    The Chinese cuisine is delicious.

    This time, we stayed for two nights. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant Kyoeien twice. Our Reservation started for 4 people, then became 7, then 11, and eventually 12, but you kindly accommodated us. You also helped us consult on the menu, which made choosing dishes very smooth. Thank you very much. The food was also very delicious.

    I have stayed here many times and keep coming back.

    Whenever I travel to Okinawa, I always stay here. No matter when I visit, the staff’s warm hospitality makes me feel relaxed and at home. This time, we came for a family birthday, and it became a wonderful memory. It’s a Hotel where you can unwind with peace of mind, thanks to the consistently welcoming service that never changes in the best way. I’ve already made my next Reservation as well. I’m looking forward to staying again.

    Sauna locker key

    During my stay, I had an absolutely wonderful experience. However, there is one drawback: the locker key used in the sauna. Because the key is exposed, it gets extremely hot while you are in the sauna. I hope no one ends up getting burned. Also, because the key is exposed, a constant clattering noise echoes throughout the bath area. Even though it should be a place to relax, it ruins the atmosphere. It’s disappointing because it is otherwise such a lovely Facility.

    I have stayed here several times and have always enjoyed a comfortable experience. However, compared with the end of last year, it seemed that there were more new, younger staff members, and information sharing and small attentiveness were lacking, making the overall process feel poorly organized. Also, until my previous stay, check-in was done in the Room, but this time I had to line up at the front desk. With limited front desk staff and extra time needed to assist international guests, the wait was quite long. I was glad to see familiar international and Japanese staff members again, but if things continue as they are now, I may choose Hyatt instead.

    Breakfast Venue

    The Room and Facility were luxurious and excellent, and just as many Reviews said, it was very comfortable. However, the breakfast venue was noisy throughout, with many loud foreign guests who had poor manners. It was difficult to enjoy a calm meal, and it was disappointing that the Hotel’s upscale atmosphere quickly faded.

    Stayed on April 6. This is a beautiful Hotel built on the birthplace of Kokusai-dori. The large public bath changing room used when accessing the pool is cramped. Because of that, I change in my room and move around the building, but I was told bathrobes are not available. I would like something to wear when moving around inside the Hotel. The staff are very kind and attentive. The rooms are quiet and clean. The amenities are excellent and well stocked. The restaurant is very delicious. I wanted to recommend the restaurant to others as well, so I purchased a booklet of buffet meal vouchers.

    Stayed on March 5. This Accommodation is in an excellent location, built at the birthplace of Kokusai-dori. Even if you arrive by car, the parking attendants work hard to guide you, so parking is smooth and comfortable. Both the exterior and interior are very beautiful. The staff are very kind—thank you as always. The restaurant has become truly delicious!! We will stay again in April.

    This is the Hotel I always stay at.

    The location is very convenient, the Hotel is clean, and the staff are always courteous—this was my fifth stay. At breakfast, I saw a foreign family at the salad bar using tongs to pick up vegetables and hand them directly to their child. I also used the bath, but even though several people were waiting for washing stations, two adjacent stations were occupied by what seemed to be friends (also foreigners) chatting happily. I believe I waited over 20 minutes for a station to become available. During that time, some guests came in hoping to use the bath but left after waiting briefly. I would appreciate improvements such as limiting the number of users.

    Stay at Collective

    I visit Okinawa about four times a year, but this was my first stay at Collective. As expected from an international brand, I was very satisfied with the Room, Facility, breakfast, and service. The bath water was soft and gentle on the skin, which was great. The location was convenient as well, and I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    It has been almost 10 years since I first started visiting Okinawa. During that time, I have stayed at various Hotels, and I think Collective offered the best hospitality service. As long as I am healthy, I plan to keep visiting Okinawa. Thank you very much.

    The attention to detail is outstanding.

    At check-in, I told the staff member in charge that I wasn’t feeling well, and they kindly escorted me to my Room early. The next day, I expected to be charged an early check-in fee, but there was no charge. The day before, I stayed in a nearby Southwesuto Room costing over 200,000 yen, but they wouldn’t let me into the Room until just before 3:00 p.m.—the difference compared with Collective was night and day. I think this is the best Hotel in the city.

    Facing Kokusai-dori ...

    Facing Kokusai-dori and with on-site parking, it was very comfortable. We were able to drive around for sightseeing during the day, take a short break in the Room, and then enjoy an evening stroll along Kokusai-dori. Next time, I’d like to use the on-site restaurant and enjoy a relaxing staycation.

    Great location.

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. Although it faces Kokusai-dori, it also has parking, which is convenient (it’s a multi-story parking garage, so it may take a little time). There is a large public bath, and it is kept very clean. There are plenty of staff, and everyone was pleasant. Breakfast was delicious and the service was good. Breakfast is also reasonably priced. The only downside was that the Room window was a bit small, but I still recommend this place.

    The location was convenient and great.

    The Hotel was new and very clean. It was conveniently located along the main street. The large public bath, sauna, and cold plunge were nice and I used them several times, but there were only two washing stations, so the wait was extremely long and inconvenient. I also felt uncomfortable because a group of foreign tourists came in, spoke loudly as if it were their private bathroom, and behaved inappropriately. In addition, there were notices—and the front desk also explained—that guests must not enter wearing bathrobes or similar items and should wear regular clothes instead. However, some people ignored this and came in wearing bathrobes and slippers, yet they were still allowed to go in and out freely. For those of us who follow the rules and basic etiquette, this was very frustrating. They should be warned properly and either not allowed to use the facilities or told to change into regular clothes before returning. It’s understandable that there may be drunk people at night due to the location, but one person vomited a large amount in front of the elevators. The elevator hall became impossible to walk through, making it impossible to reach the elevators at all, yet staff did not notice or respond for a long time. I would like more attentive management. If these issues are improved, I think it would be a good Hotel.

    A very conveniently located Hotel on Kokusai-dori Street

    We stayed here on our first trip to Okinawa (3 nights, 4 days). Located right in the middle of Kokusai-dori, with many restaurants nearby and a bus stop in front of the Hotel, it’s a very convenient base for sightseeing. The Hotel was also very clean, with interiors and Facilities comparable to upscale Marriott properties. The drinks in the Room refrigerator (Orion beer, Yukishio Shikuwasa Sour, and two bottles of sanpin tea) were free, and there was also a coffee maker—excellent service overall—but as a couple who can’t have alcohol or caffeine, that part was a bit disappointing for us. The breakfast buffet was substantial, with a wide variety of local Okinawan dishes. For such a reasonable price to stay at an upscale Hotel, we would definitely like to stay here again on our next trip to Okinawa.

    Amenities

    The Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, but the amenities were not well stocked, so I would like to see them improved. I went to the restaurant on the 4th floor for breakfast, but the staff at the entrance were slow and not attentive, so I think this should be improved. Also, while there were plates, there were no trays, so I had to make multiple trips back and forth, which was inconvenient; I think trays should be provided.

    Overall, it was good.

    I stayed on the Club Floor. The lounge wasn’t bad, but it didn’t feel like good value for money. The hours were short, and it wasn’t possible to do things like check-in at the lounge, so it didn’t feel particularly worthwhile. The snacks provided were delicious. The breakfast venue was a bit cold—the air conditioning was too strong. The staff on the breakfast floor were unfriendly. Everyone else was very pleasant and helpful. Next time, I would choose a floor other than the Club Floor. It’s located right in the middle of Kokusai-dori, which is very convenient. The Room and amenities were great.

    I think this is the best Hotel in Naha.

    It was my first stay in a year, and it was very comfortable again. Thank you for your thoughtful attention both in the Room and at breakfast. Once again, all of my meals were within the Hotel. The breakfast buffet is so delicious that I end up overeating, and as a result, I can hardly eat lunch as usual. On the first night, I enjoyed delicious cocktails and food at the bar, and the next day I had a Chinese course meal. Both are consistently high quality whenever I visit. The service is also excellent, so there is no need to go outside the Hotel to dine. I look forward to staying with you again next time.

    First Stay on Kokusai Street

    This was my first stay on Kokusai Street, and it was very clean with great accessibility. I stayed in a room with lounge access and enjoyed the delicious food. The bath also had a sauna, which was excellent. While I didn't give it five stars due to future expectations, it's a good hotel that I recommend.

    This was my second stay.

    I thought it was a nice and calm hotel, but despite staying on the 13th floor, there was a strong unpleasant odor at night. When I called the front desk, they upgraded me to a higher-class room, which was appreciated. However, such a strong odor is unacceptable for an accommodation. The staff's service was excellent, but the odor completely overshadowed that. Without this issue, it would be an excellent hotel!

    Excellent Hospitality and Convenient Access

    It was my first visit. The Hotel is conveniently located on Kokusai Street. The hospitality was excellent, and the lounge offered a wide variety of drinks. The Room was spacious, and I thought it was a very good Hotel overall. However, I was disappointed by the smell of items like pillowcases and gym wear. I would be happy if this could be improved.

    Convenient, quiet, and a great Hotel.

    Located on Kokusai Street, it was convenient for shopping and sightseeing. The next day, I had to move to the airport, but there was a bus stop right in front of the Hotel, making transportation very easy. The Room was spacious enough and clean. The staff we encountered in the hallways greeted us warmly, which was very pleasant. For meals, we dined at the Chinese restaurant "I-Eien." The refined flavors combined with the attentive care of the hall staff made for an enjoyable dining experience. The breakfast buffet included Okinawan dishes with a wide variety of options and was delicious. Warming up fish before eating added to its flavor and made it even more enjoyable. The large public bath allowed entry without needing to bring anything extra and included a sauna, which was great; however, there were only two washing stations available, so we had to wait our turn. It would be better if there were more washing stations. Although I didn’t use it myself, there is also a training room available as part of the Facility offerings. Despite being located on bustling Kokusai Street, once inside the Hotel it felt quiet and relaxing for a restful stay.

    The rooms are always...

    The rooms are always clean and provide a relaxing stay. It would be nice to have slippers available when going to the bath on the 3rd floor. Additionally, having a chair to sit on while putting shoes back on after visiting the bath and a shoehorn would be appreciated. Regarding breakfast, I was unsure whether I should place my fish on the grill myself or take one already placed there. Whenever I went, there was always one piece of fish on the grill with no one around it, so I wasn't sure what to do. Looking forward to staying again!
