    It was a great accommodation.

    We stayed here with relatives. The service was excellent, and the meals were delicious. The portions are generous, so guests with smaller appetites may want to ask in advance. It is a wonderful Accommodation with thoughtful attention to detail.

    Excellent service, delicious meals, and an amazing open-air bath!

    Our family of four, including two small children, stayed for one night. The staff were incredibly kind, and we had a pleasant and comfortable stay throughout. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the sashimi, which was fresh, thickly sliced, and truly satisfying. We also enjoyed the private open-air bath for families, which delighted our children. We would love to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

    I had a relaxing time.

    We arrived a little before check-in, and the staff came out to greet us as soon as our car entered the parking lot, providing very attentive service. The room amenities were thoughtfully prepared, ensuring a comfortable stay. Although we were slightly worried about using the private open-air onsen without a reservation (as it was a holiday and seemed busy), we managed to enjoy it twice—once after check-in and once the next morning—and also used the large public bath before bed, fully enjoying the onsen experience. The meals we had been looking forward to were fantastic, featuring fresh seafood and seasonal autumn flavors with both beautiful presentation and delicious taste (a small but appreciated detail was being able to choose whether rice was served earlier or later). We were so full that we could hardly move afterward! This was our first time visiting by car, and it turned out to be more convenient than expected. We would love to visit again if given another opportunity!

    The website was a bit difficult for me to navigate, so I called to confirm, and the staff were very pleasant over the phone. Even though I arrived late on the day of my stay, everyone—from the dining staff to the front desk—was incredibly welcoming, making it a delightful experience at this Ryokan. The meals were generous in portion size, with fresh sashimi that was absolutely delicious. My Room was located near the large public bath area; while I initially worried about noise, it wasn’t an issue at all. The room was neither too big nor too small and had a water dispenser, which was perfect for someone like me who drinks hot water regularly. However... as a smoker, having the smoking area only on the first floor meant going down every time I wanted to smoke, which made it hard to fully relax (though I understand this is common nowadays). The large public bath had silky smooth water that felt amazing. The open-air bath required climbing stairs up to the rooftop; this might be challenging for those with weak knees or mobility issues. The open-air baths are private and cleaned after each use based on scheduled times—while this is great overall cleanliness-wise, in the morning there was a noticeable chlorine smell and less of that silky texture compared to nighttime baths. Still within acceptable limits considering they prioritize hygiene! One minor downside: only one bath towel per person is provided during your stay. For guests who enjoy multiple baths throughout their visit like myself—it would have been ideal if extra towels were available either in-room or freely accessible at bathing areas. Overall as Ryokan itself isn’t overly large but offers calm atmosphere without being chaotic where personalized attentive service makes stays feel special relaxing environment! *As birthday trip noted beforehand sparkling wine gifted thoughtful gesture even non-drinker friend enjoyed thoroughly thank-you wonderful hospitality!*

    The staff and cuisine are excellent.

    The staff are kind and attentive. The food is delicious, and you may find yourself eating more than expected. We highly recommend the course with Ise lobster sashimi.

    I visited for relaxation purposes.

    I visited to rejuvenate my tired body at the end of summer. The rooftop open-air bath was excellent, and I enjoyed watching the sunrise. It was a refreshing experience.

    The cuisine is exceptional.

    Great service. Excellent cuisine. Spacious and relaxing clean Japanese-style room. Amenities include Sekkisei products, so you can truly travel light. The Onsen quality is excellent and never crowded. A perfect accommodation in every way. The only downside might be the view, but it’s hardly noticeable given how wonderful this place is. Whenever I visit Chiba, I’ll stay here!

    Excellent service

    The nearby shops close at 17:00 or 21:00, and taxis are not readily available, so we recommend coming by car. When a taxi was unavailable, the accommodation staff kindly provided a special shuttle service, for which we are deeply grateful. The room and bathroom amenities are well-equipped, so you can visit without bringing anything. The rooftop open-air bath is also highly recommended!

    We were taken care o...

    We were taken care of on New Year's Eve. I could feel that all the dishes were carefully prepared, and the taste was excellent, leaving us very satisfied. The bath, toilet, washroom, and Room were all well-cleaned, allowing us to spend our time comfortably. Unfortunately, the safe was locked and couldn't be opened. When I inquired at the front desk, I was told, "I'm on duty, so I don't know. Please try various things with the manual, and if it still doesn't work, contact us again." When I informed them that I had tried various things and it didn't work, they came to the Room but couldn't solve the issue. So, I had to leave my valuables with the person on duty and go to the bath. Also, since there was no water in the humidifier, I filled it myself, but the faucet in the washroom was low (since the Room didn't have a bath, I could only get water from the washroom), so I couldn't fill the humidifier's water bottle directly. I had to repeatedly fill a cup and pour it into the bottle, which was cumbersome. Another thing was that the thermal kettle was half-filled with water, possibly left by the previous guest? I apologize, but I had doubts that the safe, humidifier, and thermal kettle were not checked when preparing the guest Room.

    The rooftop open-air bath is excellent.

    There are three free private open-air baths on the rooftop, offering a wonderful view of the sea and sky. The brown strong saline spring warmed my body well. I was also satisfied with the food, especially the simmered kinmedai, which was not in the usual sweet and thick sauce, but had a light taste with lots of chopped ginger, and went well with rice. I recommend getting extra white rice. It was a small Ryokan with good cost performance worth revisiting.

    The meals are wonderful.

    The staff's response was courteous, and both dinner and breakfast were visually and tastefully wonderful, with the timing of each dish being served perfectly. Thank you very much.
