    This was my first st...

    This was my first stay. The location near Shimbashi Station was convenient, and the room was comfortable. However, when using the IoT system to open and close the curtains, the startup noise was quite loud and woke my family twice while they were sleeping. I think there is room for improvement. Also, I used the bar in the Hotel after 10:00 p.m., but right after being told that last orders were at 11:00 p.m., we were handed the bill, so we had no choice but to leave. It was disappointing because it should have been open until 11:30 p.m., yet it felt like we were being rushed out.

    The Room was wonderful, and the service was excellent.

    The Room was very comfortable and easy to use. The location was convenient, and I was able to spend fulfilling days there—more satisfying than I expected. I stayed for four nights and needed help with various things, but all the staff were always smiling and courteous, which made my stay very pleasant. Breakfast offered a wide variety and was enjoyable. I was also interested in dinner, but unfortunately couldn’t try it this time due to my schedule. The bathroom was spacious and it was nice to have a TV as well. I would like to stay here again when visiting Tokyo. I would be happy if the amenities in the suite could be improved a bit more. Also, surprisingly, I didn’t see any Japanese guests.

    It was great.

    When I emailed with a question before my stay, the reply was simple and a bit lacking in politeness, but the staff who assisted me during my stay were all very kind and welcoming, which was reassuring. I’m deducting one star because there was a lot of dust on the bathroom ceiling vent. Otherwise, everything was clean and I had no issues with the amenities.

    Service...

    I said that no cleaning was fine, but the trash was not cleared away, and the used cups and glasses were left as they were with no replacements. If the Hotel’s policy is not to tidy up, they should at least provide new cups and glasses. The loungewear was also left on the bed as if it had been tossed there in two layers. After being out all day and enjoying a delicious meal at the restaurant, I returned to my Room to find this situation and felt disappointed.

    The view is amazing.

    Just a 2-minute walk from Hibiya Station, this clean and carefully maintained Hotel offers views of Tokyo Tower from the window. The view from the upper floors is outstanding. The amenities are made from recyclable materials, using uniquely Japanese ingredients, showing thoughtful care for both the environment and guests. The balance of Japanese and Western styles was just right. The heartfelt cuisine reminded me once again of what makes Japanese food so special. Everyone at the front desk was welcoming and friendly, which made me feel at ease. I would love to stay here again. Thank you very much.

    A new, spotless Hotel

    Located next to Dai-ichi Hotel in front of Shimbashi Station, but the train noise was not an issue. The lobby is on the 18th floor, with guest Rooms on the floors above; from the window side of my 19th-floor Room, there was plenty of greenery from planted landscaping, which felt calm and relaxing. The curtains were operated by giving instructions through a speaker system, which was inconvenient—I prefer a remote control. Even though it’s only a bedroom, I was asked whether I meant the living room or the bedroom... The bathtub is spacious and easy to use, but there were no bath salts or a bath chair. The Room is wheelchair-accessible, so the hallways are wider than usual. The corner sofa felt uncomfortable to sit on. I was a bit surprised that towels and amenities were placed on a cart—though I assume this was also for accessibility considerations. There is a “lounge,” but it feels like an enlarged convenience-store eat-in area. I had stayed three nights on Dai-ichi Hotel’s Premiere Floor until just a few days earlier, so I couldn’t help comparing it with their luxurious lounge. Since the lobby here is spacious and lovely with great views, I wondered why they couldn’t create something similar here as well.

    We were extremely satisfied!

    I stayed in the HIBIYA Suite Twin, which I had wanted to stay in for a long time. The view from the 26th floor was amazing. The Room was very spacious, with a TV on both the living area side and the bed area side. Next to the living area there is a walk-in closet room, so all luggage can be stored there and the Room never gets cluttered. The slippers were fluffy, all drinks in the refrigerator were free, the bathtub was large, and both the showerhead and hair dryer were ReFa. The vanity has two faucets, and pajamas, bathrobes, towels, and amenities are all well provided. There is a free drink space on the 19th floor with canned juices and snacks. There wasn’t an ice machine unless you went down to the 24th floor, but it didn’t feel inconvenient at all. There were many international tourists staying here, but everyone was quiet and well-mannered—there was no noise or voices carrying into the hallway. I was able to relax comfortably without any stress. The staff’s hospitality was excellent; both front desk and housekeeping greeted me politely, and I was very happy with their message card as well as how kindly they responded to my requests. If I had one wish: I couldn’t stand a 750 ml champagne bottle upright in the refrigerator, so I would appreciate it if it were a bit larger. That said, even compared with other hotels, this Hotel offered outstanding value for money. I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    It felt like a Hotel...

    It felt like a Hotel mainly for international travelers, with few Japanese guests and many visitors from Europe/Western countries and Taiwan. However, everyone was quiet and there were no noisy guests. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Because it is on a high floor, the view was excellent. I found out it is part of the JR Kyushu Hotel Group, and the service was good with no issues. I was satisfied. The only drawback is that there are not enough elevators.

    Overall, we were extremely satisfied!

    We were very satisfied with the Facility, meals, view, and service. If I may make one request, we would appreciate having a washbasin and a chair in the bath. Also, when we entered the Room, there was still a lingering perfume scent from the previous guest (a fragrance we didn’t particularly like), so we would like more thorough deodorizing.

    Room Cleaning and Meals

    Two straws and some hair, apparently left by a previous guest, were found right under the bed in the Room. The cleaning was inadequate, and it made me feel uncomfortable. Regarding the breakfast area, it would be better if jam for bread were also provided in individual portions. It would also be nice if egg dishes could be cooked to order in front of guests, such as scrambled eggs or fried eggs. At the table next to ours, there were items like coffee cups left uncollected. After another guest pointed it out, staff cleared them away but seated the guest without wiping the table. The bathroom in the Room was good because it had a washing area, but I think it would have been even better with a chair.

    On snowy days

    I stayed on a day when Tokyo had an unusually heavy snowfall. It was very close to the station, which was a big help. Because it’s in central Tokyo, there are quite a few places you can walk to. Toranomon, Azabudai, Hibiya, and Marunouchi were all within walking distance, so I could get there without using the subway. There are also many shops nearby, which is convenient. The night view from the lobby was very beautiful. The Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The amenities felt a bit limited. Perhaps because there are many international guests, the pricing is high, which is disappointing as it’s not easy to use casually.

    Brand new and sparkling clean.

    It was close to the station, and I was able to get there without getting lost. The Hotel is in a quiet location, and both the lobby and the Room were on a high floor. They were spacious and very comfortable. Thank you very much. All of the staff were friendly, spoke to me casually, and were kind. Even though I arrived quite early, I was told my Room was already ready, so being able to check in right away was a big help. The bathroom with a separate washing area was also easy to use, and having a sliding door to the washroom was convenient because I could leave it open. Only the bed height was unusually high, and that part was difficult. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and everything was delicious. There were many international guests, but unlike other hotels it wasn’t noisy, and no one cut in line—everything felt calm. Another great point is that the free lounge has no time limit, so you can go anytime. Next time, I’d like to stay again when I’m not attending an event or anything like that.

    Breakfast, service, and the Facility were all excellent!

    This was my first stay, and it was a truly wonderful Hotel. The breakfast in particular was outstanding! The vegetables were very fresh, and the selection was excellent—from seafood rice bowls and tempura to desserts including ice cream—everything was delicious. The Facility and hospitality were both excellent, making for a very comfortable stay.

    The view from the Room was amazing. The breakfast was delicious, and the entire Hotel was clean and well-maintained. My daughter was very happy, which made it even better. Thank you very much!

    A special plan due t...

    A special plan due to a full power outage allowed for a slightly cheaper stay, but it still felt overpriced. The face and hand soap at the sink was so diluted it seemed like water had been added. I borrowed a hair iron in the morning, but it was incompatible with Japanese outlets and couldn't be used. It's puzzling why such an item would be provided in a Japanese hotel—perhaps it's lost property from previous guests? The location and view are good, but the room feels overpriced for its size, and the service lacks attention to detail. It doesn't seem tailored for Japanese guests.

    I was surprised.

    The location and facilities were good, but I was surprised when the room number was spoken out loud during check-in while others were present. Since it could be heard by those around, I felt uneasy during my stay. This was the first time something like this happened. I hope more care will be taken in the future.

    Convenient for sightseeing in Tokyo.

    Stayed for 2 nights with breakfast included for 2 people during a trip to Tokyo. Conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from Shimbashi Station. The Hotel lobby is on the 17th floor, and while it's a large Hotel, finding the ground-level entrance was a bit confusing. The Room was on the 26th floor with an amazing view. The Room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious.

    A bit disappointing

    The hotel rates in Tokyo are excessively high. Paying 70,000 yen per night used to be equivalent to a five-star hotel charge. However, this experience does not meet the standards of a five-star class. Additionally, there was no room service, and breakfast was served in a buffet style that wasn't particularly appealing. At this level of service, it feels significantly overpriced. A rate between 30,000 yen and 35,000 yen per night would warrant a four-star rating at best. Furthermore, the buffet breakfast priced at 3,300 yen per person (charged separately) often ran out of ingredients. Each time we had to place additional orders and wait unnecessarily long periods of time—wasting valuable time overall. It felt rather disappointing.

    It is close to the JR station.

    It's better not to have high expectations for the breakfast buffet. Perhaps because there are many foreigners, the staff seemed indifferent. Even when I made eye contact with the staff at the entrance, I wasn't guided, which made me feel lonely for the first time in a while. However, it is conveniently close to the station, but I don't think I will visit again.

    The facility is new, the staff are all courteous, the location is good, and above all, the view was wonderful. They also paid attention to the fragrance, providing a relaxing atmosphere that made us feel welcomed. I recommend this Stays.

    The lobby has a wonderful view and a lovely atmosphere.

    The bathroom was comfortable, with the bathtub and shower separated. Amenities were minimal, and there were no cosmetics. Since the Room is on a high floor, you can fully enjoy Tokyo’s night view. If your Room faces Shimbashi Station, it was also fun to watch the bullet trains. The lounge was originally a meeting room, so while there are complimentary drinks, I wouldn’t expect it to be like other lounges. There are only two elevators from the ground level up to the lobby, so you may have to wait a bit. However, the lobby is on a high floor with large sofas, and both the view and atmosphere are great. Breakfast was buffet-style with Japanese, Western, and Chinese options—there was a wide variety, all delicate and delicious. There was steamed white rice, curry, mixed rice dishes (takikomi gohan), and all the standard Western breakfast items as well; plus plenty of salads and warm vegetables. There were even tempura selections lined up, and I was especially surprised by how pleasantly chewy the udon noodles were. They seem to put particular effort into Japanese cuisine. There were also far more desserts than you’d expect for breakfast; all four ice cream flavors were rich and delicious. If you stay here, I recommend adding breakfast to your booking.

    Since I am a nervous person, I usually have trouble sleeping, but at this hotel, I was able to take a nap and sleep soundly at night. The breakfast was delicious.

    Very good hotel

    It's a bit inconvenient that you have to take the elevator to reach the front desk, but as soon as I arrived on the front desk floor, I was very excited by the expansive view and the sophisticated atmosphere of the lobby. I was only scheduled to stay for one night for work, so it was really disappointing. The room felt a bit small, but the view from the room was also spectacular, and the room itself was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast might have been a coincidence, but it wasn't crowded at all, and I was able to eat very quietly and leisurely. There was a wide variety of dishes, and I was able to eat to my heart's content in the morning. Also, the staff quickly cleared the plates, and almost all the staff were friendly, allowing me to relax overall. I definitely want to stay here again next time.
