    It was very good.

    I stayed here to attend an event at another Hotel in Roppongi. Since it’s a Mitsui property and the Reviews were good, I chose this place—and it was even better than I expected. I arrived before noon and went to leave my luggage, but my Room happened to be ready, so I was able to check in right away. I really appreciated that. Amenities are available in the lobby for you to take only what you need, which felt efficient with no waste. There’s also a coffee machine in the lobby, and tea is available as well. Rooms at central Tokyo Hotels are often small, but this one was about 26–27 m² and felt spacious. There was also a sliding door that could separate the vanity area from the Room, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I’d love to stay here again if I have the chance.

    I would not stay here again.

    I don’t usually leave reviews, but I’m writing this for the record because I never want to stay here again. After putting my luggage in the Room, I asked the front desk to call a taxi and was told, “We’ll call you when it arrives,” so I waited in the lobby. No one came to notify me no matter how long I waited, and since I had plans, I asked again—only to find they had completely forgotten (there were hardly any guests at the time, and it didn’t look like the front desk was busy at all). Then they told me, “Someone else took it.” (If someone else can take it that easily, why did you confirm my name and ask whether paying 500 yen was okay?) Before even figuring out what happened, a staff member said to me, “Even if they say 5 minutes, it usually takes about 7–10 minutes,” as if implying that I hadn’t waited. At that point I genuinely regretted choosing this Accommodation (and of course more than 10 minutes had already passed by then). On top of that, on my last day—when late check-out was one of the reasons I chose this Hotel—I got locked out while stepping out to a convenience store. (My key card was deactivated and I couldn’t enter my Room; I had to go back to the front desk for help.) At check-in they also told me check-out was at 12:00; when I asked “Isn’t it 13:00 because of late check-out?” they replied “Oh yes…”—but that conversation clearly wasn’t reflected at all. Other issues: when I opened the curtains there were dust bunnies and hair. The next building is right beside you and there’s another building across the road in front; since my Room was on a low floor with pedestrians able to see in, I kept the curtains closed most of the time—there was none of the openness described. The location was good. Other Mitsui properties are generally nice, so this was truly disappointing.

    Heartwarming hospitality

    We used this hotel for a staycation to celebrate my friend’s birthday. They kindly provided a complimentary celebration card, a small gift, and even displayed “Happy Birthday” on the TV screen, which made my friend very happy. The location is great, and the Room was very clean; the staff’s thoughtful hospitality also made our stay truly enjoyable. We could see a bit of Tokyo Tower from the Room. At breakfast, the staff also wished my friend a happy birthday, and I was impressed by how well everything was coordinated. I recommend it both for visitors to Tokyo and for a staycation like ours.

    Overall, the place was clean and the service was excellent. However, I noticed that the toothbrush cup had a bit of dust on it, and having more power outlets would have been even better.

    Delicious breakfast

    Stayed here for the first time as it was very close to the live venue. The bathroom had a proper bathtub and washing area, which was nice, but the Room itself was average. The view only showed the back of a neighboring building (laughs). However, breakfast on the top floor was amazing; you choose one main dish and enjoy an order-style buffet with authentic flavors. In the evening, I visited a nearby café that was recommended and absolutely loved it. Thank you!

    A perfectly comfortable Hotel

    Staying in a spacious room in the Roppongi area can often be quite expensive, but this hotel offers a moderately spacious accommodation at a relatively reasonable price. The location is very convenient, being close to both the nostalgic Roppongi district and the newly developed Azabudai area. The rooms include a separate bathing space, which will feel familiar and comfortable for Japanese guests. Breakfast is served on the top floor with stunning views and features not only typical Japanese and Western dishes but also some Middle Eastern cuisine for a diverse dining experience. I also ordered an iced latte (espresso-based) separately, which was handcrafted by the staff and tasted far superior to those from regular coffee chains. Although located along a main street, the rooms are incredibly quiet, ensuring restful sleep. The contemporary art pieces displayed near the reception on the first floor are impressive and worth seeing as well. Additionally, room temperature adjustments were excellent—neither too hot nor too cold—making it very comfortable. While many of the guests were international visitors, I hope more Japanese people discover this wonderful hotel!

    Flowers in the lobby, washbasin

    The lobby is adorned with numerous fresh and gorgeous flowers, so beautiful that I couldn't resist taking photos. Apart from the bathroom sink draining slowly, everything else was satisfactory.

    It was disappointing despite being premium level.

    I was shocked to find that this class of Hotel, which should naturally provide such amenities, did not offer a desk lamp or a scale for loan—something even a Business Hotel would have. This was very disappointing and significantly lowered my evaluation. Moreover, after checking in (and initially being told at the front desk that my request would be accommodated), I received a call in the Room with an unclear explanation essentially saying neither could be provided. This left me feeling let down. To make matters worse, there was no apology during check-out—very disappointing. The restaurant was wonderful with health-conscious menu options that were highly satisfying, but it made me feel like the overall concept of the Hotel was somewhat inconsistent.

    Wonderful time

    I used it as a belated birthday present for my girlfriend this time. The Room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and I was very satisfied. I'm really glad that my girlfriend was also pleased. I will use it again if I have the opportunity.

    Floor Number

    It was disappointing that the room was on the second floor because I couldn't open the curtains. Next time, please give me a room on the third floor or higher. Everything else was good.

    Thank you very much.

    I stayed at the property to attend my daughter's wedding. I requested taxi arrangements and luggage shipping, and the staff was very courteous and attentive, which was very helpful. The female staff members were the main point of contact, but no matter who I asked for help, they responded with a pleasant smile, which made me very happy. It was a multiple night stay, and the bed-making, towel exchange, and garbage disposal were done meticulously. In the morning, the staff cleaning other rooms greeted me with a smile, making it a very pleasant morning. Thank you very much.
