    I stay here often.

    I stay here every time I come back to visit family. They are mindful of the environment while still offering amenities like tea, which is a nice touch. The former Takarazuka Hotel was wonderful, and the Rooms at the current Takarazuka Hotel are wonderful as well.

    It was comfortable.

    I always stay here when attending a show. Even though it was a morning performance, I was able to store my luggage in a locker, which was very helpful. My friend and I enjoyed a late lunch buffet at Ensemble. The space was spacious, with a wide variety of dishes, and we were very satisfied. Perhaps because it is the Hotel’s 100th anniversary, there were also menu items from the former Takarazuka Hotel, and everything was delicious. The Room is compact, but has a lovely atmosphere and was very comfortable. All of the staff were extremely pleasant and kindly assisted us, which we truly appreciated. I will definitely stay again.

    It’s very close to the Takarazuka Grand Theater, which makes it extremely convenient for attending performances. The 100th anniversary displays and costumes were beautifully arranged again this time and were wonderful. However, the toothbrush provided here is always too hard, so I only use the toothpaste and use a disposable toothbrush I bring with me. If possible, I would prefer a softer toothbrush.

    Although it is located some distance from the city centers of Osaka and Kobe, that is precisely why this Hotel offers a quiet, relaxing atmosphere as its main feature. It is the perfect Accommodation for travelers seeking that kind of attentive hospitality.

    We were extremely satisfied.

    I stayed here with my 80-year-old mother while attending a Takarazuka performance. It was raining that day, but the Accommodation was close to the Grand Theater, which was very convenient and helpful. Everywhere inside was filled with the world of Takarazuka, and I felt happy throughout my stay. There was also a 100th anniversary photo spot, and taking pictures there became a wonderful memory. Everyone’s service was excellent, from the front desk staff to the housekeeping team, and we had a truly comfortable time. The non-alcoholic cocktail in Cosmos Troupe colors was also delicious. I would definitely like to stay here again when attending another performance.

    The perfect Hotel for enjoying Takarazuka performances

    Since relocating, it’s even closer to JR Takarazuka Station, and the location—right in front of the Grand Theater—is excellent. The rates also feel reasonable. The building is clean and beautiful, and it may be a one-of-a-kind Hotel where you can savor the lingering magic of Takarazuka. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options and is very delicious. I also appreciated that they can store your luggage in free lockers even after checkout. Since it’s in an Onsen area, I wished there were a large public bath with Onsen.

    It is a wonderful Hotel.

    I don’t come to see Takarazuka shows; I stay here when traveling in the Kansai area. The interior is very luxurious, and the staff are kind and welcoming. The Room is clean, and you can watch Takarazuka programs on TV, which left me with the impression that they’re enjoyable even if you’re not particularly interested in Takarazuka. The breakfast buffet is also delicious, and I really like it. I stay here every spring, and the cherry blossoms along the road are truly beautiful—perfect for a stroll. There are restaurants within walking distance as well, so I think this Hotel offers plenty of ways to enjoy your stay.

    It was the best girls’ trip ever—we were completely satisfied with everything.

    I stayed here for a one-night trip with friends. At check-in, they upgraded my Room from Standard to Superior, and I was thrilled with the spacious, wonderful Room. The Room was thoroughly cleaned down to every corner, so it was extremely clean and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet I had been looking forward to offered a wide variety of options, all delicious, and I was able to enjoy a relaxed and luxurious time. It was such an excellent stay that I wanted to express my gratitude as well, including for the staff’s hospitality. When I visit Takarazuka again, I will definitely stay here.

    I sometimes stay her...

    I sometimes stay here on my way home from concerts. I really appreciate that you have single Rooms where I can relax and stay comfortably on my own. The Room is clean, pleasant, and calming. This time, the morning buffet included scones, and I was thrilled to find they had exactly the texture I love. It’s been hard to come across truly delicious scones, so it made my morning. Of course, the salads, deli items, bread, and drinks were also plentiful, fresh, and tasty. Thank you for a wonderful and happy time for one.

    This is a Hotel that...

    This is a Hotel that feels soothing no matter when you visit. The amenities are by Laura Ashley and have a wonderful rose fragrance. The Room is compact, but it was clean and comfortable, with stylish, simple décor. The fresh and kind welcome from the staff was impressive as always. For breakfast, the omelet comes with either Américaine or demi-glace sauce—both are highly recommended! One of the pleasures of the location is being able to walk from Takarazuka Station along Hana-no-Michi (Flower Road). This time the cherry blossoms were in full bloom and beautiful, but it’s a lovely path where you can enjoy seasonal flowers throughout the year. It was a great refresh. Thank you very much.

    A stylish Hotel

    This Hotel is one I had wanted to stay at at least once since it was newly rebuilt. I’ve never seen the revue, but it has an atmosphere unlike an ordinary Hotel, evoking that world. As soon as you step through the entrance, you feel as if you’ve entered a slightly fairy-tale-like world. The Room furnishings are also charming and tastefully arranged, which made for a wonderful stay. If you love the revue, I think this is a Hotel well worth staying at at least once.

    I had been wanting to stay here, and on the occasion of my birthday, my wish finally came true and I stayed for the first time. Thank you very much for the bouquet and card. I was truly happy and captured them in photos. Perhaps due to the location, I hardly saw any inbound visitors, which is quite rare these days. The self-service coffee and green tea in the new, beautiful Room were both delicious, and I was very satisfied. Also, at breakfast and at the café on the first floor, the service was wonderful—truly what you would expect from a long-established place. Congratulations on your 100th anniversary! I will be back again.

    I have stayed here several times. The overall atmosphere of the Hotel is wonderful, and the Room, bathroom facilities, and linens are all well maintained and clean, so I always have a comfortable stay. What stands out most, however, is the politeness of the cleaning staff. When I leave my Room to check out, even staff working far down the hallway look toward me and say “Thank you very much,” with a proper bow. It was the same on my last stay and the one before that. The first time, I was truly impressed. Thanks not only to their courtesy but also to their careful work, I’m able to spend such a pleasant time here.     It’s a compact but w...

    It’s a compact but wonderfully cozy and lovely Hotel. The cleaning was more thorough than anywhere else, the breakfast was delicious, and every staff member we met was cheerful and kind—our travel fatigue melted away. In the stylish lounge, they also offer original cocktails for Takarazuka fans, and I’d like to try one next time. This time I ordered a Mimosa, and it was definitely delicious. We had a very comfortable stay. Thank you so much—we’ll be back!

    I had a relaxing time in a beautiful and luxurious Room. The interior design of the Room is elaborate, making it exciting to stay in. The location is convenient and very comfortable. I would love to stay again!

    Stayed in a single room.

    Unlike other hotels, it is great that you can reserve a single room even though it is not a Business Hotel. This time, my father stayed alone on short notice. The room seemed a bit small for one man to stay in, so he mentioned considering reserving a double room next time. Also, he noticed the futon was slightly dusty and caused some itchiness, but overall, he was very pleased with the cleanliness of the Hotel.

    We had a great time.

    I had a very comfortable stay during my previous visit, so I decided to return for our family trip at the end of the year. We were upgraded to a higher-grade Room on the day, and it was incredibly luxurious. I enjoyed using the ReFa iron, and with the chandelier in the Room, I felt like a princess. The breakfast buffet was delightful, especially the omelets. The princess cake was so cute that I couldn't resist having an extra serving. It would have been even better with more vegetables and fruits available.

    It was a dreamlike experience.

    The restaurant and front desk staff were very kind, making my stay comfortable. I enjoyed relaxing in the cute Room. The chandelier in the lobby and the red-carpeted staircase were impressive. I was thrilled to watch the Hankyu train crossing Mukogawa from the window, as I love trains. Next time, I would like to stay with my family. Thank you very much!

    The facility is not ...

    The facility is not new, but it is clean and welcoming. Room amenities are coordinated with Laura Ashley products, and women are provided with additional cosmetic amenities for both morning and evening use. However, the toothbrushes are terrible. The bristles are so hard that they might damage your teeth, which is very disappointing. While it may be a cost issue, if toothbrushes are going to be provided, they should at least be of better quality. I highly recommend the staff try using them themselves. Truly unfortunate.

    Sixth Stay

    I love the Takarazuka Revue and stay at this accommodation before and after performances. I have stayed in all types of rooms, and every room is wonderful and satisfying. The room I stayed in this time was equipped with a ReFa shower head, hair dryer, and iron, which I was excited to try out. For meals, I had both breakfast and dinner at Ensemble, but the breakfast was more satisfying for me.

    I am not a Takarazuk...

    I am not a Takarazuka fan, but staying at the Takarazuka Hotel and visiting the theater was a dream come true. The staircase in the lobby was breathtaking, just like a real stage. The room was lovely, but I noticed dust and hair in the toilet, so I had to deduct some points. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Used dishes were cleared away while I stepped away from my seat, making for a pleasant experience.

    It was comfortable.

    Stayed for a theater visit. Being next to the Takarazuka Grand Theater, it was convenient to stay until the last minute. The location seems popular among women, as the mirror is large and makes getting ready easy. The room is also clean and bright. I will use this accommodation again. Thank you for your hospitality.

    The room overall was...

    The room overall was very good, but the bedding was a bit disappointing. The pillow was too flat and low, making it hard to sleep. The duvet cover and the inner filling were misaligned. The mattress was too soft, making it difficult to turn over while sleeping. Additionally, I ran out of water and called the front desk for assistance, but they responded strictly according to their manual, saying "one bottle per person," which left me shocked. I wandered through the hallways searching for vending machines but found it confusing like a maze; even with a map, I couldn't locate one easily. Fortunately, I encountered a staff member who kindly gave me one bottle of water and saved me from further trouble. However, my experience with the front desk staff was disappointing. Their refusal felt cold and unkind despite the beautiful exterior and lovely room of this Hotel; it's unfortunate that such an impression came from those representing its face at reception.

    This was my first stay since the property was newly built, and the Room was clean and everything was comfortable, making it the best choice for theater visits. The breakfast was also very delicious, and I would love to stay here again when going to the theater.

    Cost-effective Hotel

    I stayed here during my visit to the Takarazuka Grand Theater. The moment I entered the hotel, from the lobby to the hallways, it felt like a five-star hotel, and I truly enjoyed my stay. This time, I stayed in a Deluxe Corner Twin Room, which offered a great view of the Grand Theater and Mukogawa River. For dinner and breakfast, I chose the buffet at Ensemble, and the food was delicious. The staff promptly cleared empty plates, providing excellent service. I had previously stayed at the old Takarazuka Hotel before its renovation, but I preferred both the atmosphere and views of this new Takarazuka Hotel. Additionally, both accommodation costs and buffet prices were very reasonable, making it a cost-effective choice. I would love to stay here again for future theater visits!

    A wonderful Hotel.

    I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, which I had always admired, due to a sudden trip to the Expo. The single room had a spacious bed and was very comfortable, and above all, the design of the room was lovely! I think women will especially love it. The buffet-style breakfast was also delicious. This is just my personal opinion, but if the nightwear were separate pieces, it would have been absolutely perfect. I definitely want to visit again!
