastly, having a makeup mirror (magnifying mirror) at the sink area would be convenient. Overall, this is a very user-friendly Hotel that I would recommend to others!

    It was very convenient.

    First-time stay. Conveniently located, the interior was very clean, and while the room was a bit small, it had a separate bath with a washing area, which was excellent. The guest-only lounge on the front desk floor offered a wide variety of drinks and spacious seating, making it very convenient. It was also nice that guests could use services at the adjacent "fanbi Terauchi" without needing membership. Breakfast had plenty of options, though I noticed that restocking items took some time when they ran out. Overall, this is an excellent business hotel with great service and value for money. I would love to stay here again when visiting Osaka.

    Would love to stay again.

    Great location, with taxis readily available, making transportation hassle-free. The Facility is modern, and the bed was extremely comfortable. It would be great to have more variety in breakfast options. Looking forward to visiting again!

    Available for use during the Osaka Expo

    Easily accessible from Yumeshima via the Chuo Line, and conveniently close to the station. The Room was clean, and the spacious bath allowed for a relaxing soak. Above all, the breakfast was delicious, and I ended up eating too much. I borrowed an iron, which was cordless and very easy to use. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged.

    To Osaka Expo

    Conveniently located near Yumeshima Station for the Kansai Osaka Expo, I had a pleasant stay. The new Facility was comfortable and enjoyable. I appreciated the front staff's assistance with temporary luggage storage before check-in. Their kind help made me very happy.

    I wanted to enjoy the Hotel life!

    This was my first time staying at this Hotel. Although I initially planned for a 2-night stay, it ended up being just 1 night, and time flew by quickly. However, the Room, bathroom, and toilet were all very clean and pleasant. I enjoyed stepping out onto the balcony and feeling the Osaka breeze. When I checked in after some deliberation about dinner timing, I noticed the restaurant's takeout menu in my Room. Thanks to that, I was able to enjoy freshly made delicious fried rice in my Room. The breakfast was also very delicious with a variety of options to choose from. The lounge service was much appreciated as well—it’s a Hotel that makes you want to stay longer and relax. I’ll be visiting Osaka again for work this autumn and have already made a Reservation with a Plan that allows me to fully enjoy the Hotel life this time—I’m looking forward to it!

    Expo

    I stayed here for the Expo. The Hotel is new, and the Room was very clean. The bathroom had a washing area, allowing me to relax comfortably. Breakfast was originally from 7:00 AM, but it was moved to 6:30 AM on this day, possibly due to the Expo, which was very helpful. Thanks to this, I could leave early and take an uncrowded train directly to Maishima in one ride. It was a great experience overall.

    It exceeded my expectations.

    The Hotel was clean and beautiful. The staff's service was polite, clear, and excellent. The Room size was sufficient for a comfortable stay, and the layout of the toilet and bathroom was very convenient. It felt like a rare gem of a good Hotel.

    Let's work harder!

    No staff available to provide directions when lost on the way to the Hotel. Front desk unable to recommend nearby restaurants. Limited breakfast buffet menu. Seating is cramped, giving the feeling of eating in an overcrowded food court. Unhygienic behavior observed with salad dressing bottles (specific issue related to certain guests). No standout points that make this Hotel exceptional.

    I will come again!

    This was my third stay, and once again, it was very comfortable, convenient, and excellent. Although the bedding seemed slightly less new compared to my visit three years ago, it made me realize how many guests have stayed here. I’m happy that the great impression I had of this Hotel from my first visit has remained unchanged. I will definitely come back whenever I visit Osaka again. The front desk staff are also very kind.

    A stylish yet warm Hotel

    It was my first time using the service, and perhaps because it was a two-night stay, I felt like I was given a quiet corner Room (maybe just by chance?). The stay was meaningful without stress as they had items like the Mirable Plus shower head and Microbubble Tornado Bath from the popular Science company, as well as the Refa Beautec Dryer, which I also use at home. Also, having windows is very favorable for me. Relatively speaking, Hotels in Chuo Ward often have no windows; while automatic air conditioning and ventilation are good, they are different from natural wind. I like being able to open and close them freely. Recently, both Miyako Hotel Hakata (Miyako Hoteru Hakata) and The Bay Suite offer stable and reliable services that make me want to repeat my stay.

    For use by a family of five

    We stayed as a family of five. The room was compact but new and clean, and it was perfect. Pajamas and amenities for children were also provided. The lounge, which guests can use freely, was very stylish and had a great sense of openness. The staff responded to us at the front desk and via email beforehand, and their service was very kind and courteous. Thanks to them, we had a wonderful stay in Osaka. Although it was only a one-night stay, we would definitely like to use it again the next time we visit Osaka.

    Spacious guest-only lounge

    I used the guest-only lounge on the front floor. It was spacious and comfortable. A variety of drinks were available for self-service. Check-in was around 3:30 PM, but when entering the room, cleaning tools were left in the hallway, and multiple room doors were open with cleaning in progress. Additionally, even around 4:30 PM when I went out, cleaning was still ongoing. As I stayed for sightseeing purposes, it was a bit concerning.

    Second Stays

    I'm pleased that there is a washing area in the bath. It's clean, and I hope this quality continues. There are chain restaurants, convenience stores, and a 24-hour supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. Next time, I would like to try the breakfast as well.
