    The Ultimate Boutique Hotel You Don't Want to Share

    It was so amazing that I honestly hesitated to write a review. While high-class accommodations often fail to meet expectations, Fuji no Hana Hotel exceeded them with ease, offering a serene and deeply memorable experience. Uncompromising beauty and hospitality. Not only beautiful but also functional and comfortable facilities, rooms, and onsen. The meals were a series of delightful surprises in both taste and presentation. Starting with a light dish, the course progressed through satisfying main dishes to desserts, perfectly calculated for "just the right amount for adults." The amenities were impeccable—everything from the room's tableware, drinks in the refrigerator, tea selection, pajamas, flowers in vases to the intricate garden design was flawless. It made me think I’d love to live here someday. High-end architecture or furniture can sometimes feel uncomfortable; however, the chairs in our room were incredibly comfortable—I lost track of time reading while sitting there. I also soaked in the onsen multiple times while enjoying views of the beautiful garden. Thank you for such an extraordinary stay! I would love to visit again during another season!

    A One-of-a-Kind Hotel

    Step into the front desk, and you'll feel like you've entered a stunning art museum. Furnishings and objects by Mexican artists, along with casually displayed works by Dali and Picasso—every selection made by the owner is truly remarkable! The owner, who also runs a flower gallery in Nagoya, has perfectly designed the garden and rooms for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The hospitality of the owner's son and his wife was exceptional, making our time even more luxurious. Meals were heartfelt Italian cuisine prepared by the chef and his wife. Paired with wines selected by her, it was an enjoyable conversation-filled dinner that turned out to be extraordinary. The bath features natural Onsen hot springs unique to Kirishima's location. Everything about this place is outstandingly one-of-a-kind—we agreed we would absolutely return again!

    For my daughter's birthday

    It was a Hotel I had been curious about for a long time. To celebrate my daughter's birthday, we decided to stay as mother and daughter. Coinciding with the Christmas season, the handmade tree by the staff, intentionally not too glittery, matched perfectly with the Hotel's interior, creating a very lovely atmosphere. The elaborate dishes served on carefully selected tableware along with birthday candles made it an unforgettable birthday party. On top of that, we unexpectedly received a celebratory bouquet (with Christmas ornament balls), making my daughter feel like a queen. The next day, even the driver of the sightseeing taxi we had reserved commented on how pleasant and kind the staff were. Next time, I hope to bring her father along as well; however, I'm slightly worried he might disrupt the stylish ambiance of this Hotel. Thank you very much!

    A One-of-a-Kind Hotel

    My first visit, invited by a friend. I had heard it was a wonderful hotel, but upon arrival, it far exceeded my expectations. From the warm welcome by the owner couple, my excitement for this stay grew immediately. When shown to the room, I was so amazed that I stood still in awe—it wasn’t like the typical luxurious or simple modern accommodations but rather an elegant and sophisticated space unlike anything I had experienced before. Peeking into the courtyard revealed rare and beautifully arranged flowers, and learning that the owner is also a gardener made perfect sense. It was my first time staying at an accommodation where even flowers subtly placed in rooms and lobbies added to the hospitality. After relaxing in the private open-air hot spring bath in our room to relieve daily fatigue, we enjoyed an exquisite meal at their on-site restaurant. The dishes were beyond what you’d find even at starred restaurants in bustling cities—though described as Italian cuisine, they felt more like creative high-end French dishes crafted with local ingredients that left us deeply impressed. This visit was to celebrate my friend’s birthday; after consulting with the hotel beforehand about planning a surprise, they organized everything from arranging performers to creating a concept for a mini-concert held in their lobby. After dinner, we headed to the lobby where "Happy Birthday" played on violin as we sat down for a 30-minute concert featuring songs we had requested earlier. With exclusive use of the hotel during our stay, enjoying drinks while listening to live music created an unforgettable experience for my friend—it was her first time experiencing something so special and she was truly moved. Attached are photos from that moment. Such heartfelt arrangements are one of many charms unique to this intimate hotel with only three rooms available. Thank you sincerely to all staff members for making this such a heartwarming stay! Next time I plan on visiting with family—I want them to share in this incredible experience too!

    Everything is Excellent at Hotel

    This was my third visit. During my first stay, I was deeply impressed like never before. This time, I wanted my friends to experience the charm of Fuji no Hana Hotel, so we stayed as a group of six. As always, the rooms were filled with top-notch elegance, the meals crafted by renowned chefs were exquisite, and the attentive service unmatched by any other hotel. On our way back home, my friends said, "It was amazing; let's definitely come again," which reaffirmed for me that this is truly an exceptional hotel. Nowadays, many hotels have raised their accommodation fees due to inbound tourism demand. However, Fuji no Hana Hotel has maintained its pricing while consistently providing an extraordinary experience every time—making it feel like such a great value. We will definitely return with friends again next time!

    A Small Luxury Hotel with only 3 rooms, owned by a garden artist. Enjoy the gentle yet profound Italian cuisine crafted by Chef Imamura, complemented perfectly by the bread made by his wife. The selection of wine and champagne is extensive, including rare vintage selections curated by the late Hideki Hayashi. The hotel is managed by the owner's second son and his wife, who provide attentive support to ensure a comfortable stay. Interestingly, the manager has lived in England for many years and is a skilled flower artist whose work has graced the cover of a renowned magazine. This is truly an exceptional hotel worth discovering! If you're intrigued, why not plan your stay?

    A unique small luxury Hotel

    I had been curious about it since I saw it in a magazine, but it was much more wonderful in reality than in the pages. The interior by the main Mexican designer was highly artistic and impressive, yet harmonized with other interiors and art, and even someone as ignorant as me was in awe of the sense of style. The flowers displayed throughout the hotel and the garden with a wildflower theme were simple yet beautiful, making me realize what quality truly means. The room was bright and warm, and I liked that there was a large chair. There were also several magazines, perfect for relaxing. I was also pleased with the welcome drink and coffee service. The Italian cuisine was seasoned to enhance the ingredients, not heavy, and to my liking. The Nozaki beef was tender, and although the main meat dish usually becomes a formality, it was very delicious. The dessert was not too sweet and was tasty! The breakfast was Western-style, and as we usually eat Japanese food, we were a bit anxious about how it would be, but the delicious quiche, bread, vegetables, and sausages blew away our worries. Both dinner and breakfast were just the right amount, and I felt that everything about this hotel was wonderfully balanced. The service was very courteous, and I was especially grateful for the information about tourist spots. Thanks to that, we were able to enjoy Kareigawa Station. I think I'll explore other places next year. The onsen with natural hot spring water, the delicious and harmonious meals, the elegant and courteous service of the hotel staff, and the luxurious hotel where you can enjoy art in a calm and high-quality space were very much to my liking. I would love to visit again. Thank you for taking care of us.

    Thank you for the wonderful time.

    The maisonette-style room in a tranquil setting is adorned with richly sensitive interior design on both levels, and as per prior notice, the two bathtubs on the first floor were filled with Onsen at the appropriate temperature upon our arrival. The private garden with an open-air bath was adorned with a variety of autumn flowers, which were exceptionally delicate and outstanding. The Italian cuisine at the restaurant "gliciglio," enjoyed during the beautiful sunset, was exceptional. I was impressed by the dishes that reflected the chef's dedication. After a pleasant conversation and the soothing effect of another bath at midnight, I was able to enjoy a deep sleep in the spacious area on the second floor. When choosing a trip, quality always takes precedence over scale or quantity, and in this regard, this experience was truly valuable and met my expectations. Throughout our stay, we received attentive service. I would like to express my gratitude once again for the meticulous care of all the staff and look forward to meeting again in the not-too-distant future. Thank you very much.

    The lobby and bar ar...

    The lobby and bar are artistic and offer an extraordinary space. The room was surrounded by lovely furniture and flowers, providing a calm atmosphere where I could truly relax. Being able to enjoy the hot spring in the room at any time was also fantastic. Especially in the morning, the time spent in the open-air bath while gazing at the garden was a very luxurious moment. The meals were delicious, and the attentive hospitality warmed my heart.
