It’s disappointing to see the lounge atmosphere deteriorate.

I’ve been staying here every month for work for several years, and although the Facility has been renovated and is now beautiful, the lounge atmosphere has deteriorated so much compared with before that it’s extremely disappointing. It’s great that the lounge drink and food selection has expanded, but both day and night it feels as crowded and poorly mannered as a cheap all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant. Even though nightcap hours have been extended until midnight, there is no time restriction for children, so preschoolers run around late at night. They spill pasta and meat sauce from a buffet counter that is far too high for them, and simply dimming the lighting does not create an adult lounge mood at all. It feels like the concept is drifting—do you want an adults-only lounge where people can enjoy the night view and drinks, or a casual family lounge like a family restaurant where children are welcome with no time limits? At the very least, could you consider separating seating areas? I understand that after many complaints it will finally change from October to “no children after 22:00,” but even for families using it to feed their children dinner, wouldn’t 20:00 be sufficient? With many good Hotels newly opening and more options available, guests who have continued to stay here because they love the calm harbor-view atmosphere will find this decline in lounge quality particularly disappointing. I believe it would be healthier to make it child-free after 20:00 if you are promoting it as “nightcap” hours.

The staff’s service was outstanding, and we were very satisfied with the club lounge!!

We stayed here on the last day of our trip, which was mainly spent on Zamami Island, and used the hotel for our final night in Naha. We made a Reservation under a Plan that included access to the club lounge. At dinner time, there were so many options that we could have had our entire evening meal just there. Everything was delicious. They also had sparkling wine, which was fantastic. For breakfast, we ate at the restaurant on B1. The selection was extensive and everything tasted great. The seat we were shown to was quiet, so we could enjoy a relaxed meal. We asked the staff to arrange a taxi to the airport in the evening, and since we had a lot of luggage they prepared a larger taxi for us. We were truly touched by their thoughtfulness—thank you very much. What left an especially strong impression was the wonderful smile of the male staff member who greeted us at the entrance when we arrived and carried our luggage to the taxi when we departed. Thank you sincerely for such warm welcome and send-off. We would love to stay here again when visiting Naha. It was only one night, but it was an excellent stay.

Okinawa’s Prestigious Hotel That Continues to Evolve

It was a truly wonderful stay. The location is on slightly higher ground, but it’s an easy, gentle walk from the main downtown areas such as Kokusai-dori, well within walking distance. The Hotel interior has been renovated recently and is very clean. The calm, elegant design also incorporates Okinawan traditions nicely—for example, the Room signage uses Minsah weaving fabric. The Room was spacious even in the standard category and thoughtfully laid out for convenience, and daily housekeeping was exceptionally thorough. The reception and bell desk staff were sincere and attentive—exactly what you would expect from one of Naha’s leading Hotels. What pleasantly surprised me most was how outstanding the food was. Breakfast in particular featured excellent ingredients and creative dishes that made great use of them; even after four nights, I never got tired of it. Highly recommended. The pool, newly completed after renovations in June, has a fantastic design and is temperature-controlled for comfort. The pool staff also work diligently throughout the day to keep everything in excellent condition. It felt like a resort oasis right in the city. On the first floor, the gift shop offers a wonderful selection curated by Rakuen Department Store Selection (“樂園百貨店” セクレクション). While it has fewer items than Rakuen Department Store at Palette Kumoji Ryubo (“楽園百貨店”), my family appreciated being able to try on clothing more leisurely here. The Seven-Eleven next door is also very convenient, with everything you might need readily available. If I had to point out one issue: perhaps due to the air-conditioning system, there was a constant heavy-oil-like smell throughout the entire first-floor lobby area. Since it persisted morning and night over all four nights, I believe this needs prompt attention. That said, there’s no doubt this was an excellent stay overall. Choosing this Hotel was absolutely the right decision for our Okinawa trip, and I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Naha.

    Thoughtfulness

The club lounge was excellent—both the drinks and the food were very satisfying. I requested lunch (Teppanyaki Izumizaki) at the front desk on the 1st floor, but they did not assist me promptly. Perhaps the staff member was inexperienced; they seemed to be consulting with other staff, but there was still no response. In the end, I told them, “I’ll go make a Reservation directly.” After that, I made the Reservation myself. Even though I had time and was sitting in front of the front desk, the staff member I had asked gave me no follow-up at all. I felt that the overall quality of service has declined.

    The lounge was chaotic.

I stayed on a Plan with club lounge access. The Room had been renovated and was clean, with all the necessary amenities, so I was able to stay comfortably. The club lounge has plenty of seating, but at dinner time it was almost full, and many of the available seats still had used plates and glasses left behind. The food, alcohol, glasses, and plates provided ran out and there was almost nothing available. This was my first time experiencing a club lounge like this, and I felt that both the staffing level and the amount of food provided were overwhelmingly insufficient for the number of seats. I did not return to the lounge outside of dinner time, so I cannot comment on other hours, but it was disappointing. I think my impression of the Hotel would have been better if I had not used the lounge.

    The club lounge was excellent.

I used the facilities at all times of day, and they were better than before. Although it was a bit crowded, I was able to relax. The Room was clean, and I had a comfortable stay.

I hope you keep this club lounge just as it is.

Having visited Okinawa several times, I came this time not so much for sightseeing as to enjoy the Hotel itself. The Room had just been renovated and was very nice, but it was disappointing that despite the 30 m² space there was only one chair with a backrest. I would like it arranged so that two people can relax comfortably. The lounge was better than expected. I imagine the operations and offerings may be reviewed in various ways going forward, but I hope that when I visit again it hasn’t changed for the worse. I have seen many Hotels make disappointing changes in the name of cost-cutting and efficiency, and that alone makes me less likely to return. You already have important qualities that make guests choose you among the many Hotels in Okinawa, so please keep up the good work. [What was great about the lounge] - Compared with lounge food and drinks at other Hotels, it felt like a proper meal and was delicious. - Open until midnight. - Beer has been switched from bottles to draft. - The salmon at breakfast is outstanding. [What was disappointing about the lounge] - Please speak firmly to tables talking loudly. - There were several times when cups were not replenished quickly enough. This seems to stem from delays in clearing used dishes; if staff could more clearly tell whether guests are still eating or have left, operations would improve further.

    Staycation

This was my fourth stay at this Hotel. With easy access from Naha Airport and a great location just a 10-minute walk to Kokusai-dori, it’s a convenient Hotel I can use casually. I heard the pool was renovated in June, so although it was just one night on a weekday in September, I visited to enjoy a “staycation” on the club floor. The Hotel felt more stylish overall than my previous stay, but its relaxed, homey atmosphere hasn’t changed. The lounge is on the 10th floor with great views, and I enjoyed different menus at breakfast, tea time, dinner, and cocktail time. Even before check-in, I was able to unwind with a glass of CAVA. All of the food suited my taste, and the pork shabu-shabu and roast beef sandwich were especially delicious. Breakfast was served at the restaurant, where I enjoyed Okinawan dishes such as pork-and-egg rice balls and tacos, as well as burgers made fresh to order. The Blue Seal ice cream you squeeze out yourself was also very good. All of the staff were pleasant and attentive—nothing to fault. At 23,420 yen for one night, I really enjoyed an excellent-value staycation. Next time, I’d like to stay for two nights.

    Satisfied.

About a 5-minute walk from the Asahibashi bus terminal. It is located in the city center. The club room is on the 10th floor with a great view, overlooking central Okinawa. I enjoy experiencing IKYU club rooms and often choose them when I travel. As stated, it was dinner time rather than cocktail time, and I thought the selection was excellent. On this trip I enjoyed club rooms at three Facility properties, and your Hotel made me want to return again. Thank you very much.

A Naha Hotel with Excellent Facilities for the Whole Family to Enjoy

We stayed as a family of five (including one Child Sharing Existing Bedding), and overall it was a very comfortable, highly satisfying stay. It’s a Hotel I’d gladly choose again when staying in Naha. [Guest Room] We stayed in the Club Executive Twin Room. The moment we walked in, we thought, “So spacious!”—a generously sized layout. Even with our suitcases left open, it never felt cramped, and the in-room washer/dryer and bathroom with a washing area were especially helpful for families with children. The view isn’t particularly outstanding, but we could see the outdoor pool and the open outlook made it more than comfortable. As it had just been renovated, the room was spotless, and we felt that the guest room alone offered great value for the price. [Service] The phrase often seen in Review—“warm hospitality”—was absolutely accurate. Both senior and younger staff were courteous and friendly. We were very impressed. [Bathroom] The in-room bathroom was clean and spacious; even bathing with two children didn’t feel tight at all. With a washing area, it was easy to use—ideal for family trips. [Facility & Amenities] The outdoor pool is average in size, but towel and float rentals made it comfortable to use. Right after renovation, everything felt beautiful, clean, and stylish. [Breakfast] There was a wide selection of Okinawan dishes, along with many other tasty options. In particular, the live-kitchen burgers and French toast with truffle salted butter were outstanding—I couldn’t resist going back for seconds. [Club Lounge] We visited around 10 p.m. as a family of five. The space was stylish, and we enjoyed the food, sweets, and drinks—all delicious. It’s rare to find a lounge that allows children late at night, which is a big plus for families like ours traveling with kids. That said, when there are many children present it can get noisy at times, so it may be hard to expect a calm atmosphere then. Food and sweets also sometimes ran out quickly after being set out; those who want to relax quietly adults-only may find it less suitable. Compared with other Hotels that restrict children’s entry after early evening hours or similar measures—it feels like there’s room to improve operations here too.

    Club Lounge Access

I used the club lounge, but since it was during the summer vacation period, there were far too many people and children. The food and drinks couldn’t keep up and were in short supply throughout. Children were allowed to use the lounge even during nightcap hours, and with game sounds and loud conversations, plus food being left scattered around and the dining area not being cleaned up in time, it wasn’t relaxing at all. It’s inexpensive, but difficult to use. I hope this will be improved.

    Family Trip

This was my first stay at this Hotel. From the warm welcome to the very end, the service was excellent. I stay at many Hotels across Japan, and this one was truly outstanding—I feel it is a valuable Hotel for Japan’s hospitality going forward. I stayed in a standard room, so some age is unavoidable, but it had been renovated and was comfortable enough. The breakfast buffet was also very delicious. It almost felt underpriced for what you get. I would like to stay again. Thank you very much!!

    An Unremarkable Club Lounge

This time, we stayed in a Suite Room. The Room didn’t seem to have been renovated and had a slightly musty smell… The club lounge was always crowded. It felt like only part of the buffet was available at all times. There was no sense of exclusivity at all.

    Club Lounge

We stayed with access to the renovated lounge. The club floor no longer exists as it used to, and this time we were on a lower floor—perhaps because we booked a Superior Room. The Room was clean and we were satisfied. The front desk staff and the room attendants were all friendly and helpful, always with a smile. The lounge is now open for longer hours, and the food service at every time slot was good. However, unlike before, allowing children has made it feel like a family restaurant. Tables and chairs were left with spilled food, so it no longer felt like a place to relax. At the very least, I would like children not to be allowed during the nightcap hours again. It was nice that we could relax only during breakfast hours. For the main dish you choose one item: while fast service is generally good, because it is a half-buffet it was served while I was away from my seat getting other items, so my omelet had gone cold—disappointing. The pool area also feels more open now, and it seemed larger and brighter. Why was the laundry removed? In Okinawa, for an Accommodation with a pool, I believe laundry facilities are something that should be provided.

    I was very satisfied.

The food in the club lounge was delicious overall, and I was impressed that it was available almost all day! Since we extended our stay due to a typhoon, spending time in the lounge made our stay very comfortable. It was a bit disappointing that there wasn’t a coin laundry, but it’s within a 650-yen taxi ride from Kokusai-dori, and every staff member at the front desk provided excellent service. In short, it offered great value for money! I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.

    The club lounge is chaotic.

Due to insufficient staff and no one managing the floor, guests waiting for seats were not guided, many tables were left uncleared with plates and cups, food and drink cups were not replenished, and it was noisy—overall, it was chaotic. I pointed this out last time as well, but nothing has changed. Unless you also make use of the B1F restaurant to distribute guests, the Club Lounge is turning into an all-you-can-eat-and-drink venue. I would like it restored to a relaxing space worthy of being called a Club Lounge, as it was before the renovation work.

    Enjoy the lounge

I had lunch here about 17 years ago, and visited again with my family after a long time. We chose a Plan with lounge access. It was a great value stay and we were very satisfied. The lounge offered a wide variety of food, and we were able to relax. We would like to stay again.

The pool was crowded, but it has two different depth areas and the lifeguards were attentive, so I felt comfortable letting my child swim there. The lounge was very noisy. The staff worked hard to restock, but the food ran out quickly. With many families there during summer vacation, that may be unavoidable, but it wasn’t a place where adults or children could relax quietly—people were calling out names loudly and talking at full volume. I think it’s rare to find a lounge that loud.

A Hotel the whole family will want to stay at again

We stayed for three nights starting on August 20. The newly renovated Room was very clean, and we had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was excellent—so much so that we even tried the dinner buffet, which wasn’t originally in our plans. Dinner was also delicious, and the Club Lounge offered a great selection of food, with alcohol available to enjoy freely. Choosing a Plan with lounge access was absolutely the right decision. The staff also left a positive impression, especially at the front desk, where service was polite and attentive. On checkout day we had an early departure; although we had a Plan with breakfast included, we didn’t have time to sit down for breakfast, and they kindly accommodated us with lunch boxes instead. We enjoyed them at the airport while talking as a family about what a great Hotel it was and how we’d like to stay again. We were happy to be able to spend our time comfortably until the very end. The housekeeping staff we passed in the building also greeted us pleasantly, which made a good impression. On the other hand, when we arrived on check-in day and entered the lobby pushing our suitcases, it was slightly disappointing that none of the lobby staff greeted us or spoke to us. Also, during payment at dinner there were some misunderstandings regarding guest discounts, children’s pricing, and how many people were included in the all-you-can-drink option. It felt like guidance about discounts wasn’t consistent among staff members; if this is improved going forward, guests will be able to use these services with greater peace of mind. Although there were a few points of concern, we were very satisfied with how clean the Room was, how delicious both breakfast and dinner were, and especially with the Club Lounge. Our family had a comfortable stay overall—this is an Hotel we’d like to make our regular choice in Okinawa.

We highly recommend choosing a Plan with lounge access!

We had heard that despite the reasonable price, it comes with lounge access and great food, so our family stayed for one night. From 2:00 PM we headed straight to the lounge. There were cakes, salads, ham and bread, green curry, and various sandwiches—more like a late lunch than afternoon tea. They also had Orion beer, so we were very satisfied!! The pool has been renovated; it’s small but clean and nice. It has three different depth levels, so even small children could play safely. Float rings are available to borrow for free! There was also a lifeguard on duty. At dinner time we went back to the lounge. There were lots of dishes such as pork shabu-shabu, soup curry, Bolognese pasta, and more. Amazing! Everyone was completely full! We enjoyed plenty of beer as well. It’s a bit compact, but the Room and other areas have been renovated and are very clean and stylish. We hope it stays in this affordable price range—it really helps! We’ll be back again!

If it’s on sale, it’s a great deal.

It’s not particularly stylish or luxurious, but it’s clean and close to the Yui Rail. The Room is reasonably spacious. Unless you’re looking for a “hotelcation,” it’s a good option and cheaper than other city Hotels. There is also a 7-Eleven in the building, which is convenient.

I was really looking forward to it.

Honestly, I was disappointed despite having high expectations. First, all the staff at the front desk and restaurants were kind, and the service was fine. However, there are several issues with the guest rooms: 1. Even though it was just renovated in 2025, some parts still feel old in every corner. 2. The toilet washlet seems broken; each time you use it, you have to wait 2–3 minutes, which is quite inconvenient. 3. Even on low, the air conditioner is fairly loud at night and echoes in the room. Earplugs would help. 4. The biggest issue is the bedding. Perhaps due to Okinawa’s climate or something else, both my companion and I developed hives-like symptoms on our hands and feet, and they still haven’t cleared up yet. Also, be aware that it’s a bit far from the station and involves an uphill walk.

For your stay, choose the Executive Plan.

I stayed here on the night I arrived in Naha and again on the night before leaving Okinawa. The first stay was with the Executive Plan, and the return stay was a standard stay. I thought the only difference would be access to the executive lounge, but the Room category was completely different. Naturally, the Room with the Executive Plan was better, and I had a very comfortable stay. At other hotels, executive lounge food is often just a few bite-sized items and drinks may be charged separately, but here it was a buffet, which surprised me. There is also a wide selection of drinks. From a Hotel management perspective, they could probably charge at least for drinks... I almost worried they were being too generous. Also, if you can basically have dinner there, it might affect business at the restaurant downstairs. I even wondered if it might be better to switch to lighter bite-sized offerings instead. The service felt far beyond what you pay for, so I was very satisfied overall. On my last night as well, I only slept for a few hours before heading out, so considering that alone, even with the standard stay the main difference was just the Room. The amenities and towels were great, and the bed was equally comfortable—so either way I was extremely satisfied. The amenities were such high quality that I was genuinely impressed. When I need to stay briefly in Naha before moving on to my next destination, I would like to use this Accommodation again.

As the Hotel has only recently been renovated, it was very clean. However, since it is an older building, it was disappointing that noise from the room could be heard outside and that plumbing sounds were noticeable. We stayed here for a family trip during summer vacation. While looking for a place with a pool in Naha, we made a Reservation because the Harbor View Hotel pool had been renovated this season. Since we also wanted to relax at the Hotel, we chose a Club Superior Room—and it was absolutely the right choice. The lounge offered an excellent variety of food and drinks, and it was especially convenient that it was available from 7:00 to 24:00. We stayed with four adults, and an extra bed was added, so we were able to stay comfortably without any issues. The pool also had free inflatable rings and other items. It was a perfect Hotel in every way. We would definitely like to stay again when we visit Okinawa next time.

I’d love to stay here again.

I chose this Accommodation because the lounge looked appealing. Since it was during summer vacation, the lounge was crowded at all times, and especially after 8:00 p.m., there were no seats available. Even though they were very busy, the staff always greeted us with smiles and provided courteous service, which left a great impression. Next time, I’d like to visit during the off-season and relax.

A comfortable stay to fully enjoy your Hotel experience

This was my first stay in several years. Both last time and this time, I booked with Club Lounge access. Both the Room and the lounge were extremely comfortable—so much so that I wanted to stay in the Hotel all day. I even wished I had checked in earlier. Breakfast was especially great, with a selection of set plates to choose from, and I loved being able to order according to my preferences. I had planned to go out to Kokusai-dori, but it was so relaxing that I ended up spending most of my time at the Hotel. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy a slow, relaxing Hotel stay.
