    We had a relaxing stay.

    This was my second stay. The lounge was not crowded as it often is, so I was able to relax. Personally, even if there is a large public bath, I rarely feel like going down from the top floor to use it, but I think this Hotel offers more than enough excellent Facilities.

    So-so.

    Unfortunately, I felt the front desk service was second-rate. As I was traveling alone, I used the Hakata King, but I also found the lounge underwhelming. In my view, a lounge should offer not only snacks but also some simple food. The Room bath was very good.

    A perfect Hotel in every way

    I stayed here on a business trip to Fukuoka for the first time in a while. The Room was clean and comfortable. I would be even happier if the breakfast had a wider selection of desserts. The amenities were well stocked, which was truly helpful! I will stay here again.

    It was very comfortable.

    This was my second stay, and it was just as comfortable as before. Breakfast was also very delicious, with a wider variety of items than last time. However, I did have one concern: I requested a wash basin and bath chair, and when they were delivered, the staff member opened the door and handed them to me without saying anything, which startled me a little. It made me wonder if my request (perhaps beyond standard service) was an inconvenience. I’m sorry if I caused any trouble.

    A Disappointing Hotel

    I was looking forward to my stay because the Hotel had good reviews, but the service was below average. At check-in, they mixed up my luggage twice, and the check-in process was poorly handled. I was honestly surprised at how unprofessional it was. The Room on the special floor was nice. However, there wasn’t anything particularly good at breakfast, and the food was cold and not tasty at all. The only good part of this stay was the Room. I probably won’t use it again next time.

    Fukuoka Trip

    It was conveniently located less than a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station, and also close to Kushida Shrine Station, the nearest station for sightseeing in Dazaifu. Choosing the relaxing Japanese-style Room with a raised floor area was the right decision—I could stretch out my tired legs and unwind. Overall, everything was well cleaned, making it a great trip.

    A staff member enter...

    A staff member entered the Room with a master key before confirming, while we were inside. There was a knock, and they said they had something to tell us, but I believe they should normally wait until the guest opens the door. They apologized at check-out, but since I still do not understand how or why this happened, I later felt frightened.

    The hotel provided a peaceful and comfortable four-night stay in a very convenient location, and the overall service was excellent. I look forward to returning again.

    The location was great.

    The location was great. It was my first time in Hakata, and it was a straight walk from Hakata Station—easy enough even with a suitcase in hand. The hotel was clean throughout, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious Hakata-style dishes. The large public bath was well equipped with plenty of hair dryers and amenities, and it was nice to be able to use them without having to wait.

    A Step Above Business Class

    I have stayed at Blossam in Tokyo before, and it felt like a Business Hotel with excellent Facilities, Rooms, and amenities. This time, I made a Reservation for three nights at Premier in Fukuoka because it has a large public bath and a sauna. It is also close to Hakata Station and met my expectations.

    “Stay like you live”… it’s true.

    It’s a straight walk from the station, but having to walk about 7 minutes was a bit of a downside. However, the Room I reserved had a raised tatami area and a table, and it was comfortable both for working and relaxing. It was also nice that loungewear was provided. I could check how crowded the bath was from my Room, which was convenient. For the women’s bath, I hesitated when choosing this Hotel because the sauna is mist-style, but it turned out to be fine. Breakfast had everything I wanted; I stayed two nights and they rotated items daily—ramen one day, udon another—which made me feel they were really making an effort. Everything was clean. It would have been even better if there had been a mirror (even a foldable one) in the living/sleeping area of the Room.

    It was a comfortable Hotel.

    We stayed as a family of four: two adults, one elementary school child, and one toddler. 　The building was new, everything was clean, and we had a comfortable stay. It was also conveniently located near the station. 　We chose the breakfast plan, and all the dishes were carefully prepared and delicious. For dinner, we got takeout bento from Umezanteppei Shokudo on the ground floor of the Hotel, which was also very good. 　We would like to stay here again if we have another chance to visit Hakata.

    Conveniently located, clean, and functional Hotel.

    Stayed during a food tour in Hakata. Close to the station, Canal City, and a subway station, which was very convenient. The room was well-maintained and clean. There was an issue with the luggage I left, but it was promptly resolved. I would like to stay here again.

    Maybe I expected too much.

    I stayed with the expectation of a high-ranking Hotel, but it felt more like a good-class Business Hotel. The breakfast was delicious, but overall, I didn't feel exceptional service or hospitality from the staff. The restaurant staff seemed to be part-time workers based on their attitude. The Room was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. However, amenities were minimal, and there was no desk or mirror in the Room, making it surprisingly inconvenient to use. For those working during their stay, this type of Room might not be very practical. Next time, I plan to choose either a more affordable Business Hotel or a luxury Hotel with higher hospitality standards.

    Second Stay

    Stayed in the Comfort Deluxe Twin - Wa. The room featured a raised tatami area with cushions, but there were no floor chairs provided, which made it uncomfortable for my back and difficult to relax. If floor chairs were available, it would be much more comfortable to sit with legs stretched out and back supported. I strongly feel this addition would enhance the experience. Please consider providing floor chairs in the Room.

    The only downside was the lack of privacy in the restroom.

    Stayed 3 nights in the Comfort Deluxe Twin - Japanese-style Room with my mother. The room was clean, equipped with new facilities, and very comfortable due to its spaciousness and high ceiling. The bathroom, toilet, and sink were separate and convenient to use; however, since they were in the same space without a door separating the toilet, it felt awkward for us to use them simultaneously even as mother and daughter. We had to take turns using them. If I stay again, it would likely be for a solo trip only. A chair in the bathroom would be appreciated as I am not accustomed to standing while using the shower. It felt inconvenient without one. This review highlights minor drawbacks; otherwise, everything else was satisfactory. The provided room wear was of good quality and properly cleaned without any concerns about lingering odors from previous guests.

    Public bath and sauna are disappointing.

    The Facility is impressive, but there were many foreign guests with poor manners, which was unpleasant. Especially in the large public bath and sauna, there were people with numerous tattoos on their upper bodies, individuals lying naked in the sauna, and others swimming or splashing water in the cold bath—scenes I had never witnessed before. Clearer rules and stricter enforcement are necessary; neglecting such behavior could harm the Hotel's overall reputation and status.

    Since its opening, I have used this Hotel several times during my business trips to Fukuoka, and it is a highly satisfying Hotel. I particularly like the large public bath.

    This was my second stay because it’s within walking distance of Hakata Station and close to a subway station. The Room was comfortable, and the large public bath wasn’t crowded, so I could relax. I appreciated having drinking water and face towels in the changing area. One thing I noticed both last time and this time is the entrance to the large public bath—when you open the door, you can see the entire changing area. It would be better if there were an L-shaped partition or some kind of screen for privacy.

    I stayed here for a live event at Marine Messe. The location is excellent, just about a 5-minute walk from Hakata Station. Above all, the Hotel staff were very polite and accommodating. Despite the very hot weather, I was able to relax comfortably in the Hotel. The Room was spacious, located on the 13th floor with a great view. Amenities were almost fully provided, and I enjoyed the large public bath as well. Breakfast had a wide variety of options including mizutaki and mentaiko, which were delicious. It’s a very clean Hotel, and I would love to stay here again when visiting Fukuoka!

    The return route of Kagopass was unavailable, which was inconvenient.

    I usually stay at a different hotel in Hakata, but this time I decided to try this hotel that had caught my attention for a while. I had stayed at the same chain's hotel in Kyoto before and had a great experience, so I went with high expectations this time, but it was slightly disappointing. The most inconvenient part was that the Kago Pass service to the airport was not available. While it was my oversight during research, I could use it from the airport to the hotel but didn’t expect that it wouldn’t be available for the return trip. This might be due to Kago Pass’s policies rather than the hotel's fault, but it was still inconvenient. Additionally, there is a restaurant called "Umeyama Teppei Shokudo" inside the hotel. I checked its operating hours on TV’s in-house guide and saw that dinner service starts at 5:00 PM. However, when I went there accordingly, it turned out they are currently only open for lunch and were completely closed by then. It would be helpful if they provided updated information about such changes. The room was clean but not particularly spacious; amenities, public bath facilities, and breakfast were average as well. At this price point, there wasn’t much sense of value for money either. Perhaps you need to choose a plan with lounge access to fully enjoy what this hotel has to offer.

    I was looking forward to it.

    It was a bit inconvenient for accessing the international conference center (required a round trip by taxi), but it is within walking distance from Hakata Station. There were many international guests, and I was looking forward to the large public bath. However, when I went, some guests, particularly from Asian countries, were speaking loudly, so I couldn't relax and quickly washed up and left. In hindsight, I wish I had chosen a room with a bathtub instead. Since it was a two-night stay, towels and amenities were hung in bags on the doorknob as part of their system. The hotel is new and clean but felt more like an upgraded Business Hotel. It didn't quite meet my expectations.

    A Hotel That Embodies the Spirit of Hakata

    Stayed in Fukuoka during a trip back home. The hotel lobby was clean and featured Japanese interior design inspired by Hakata-ori, which lifted my spirits. The front desk service was smooth and efficient. I stayed on the club floor, so I enjoyed the lounge's welcome drink service. After dining out for dinner, I returned to relax alone in the lounge, which was very pleasant. The room had ample space, a large bathtub to relieve fatigue, fresh flowers subtly placed on the table, and delicious complimentary green tea—small thoughtful touches that made me happy. While hotel prices are rising across the whole country due to inbound demand, I was very satisfied with the services and hospitality that matched the price. I immediately made a reservation for my next stay without hesitation. Looking forward to staying again! Thank you in advance!

    I used this accommod...

    I used this accommodation for work. The facility is new, with a large public bath and sauna, making it very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and highly recommended, but the accommodation cost was slightly high for a quality business hotel. It would be great if the spacious lobby area could be creatively utilized as a space for relaxation or work.

    First Family Trip to Kyushu

    It was a trip with 2 nights in Fukuoka and 1 night in Yufuin. The location was convenient, easily accessible by taxi from Fukuoka Airport. The steam sauna was a great feature. However, there were no clocks at the front desk or the spa's security entrance, which would have been helpful to manage waiting times when visiting the spa in the morning.

    A very comfortable Hotel

    This was my first trip to Hakata with a friend, and I chose this hotel because it has a large public bath and spacious bathrooms. The lobby was very pleasant, spacious, and had a nice fragrance. The room was clean and more spacious than I expected. It was also helpful to know the less crowded times for the public bath. Overall, I am satisfied; however, the room only had green tea and coffee available. It would have been nice to have more variety of drinks. Additionally, as I was quite tired myself, it would have been lovely if there were even just one small Japanese sweet in the room for a relaxing moment of comfort. The bathroom and toilet were thoroughly cleaned, amenities were sufficient, and I am very satisfied with these aspects. At breakfast buffet time, while all dishes were deliciously prepared, having more variety in Japanese cuisine options would be appreciated. All staff members provided polite service which made our departure on the next day feel pleasant. Thank you for your hospitality during this stay!

    The Room was clean and nice.

    Conveniently located near the station. The sauna and large public bath were excellent. Enjoyed the hot pot and the bar open until late at night. There’s also a squid restaurant from Yobuko right in front, which was great. I will definitely stay here again!
