    Once again, it was an excellent stay.

    On our first visit, we were truly impressed by the meals, the Room, and everyone’s warm service and smiles, so we returned again this summer vacation. We also love the loungewear and amenities, and we can genuinely relax both physically and mentally throughout our stay. Each time, we enjoy chatting with the chef while savoring the delicious food. The menu always delights all five senses, leaving us completely satisfied every time. The rental car is also always well maintained, which gives us peace of mind. We’ll be back again soon to see everyone’s smiles.

    A sincere and reassuring Accommodation you can rely on even during typhoon season

    I stayed here in early August. I originally planned to stay for two nights, but as a typhoon approached my flight was canceled, so I extended my stay to three nights in advance. Then the rescheduled flight was also canceled, and the next available flight was five days later, so I had to change my Reservation to just one night at short notice. Despite the sudden changes, the staff kindly listened and helped me work through my options. Their reassuring words—“Even if a typhoon comes, we will continue to support you as long as guests are here, so please don’t worry”—gave me great comfort. I ended up spending those days in a rush while searching for any possible route home, but the warm check-ins from everyone and the delicious meals were truly soothing and became a wonderful memory. I felt this is an honest and dependable Accommodation where you can stay with peace of mind even during typhoon season.

    A place you’ll want to come back to and visit again.

    This was our second stay at Grand Bleu Gamin. Our previous stay was so wonderful that we knew we wanted to stay here again when we returned to Miyakojima—and this time once again exceeded our expectations. We were able to spend such a comfortable and happy time. What left the strongest impression on us was the warm and thoughtful care shown by all the staff. Rather than formal, routine service, there was a genuine warmth—like you naturally stayed close to each guest—and it made us happy again and again throughout our stay. We were also deeply touched that you remembered what we had spoken about before, even details about our family, which reminded us once more of what makes this Hotel truly special. The dining was also one of the reasons we looked forward to this visit. Every dish was beautifully presented; not only were the ingredients delicious, but each plate was a delight for the eyes as well. Our whole family enjoyed a slow, luxurious time together. A refined and comfortable space, delicious cuisine, and above all, the staff’s warm hospitality. There are many Hotels that make you think “I want to stay again,” but there are not many places that make you feel “I want to come back just to see everyone.” Thank you very much for creating so many wonderful memories for us again. Our entire family is truly grateful from the bottom of our hearts. When we visit Miyakojima again, we will definitely choose Grand Bleu Gamin. We look forward to seeing you all.

    It was excellent.

    This was our third stay. Everything was outstanding! Not only the meals, but every wine you recommended was delicious. Even though I don’t usually drink, I was so happy to enjoy so many wonderful wines on this trip. Because of the typhoon, we couldn’t come on our preferred dates and had to reschedule, but you handled it very smoothly and we truly appreciate it. All of the staff were genuinely kind and were also very considerate to our child. KuuRa Beach was also beautiful and lovely. We look forward to staying with you again.

    A Gamin After a Long Time

    The meals this time were delicious as well. More anti-slip measures had been added to the bathing area. I think it’s wonderful that you’re always making improvements. However, having only water in the refrigerator feels a bit too bare-bones.

    The best place to enjoy a great meal on Miyakojima.

    We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. I don’t think there is anywhere else on Miyakojima that offers meals of a higher standard than here! Each of the three days, we were served outstanding French cuisine with a different menu, and we were honestly amazed. The service was also heartfelt, making our stay very comfortable. On the last day, due to how we were feeling, we got too full and couldn’t make it to dessert—sorry about that. We also really enjoyed hearing the valuable stories about Mr. Jacques Mayol. We will definitely visit again.

    Families with children can relax and enjoy their stay, and the meals are truly satisfying.

    We stayed in mid-July as a family (2 adults and 1 child who was almost 3 years old). It was our first time in Miyakojima, and being able to stay here truly made it an amazing trip. Traveling with a young child in extreme heat, we were worried that spending all our time playing in the ocean would be exhausting, but our Room had an impressive private pool, and our child was thrilled and played all day long. Having a space where we could relax as a family without worrying about anyone around us felt truly luxurious. We were also able to rent a car through the Hotel during our stay, which made getting around the island very smooth and convenient. In addition, we had both breakfast and dinner at the on-site restaurant every day, and every dish was high quality and genuinely delicious. Thanks to how kindly and thoughtfully the staff treated our child, we as parents could relax and fully enjoy mealtimes as well. If I had to mention one small concern, it would be that the gaps in the railing of the spiral staircase in our Room felt a bit wide, so I occasionally worried that our child might slip through. Nothing dangerous actually happened, and for adults only it’s a very stylish design—but families with active young children may want to keep an extra close eye on them. We are truly grateful for the staff’s perfectly balanced service—attentive without being intrusive—and their thoughtful care throughout our stay. It was such a wonderful Hotel that we would definitely love to return when visiting Miyakojima again. Thank you very much.

    A cozy and comfortable space

    Savor great food and unwind inside the Hotel. Soak in the pool, enjoy a massage, or drift off for a nap. If you feel like it, head to the beach or call a private car for about three hours of sightseeing and shopping (the car costs JPY 13,200 for 3 hours as of June 2026). For anyone who loves this kind of trip, this Hotel was a perfect match. We spent 3 nights and 4 days feeling like we were in another world—completely stress-free. Dinner is served at the counter, where you can chat with the chef and decide on dishes together, enjoying French-Italian cuisine that makes great use of local ingredients. And the breakfast quality is outstanding! We chose Japanese breakfast all three days, and aside from the delicious rice cooked in a traditional pot, every item changed daily—an impressive spread. Breakfast is also available until an 11:00 start time, which gave us plenty of flexibility; for us, two meals a day was more than enough. The staff’s hospitality also deserves special mention. Their genuine smiles were truly soothing. Highly recommended.

    It was a truly memorable trip.

    The staff were wonderful, and we had a very comfortable stay. I was especially impressed by how promptly each staff member handled issues such as schedule changes and forgotten items using their own judgment. Above all, the meals were excellent. Thank you very much. I have two notes: The air conditioning didn’t seem to work very well. It was cool at night, but during the day it didn’t cool enough and felt hot, perhaps because the windows were large. Also, the bathroom floor was very slippery, so I hope this can be improved.

    It was a shame we co...

    It was a shame we couldn’t use the in-Room pool because of the rain, but the meals were outstanding and more than made up for it. Every staff member took great pride in representing Blue Gaman, and their enthusiasm really showed. Their service felt warm and friendly, putting us at ease. Whenever I visit Miyako, this is a place I definitely want to return to.

    An Accommodation Where You Can Fully Enjoy Miyakojima

    This was our third visit, and it’s an Accommodation that makes us want to come back no matter how many times we stay. Set amid sugarcane fields, with a path full of butterflies leading to the beach. A Room where you can truly relax, with nothing unnecessary—from bedding and amenities to loungewear—and meals that let you enjoy seasonal ingredients. We feel it’s the perfect Accommodation for spending unhurried, fulfilling time on Miyakojima. With small children, it’s usually difficult to enjoy a leisurely course dinner, but here we were able to dine calmly in the same space without having to leave our child elsewhere. This is thanks to the staff kindly checking in on us at just the right moments and serving meals that our child could also enjoy—thank you very much. We would love to visit again with our children as they grow. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

    We stayed with a young child, and we were warmly welcomed, making our stay comfortable and truly memorable. Thanks to being seated in a private dining room, we were able to enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace. Even after returning home, we still find ourselves thinking about those dishes and wanting to have them again. We were also deeply impressed by the staff’s thoughtful attention to detail. Next time, we would love to book a Multiple Night Stay.

    Savor delicious meals

    I often stay at auberges, and this was one of the top one or two stays I’ve ever had in terms of satisfaction. Both dinners and breakfasts were delicious. The Room was clean and well equipped, and although I don’t usually do a Multiple Night Stay, I was able to relax and take it easy. A Multiple Night Stay is highly recommended. In terms of service as well, everyone greeted us with a constant smile and attentive care, which also made the stay very comfortable. I’d love to visit your Tokyo location too. Thank you very much.

    Happy Memories

    While planning a proposal in a quiet place surrounded by the beautiful sea and sky, I discovered Gran Bleu Gyaman. The private beach behind the villa shows a variety of stunning colors depending on the time of day, and I was able to successfully propose with the gorgeous sunset-lit ocean as our backdrop. I am truly grateful for the support from all the staff, and for their warm words to my fiancée with beaming smiles, saying how wonderful it was. We would love to return someday with our children, as this will always be a place of happy memories for us. As other Reviews have mentioned, both the Facility and the meals were flawless—120 out of 100. For anyone looking for heartfelt hospitality and exceptional cuisine, I wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

    A Grand Bleu cabin packed with unforgettable moments!

    On my first trip to Miyakojima, I carefully compared multiple Hotel Reviews and ultimately chose this place. Honestly, I never imagined it would be this moving—far beyond my expectations. A stylish European-inspired building with a beautiful white design. The Room is a standalone villa, and the postcard-perfect private beach is just a 1–2 minute walk away. A pleasant citrus scent drifts throughout the Facility. An airy living room, a spacious bathroom, two bedrooms and two toilets, and simple yet refined furnishings—time here feels luxurious and deeply relaxing, like staying at an overseas holiday home. And the highly rated cuisine was simply breathtaking!! Both dinner and breakfast featured carefully selected ingredients, creative pairings, sophisticated seasoning, beautiful presentation, and friendly, comfortable service from staff with wonderful smiles. There’s truly nothing to complain about! The freshly baked bread (so good I ate too much) and the beef steak were especially amazing. They also kindly accommodated ingredients I can’t eat—I’m truly grateful for their thoughtful attention to detail. At night we could see a sky full of stars, and the next day we even swam with sea turtles. In the slow rhythm of island time, it was the most luxurious healing escape. It was a short stay, but our family trip here has become a precious treasure. Everyone on Miyakojima was so kind—it really warmed my heart.     We have been staying...

    We have been staying here as a family of four every year during the New Year holidays for the past few years. The staff remembers our children's favorite dishes and always takes requests for the kids' menu, which made our children excited to share their preferences and look forward to their meals. This time, my mother joined us during our stay, enjoying lunch at the restaurant and spending relaxing time with the children in our Room, creating wonderful memories. We also rented a car, and the kids were thrilled to ride in such a cute vehicle. We look forward to visiting again this year!

    Every year, I visit during the season when the sunlight becomes a bit gentler. Each stay, I thoroughly enjoy the soft water pool and baths that are gentle on the skin, as well as the clean and comfortable bedrooms. The staff turnover is minimal, and I was touched by their thoughtful gestures, such as remembering conversations from my previous stay last year or preparing a private dining room for meals. It makes me imagine that this must be a wonderful workplace where staff can work for a long time. This time, I tried dinner for the first time, and thanks to the detailed and enjoyable explanations of each dish by your staff, everything was absolutely delicious. The Jimami tofu introduced by one of your staff has become one of my favorite ingredients—I even bought some as souvenirs! Since returning home, I've been purchasing it whenever I see it in stores. Although this visit was just for one night, it was truly an amazing experience. Thank you so much for such a wonderful time. Looking forward to visiting again next year!

    It met my expectations!

    I planned my 4-night, 5-day trip to Miyako Island with the final night at this accommodation as a must-stay, and I built my itinerary around it. For the first three nights, I stayed active, but for the last night, I wanted to enjoy delicious food and a relaxing time. As a result, it was the perfect ending to my trip as expected—thank you so much to all the staff! As we excitedly headed toward Gya-man, it suddenly appeared amidst sugarcane fields—what a surprise! The hotels from nights 1-3 had views that immediately lifted our spirits upon arrival... But we quickly shifted gears and checked in! The stylish interior design and decor, welcoming smiles from staff members along with delicious welcome drinks—the room was spacious, clean, sophisticatedly designed with a lovely fragrance. When we stepped outside towards the beach... Ahh—I understood everything then. A quiet private beach with breathtaking views awaited us (though the weather on arrival wasn’t great; thankfully it cleared up beautifully by morning). Dinner that evening exceeded expectations—it was absolutely delicious!! Although the owner-chef was away preparing for their new restaurant opening at another location during our stay—the presentation of dishes combined tastefully satisfying flavors left us full and happy beyond words. The restaurant seemed very popular even among non-guests judging by how many people were dining there! What felt most luxurious though? Being able to relax in our room right after such an amazing meal—it made me feel like royalty!! Next time when visiting Miyako Island again someday—I’d love staying here for multiple nights if possible (maybe two?). Given its location surrounded by nature—it’s understandable encountering insects occasionally (especially ants), but honestly no complaints since they’ve taken measures like mosquito coils etc., which shows thoughtful care towards guests’ comfort too 😊 Although short-lived over just one night/two days—a heartfelt thank-you goes out sincerely towards chefs/restaurants/hotel teams alike who made everything memorable 💕

    Everything exceeded expectations.

    I had always wanted to stay here, and my dream finally came true. The Room was spacious and comfortable, offering a truly extraordinary experience. The meals exceeded my expectations, and I was impressed to learn that the same dish is never served twice due to their unique serial number system. I would love to come back again.     It was a hideaway-st...

    It was a hideaway-style accommodation. The pathway to the private beach had a secret base-like feel, and the location was excellent, being close to the city center. We had a multiple night stay, and the meal menus were completely different each day, all of which were delicious and very enjoyable. When my partner suddenly fell ill, the staff responded flexibly, allowing us to stay with peace of mind.

    Satisfying Accommodation

    The weather in Miyako this time was perfect, and the sea was the most beautiful I have ever seen. On the final evening of our 3-night, 4-day stay, we enjoyed a meal prepared by a new chef who succeeded Chef Kinoshita. The dishes truly carried on Chef Kinoshita's flavors and were absolutely exceptional. Celebrating the chef's birthday together with the staff also became a wonderful memory. Spending time with the chef late into the night made me realize once again that his genius talent is built upon relentless effort and dedication, which shines through in his cooking. It was an unforgettable and heartwarming stay.

    A Wonderful Accommodation in Miyako Island

    From the moment we arrived, the staff provided excellent service, and we were completely satisfied until checkout. The Room was clean, and the amenities were perfect. The diffuser's scent added a touch of elegance. The loungewear was so comfortable that I wanted to purchase it to take home. The meals were absolutely delicious.     The Second Impression

    Last year, I stayed here for the first time, and my first experience in Miyako Island was truly moving and unforgettable. Chef Kinoshita, all the staff, the private beach, and the comfort of the room made me want to return again this year. This time, I chose a Multiple Night Stay and was excited about what new dishes the chef would prepare without repeating any meals. The food exceeded all expectations! I also heard about their plans to open a restaurant in Italy, which surprised me but also made me feel a bit sad. However, I am deeply grateful for such a precious two-day stay. For breakfast, we chose between Japanese and Western options. After enjoying plenty of wine pairings during dinner on consecutive nights, I found myself appreciating how hearty yet satisfying the Western breakfast was—so much so that Japanese breakfast felt like a perfect choice afterward. This time we also rented Gaman's car—it was stylish and cute, making our drives even more enjoyable. The accommodation provided an incredibly comfortable stay with thoughtful amenities: a private beach with shallow waters perfect for swimming far out; hermit crabs visible at night; stunning starry skies; delicious meals; relaxing rooms; complimentary beach towels and bags—all creating an exceptional experience. If visiting Miyako Island again in the future, I would definitely love to stay here once more. Last year’s morning Soki soba left such an impression on me that it remains unforgettable. If Chef happens to return briefly from Italy during my next visit, it would be wonderful to meet him again!

    Had a relaxing and rejuvenating time.

    Summer Stay

    I have visited several times for dinner in the past. Each time, the menu was customized for each guest. This time, I stayed at the accommodation. Dinner was a chef's choice, and it was a series of delightful surprises as expected. Breakfast was Japanese-style, with rice freshly cooked individually for each person!     Another highly satisfying stay.

    Staying at this Hotel, which has been a summer delight for years, was once again an absolute pleasure with excellent meals and a wonderful Room. This time we stayed for two nights, and on one of the nights, we had the chance to meet the chef and enjoy a delightful moment. Although the sea was slightly rough due to an approaching typhoon, we thoroughly enjoyed the pool in our Room instead. Looking forward to visiting again next season!
