    The location was great!

    Close to the sea, and with a late checkout we were able to enjoy a morning walk at a relaxed pace. The atmosphere inside the Hotel was great, and the staff’s service was excellent! However, it seems the parking spaces are limited, so we used the coin-operated parking lot across the street and it cost nearly 5,000 yen. It would be even better if there were some subsidy for guests.

    It was a high-quality Room.

    The view from the high-angle dynamic windows was stunning. The sunset glow and the sight of Mount Fuji over the sea the next morning were breathtaking. The meals were modestly portioned, which felt just right.

    The entrance is beautiful.

    The timing might have been quiet, as there were no voices or noises even in the Room, allowing me, who is sensitive to sound, to relax peacefully. The large public bath was almost empty and felt like a private one—absolutely amazing. The location is great, and staying at this price is wonderful. I will definitely use it again. Thank you very much. The entrance was decorated for Halloween and looked super cute!

    A compact and frequently visited Hotel

    I often use this hotel recently. The reasons are its proximity to the sea, a bus stop right in front, stylish and clean atmosphere, delicious breakfast, and above all, it's reasonably priced. However, during this stay of 2 nights—one on the sea side and one on the mountain side—the mountain-side room was Room 521 at the end of the hallway. I could hear a humming noise from the wall that woke me up several times, and I could see a cemetery from the window. Although I made my reservation well in advance this time, if I try to reserve now, even for a 13.8 sqm room, prices have increased by 3 to 4.5 times higher than before—making it unaffordable for me to stay here again.

    Perfect Hotel in Hayama

    It was a very lovely Hotel. The lobby had a café-like atmosphere, and the decorations featured ocean-inspired artworks, which were wonderful. I felt it was a Hotel that could be enjoyed by both middle-aged guests and families alike. The breakfast was great as you could choose your main dish. Having a large public bath was a unique feature not often found in city Hotels. I would love to stay here again.

    I had a relaxing time.

    A compact and very lovely Hotel. The staff were polite, and the guidance was clear. Thank you very much. The view of the sea and Mount Fuji from the Room was amazing! A truly relaxing Hotel. I will visit again!

    Great location

    A hotel literally located in a place with a great ocean view. The panoramic bath offers a clear view of the sea, and although it is an artificial onsen, it feels pleasant. The room I stayed in did not have an ocean view. On top of that, the bed was narrower than the one in my bedroom at home. Additionally, unlike most accommodations in Japan, there wasn’t even a single tea bag provided in the room. While there are vending machines and a café on the first floor where you can purchase drinks, I felt this lacked hospitality. After all, providing two or three tea bags is not about cost but about hospitality. That said, the location was excellent and considering that I paid less than 20,000 yen for two people per night, I can't really complain—good service comes at a price after all. It was truly disappointing not to have an ocean view; perhaps staying in an ocean-view room would have left me with a different impression. By the way, I noticed that the elevator does not stop on the 3rd and 4th floors; upon investigation, it turned out those floors are used as a nursing home—a clever business strategy!

    Very good Stays.

    I felt that this is a property where you can achieve maximum satisfaction with minimal services (from the perspective of SDGs, etc.). Therefore, it is also cost-effective. There are no excessive services, yet everything necessary is provided without any sense of lack, and the style of doing what we can ourselves (such as laying out futons) suited our family. It is clean, and everything from the meals, bath, scenery, to the staff's response was excellent, making it a very good property. I personally really liked the interior concept, seasonal decorations, and the numerous artworks displayed throughout the front desk area. I would definitely like to use it again.

    A highly satisfying hotel stay

    It was a 2-day, 1-night stay that exceeded expectations in every way, leaving us extremely satisfied. First, the location was fantastic, with a panoramic view of the sea from the large windows in the lobby and the hot springs. Although our room was on the forest side, the view was also great, allowing us to refresh ourselves. You can enjoy various activities, such as relaxing in the free space in the lobby or taking a walk to the sea right in front. With breakfast included (the salad and rice ball plate were very delicious!), the price and value for money were excellent, and I would like to visit regularly.
