    We stayed for one night after visiting Disney. The service was excellent. We would have appreciated a bit more variety at breakfast.

    It was great.

    This was my second stay. I stayed to relax, and as soon as I entered the lobby, I was greeted by a lovely fragrance that instantly made me smile. The breakfast buffet was also delicious. I would love to stay again if I have the chance.

    Because we had a great experience with the Club Floor at Hyatt Regency Yokohama, we decided to try this one as well. This one is very reasonably priced. When we arrived by car, the doormen welcomed us very pleasantly. You park in the parking lot yourself. After entering, there was no guidance, so we lined up at the front desk. In Yokohama, they asked at the entrance whether we were using the Club Floor and checked us in at the dedicated lounge without having to line up at the front desk, which was excellent—so this was disappointing. Even after it was clear at check-in that we were staying on the Club Floor, we were not guided to a dedicated counter; however, later someone came to the counter in front of the lounge, so it seems that just before 3:00 p.m. (about five minutes before) it may not be available yet. Because they copy your card and confirm that it can be used (an overseas-style process), it takes time, so I would have preferred a dedicated counter here as well. Checkout is at 12:00 p.m., so the hallway still felt like housekeeping was in progress, but the warm smiles from staff members we passed made me feel better. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and very comfortable and pleasant to stay in. The lounge menu is not extensive, but it is relaxed; seats were never full and there was no need to line up for food, which was nice. The quality of finger foods during cocktail time is completely different from Yokohama’s, but for this price it was satisfying enough. There weren’t many snacks or alcoholic drinks; since there were braised pork belly and mixed rice cooked with ingredients (takikomi gohan), it felt more like having a proper dinner than just drinking alcohol. My husband seemed to want a few more snacks. This Hotel offers turndown service. After 5:00 p.m., my husband was taking a bath and I had dozed off on the bed; I didn’t notice a knock, and by the time I realized someone had spoken, they had opened the door and a staff member doing bed-making was standing at the entrance—this really surprised me. It felt like a service that didn’t match how things were handled at reception.

    Stay the night after visiting Disney

    I stayed at the Hyatt Regency after visiting DisneySea. I used the free shuttle bus from DisneySea, but the service felt less frequent than at other hotels. Since it also stops by Disneyland first, I lined up early because I didn’t want to miss it if it filled up. That said, the driver was very kind, check-in was extremely smooth, and the Room was clean—I was very satisfied with my stay. The breakfast was especially outstanding, and I definitely want to stay again. There was a wide variety of dishes, and I particularly appreciated the many sauces and toppings as well as the large selection of drinks. Some places look stylish but are so overly fancy that you can’t really tell what you’re eating; that wasn’t the case here, which I really liked.

    A must-repeat stay!! A Hotel we recommend for anyone looking for a wonderful Hotel stay.

    This was probably my third stay, and once again I was completely satisfied with my Hotel stay! It was my first time seeing the Halloween decorations, and I really enjoyed the different atmosphere. Breakfast was as delicious as ever, and I’d love to visit again. The service was excellent, and I had a very comfortable stay this time as well. Thank you very much.

    If it’s close to the end time, you may not be able to enjoy breakfast at a relaxed pace.

    About 20 minutes before breakfast service ended (10:30), empty plates were cleared away one after another, which made me feel rushed and unable to relax. Considering the room rate, I felt the service lacked a welcoming attitude that allows guests to take their time. As for the other services and Facilities, they were generally in line with the price, and I had no major complaints.

    Stay overnight on your way back from Disney Resort

    On the day, we traveled from DisneySea to the Hotel. We headed to the bus stop planning to take a direct bus from DisneySea to the Hotel. However, although there was a bus stop and many different destinations, there were no signs showing bay numbers or which Hotel each bus was going to. There was only a staff member (from the bus company?) loudly announcing destinations. It was a very unhelpful bus stop. If you don’t check in advance, you might miss your bus. On the other hand, at the bus rotary by the opposite exit, destinations for each Hotel and major stations—as well as bay numbers and departure times—were clearly posted, which was helpful. That said, when we returned to the Hotel for a late-night check-in, we were welcomed very warmly and had a comfortable stay. We also used the breakfast service: both Japanese and Western dishes were very tasty, though the fruit and sweets were a bit disappointing. After breakfast I wanted to take coffee back to my Room, but there were no takeaway paper cups available (they probably would have provided one if I had asked), which was also slightly disappointing. Even so, the quality of the breakfast outweighed those points.

    The Room was very clean. The only disappointing thing was that when I used the coffee machine, the previous guest’s used coffee grounds were still inside. I wish they had checked and disposed of them properly during cleaning. Also, there was a 40–50 minute line waiting for breakfast service… I hope this can be improved somehow—such as using a ticket system or dividing breakfast into time slots. That line was really tough.

    A Hotel where you’d like to stay longer next time

    Because our stay was short, we didn’t have much time to relax at the Hotel, but we still enjoyed a high-quality Hotel stay. We also received a complimentary Room upgrade this time, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful hospitality of all the staff. Next time, I’d like to stay with more time to spare and enjoy the Hotel stay itself at a leisurely pace, including breakfast. This is a Hotel I can recommend for family stays as well.

    Stay overnight after visiting Disney

    Using the Furusato Nozei program and my LYP Premium member benefits, I was able to stay at a great discount. Breakfast had a wide variety, and I was happy to have plenty of things I liked. Our Room was on the 5th floor; the view was mostly just the trees in the park in front and the parking lot, though I could faintly see the sea to the left in the morning. I had hoped for a Room with a view of DisneySea, so that was a bit disappointing. Also, there were no amenities at all that women mainly use (toner, lotion, cleansing products, etc.), and there weren’t enough hairbrushes or razors for everyone either. I’ve stayed at many Hotels, but this was my first time experiencing that. I’ve also stayed at an affiliated Hotel in Yokohama before, and if I remember correctly they provided enough for two days and for everyone. It was fine because I brought my own, but since the Hotel website says “available,” I wondered whether it was simply forgotten by whoever prepared the Room, whether they are not provided in Rooms to begin with, or whether you only receive them if you ask. Also, even for someone like me who gets hot easily, walking into a 22°C setting felt far too cold. It was also difficult to adjust the temperature. That’s a negative point for me. In addition, aside from the staff member at check-in (for example those at the breakfast entrance or in the lobby), it felt like some staff were not very experienced with customer service. I also took the last shuttle bus from Disneyland, but finding the stop was extremely difficult. The map is too simple; there is no signage on site; and it’s quite far from Disneyland Station (?). Since we were close to missing it, I almost gave up and decided to take a public bus back instead—but we made it just in time. Even after reaching what seemed like the stop area, other buses line up there too, so you could easily get on the wrong one if you don’t check carefully. Since this isn’t an official Hotel/Accommodation partner property that may be unavoidable. The driver was very pleasant. After checkout we used the shuttle bus again; because of extreme heat we waited outside so we could sit down once it arrived. Since it stops right in front of us anyway، I'd prefer that everyone line up inside in order—if you wait inside، you definitely won’t get a seat. Overall، though، we were generally satisfied! Having separate bath/toilet facilities was appreciated، and both bedding and pillows were fluffy， plus our Room was clean۔ There were bathrobes as well (though we forgot to use them). The shampoo doesn’t lather much， so preferences may vary， but after using it together with conditioner our hair felt smooth۔

    We were able to relax and enjoy our stay as three generations.

    I stayed here with my daughter and grandchildren. Since we had an elementary school child, a toddler, and a one-month-old baby, it would have been difficult to move around for every meal, so we chose a Plan with lounge access. The lounge was not very crowded, the staff were pleasant, and both tea time and cocktail time offerings were more than sufficient. In particular, it was great that we could have breakfast in the lounge instead of the crowded restaurant. The baby amenities such as a crib, baby bath, baby shampoo, and diaper pail were also very helpful. Other than the lack of guidance on where to line up for lounge check-in (which took time), and the fact that our luggage—left with staff upon arrival to be delivered to our Room—was still left in the lobby even after we rested in the lounge and did not arrive until I called from the Room, our stay was very comfortable. Many Hotels do not allow children to use the lounge after 6:00 p.m., so this was truly appreciated. I was prepared to take them out if they might disturb others, but the space was spacious enough that we were able to spend time there within reasonable limits. When leaving, our luggage pickup came right away. I drove this time, but there are frequent shuttle buses which are convenient as well, and I would definitely like to use this Accommodation again next time we all go to Disney together.

    Stay overnight after DisneySea

    This was my first stay, and all the staff were very kind and attentive, so I had a comfortable time. The Room was also spacious and clean—just what you’d expect from Hyatt. There were pajamas and bathrobes as well, which made it very relaxing. The amenities were well stocked, but there was no toner, lotion, or makeup remover, which was the only inconvenience. They may have been available at reception—I might have just missed them. There isn’t a convenience store on-site, but there is a Lawson in the neighboring Hotel about a 2–3 minute walk away. As long as it wasn’t raining, it didn’t bother me to take a short walk. I overslept in the morning, but I still managed to make it for breakfast just in time. The selection was just right and everything was delicious! I’d definitely like to stay again.

    Clean & Delicious

    Everything feels very clean throughout. Especially the Room, toilet, bathroom, and dining room. The food is also delicious. Dinner was à la carte and breakfast was a buffet; both were tasty and you can tell they are carefully prepared. This is one of the Hotels I would like to stay at again.

    High-quality dining and exceptional Hotel staff.

    This time, I made a Reservation for a Club Floor Room. We arrived quite early (a little after 12:00), so we planned to take the shuttle bus to Disney and spend time shopping at Bon Voyage until check-in, but the next shuttle bus was more than an hour away and we weren’t sure what to do. When we asked, we were told we could use the lounge even before 15:00, so we were able to sit down, relax, complete check-in procedures comfortably, and enjoy drinks while waiting. Then they kindly informed us that our Room was ready around 13:30—I was truly impressed. We were tired from driving, so this really helped. The food in the club lounge was excellent as well. To be honest, I usually don’t expect too much from lounge food, but this became my favorite among the lounges at hotels around Disney. I don’t normally choose fried chicken (karaage), but theirs was especially delicious. All staff members were kind, and we had a very pleasant stay. A couple of notes: there aren’t many shuttle buses to Disney, and if you watch “Reach for the Stars,” which currently starts at 20:55 at Disneyland, you may not make it back in time for the last bus. For breakfast, when we arrived at the restaurant a little after 7:00 we were seated smoothly; however, when we left around 8:30 there was a line of about 30 people waiting—so going early is recommended.

    I slept very well and felt truly rested.

    The Room was spacious, and the bathroom was easy to use. The air conditioning was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and I slept well. It was convenient to have Facilities such as vending machines, washing machines, and ice on each floor. The coffee provided in the Room was very delicious. The parking lot is available from 6:00 a.m. When visiting Disney Resort, there is also a shuttle bus, which made it easy to get around.

    Our family of four, ...

    Our family of four, including an elementary school child and a preschooler, stayed for one night. The Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I told them we wanted to check out early in the morning and was told it would be fine at any time, but the next morning there was only one staff member and we had to wait quite a while. Since payment is made in advance, I think an automated checkout option would be helpful. We were told that stargazing at the rooftop bar is not currently offered. It was a lovely space, but our children wanted to do it, so if it is not available, I think it should not be listed.

    As expected from a Hyatt, the stay was excellent overall, but the staff quality was disappointing. When I asked to park briefly in front of the entrance for a few minutes while I went to the restaurant, they repeatedly questioned my purpose and asked why it couldn’t be handled by phone. They also kept staring at me until I returned to my car. There were empty parking spaces, so I felt it shouldn’t have been an issue for just a few minutes. For a luxury Hotel, I also expected more from the front desk. Other than that, it was a very comfortable stay.

    I had trouble sleeping because I could hear voices from the neighboring room. Also, I was surprised that so many people were waiting to get into the breakfast buffet. Overall, I am satisfied and would like to stay again.

    Very good.

    Whenever we go to Disney, we always stay at this Hotel. The Room is spacious and clean, with a separate bath and toilet, and a bathtub as well—it's perfect. It’s reasonably priced even for a family stay. We’re truly grateful to be able to stay at this price. Highly recommended for families as well.

    The Facility is clean and satisfactory, but there is room for improvement in the service.

    We were informed there would be no buses after the park closed, so we took a taxi knowing that in advance, but it cost 3,600 yen... It was very disappointing, especially since other Hotels in the Shin-Urayasu area offer a Shuttle Service. It was a Club floor Room, but I wish there had been a better hair dryer. The bathroom was nice with a separate washing area, but it would have been even better if bath salts were provided. Since the lounge is of course not open after the park closes, I would have liked more variety of drinks in the in-Room refrigerator. Breakfast was served at the lounge and we could enjoy it at a relaxed pace, which was helpful. There was a good selection and everything tasted great.

    A good option if you only need a place to sleep.

    As it’s a newly opened Hotel, the rooms are very clean. The beds are also fluffy, so you can fully recover from a tiring day at the park. I took the shuttle bus from Shin-Urayasu Station, but had to wait about 20 minutes to check in. If the bus schedule is fixed, they should increase staffing accordingly, but there were too few staff members and the front desk was left unattended at times, which was frustrating. The drinks at the rooftop bar and the breakfast buffet were not very good for the price. At the rooftop bar, the staff kept chatting among themselves and didn’t notice us for quite a while. Since access isn’t particularly convenient either, it’s perfectly fine if you’re just using it as a place to sleep.

    I have stayed here twice. The Room—especially the bathroom area—was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also very delicious. I would like to stay here again.

    We relaxed and enjoyed ourselves in the lounge.

    This was my first stay at Hyatt Tokyo Bay. Since I booked a stay with lounge access, they upgraded me to a high-floor ocean-view Room. Tokyo Bay spread out right in front of me, and I was very satisfied with the calm, refined Room that felt true to Hyatt. At the lounge, there were more light snacks than I expected, and I was able to relax and unwind. However, it was disappointing that draft beer wasn’t available. For breakfast, I could use the standard breakfast buffet, which was very delicious. It has become a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again.

    The Room was comfortable, but the breakfast service was disappointing.

    The Room was clean and comfortable. The bathtub was especially spacious, which was great for relaxing and relieving fatigue. On the other hand, I was a bit disappointed with the amenities. We stayed as two guests, but many items—such as cotton pads, a comb, and a razor—were provided in only one set, which was inconvenient at times. I understand the idea of sharing items for environmental reasons, but depending on the relationship between guests, sharing may not be easy. Providing these basics for each guest would make the stay more comfortable. The most disappointing part of this stay was breakfast. When we went to the breakfast venue before 9:00 a.m., it was extremely crowded and we waited over 30 minutes to enter. We were seated around 9:30 a.m. and started eating, but around 10:10 a.m. staff informed us that it was time to clear away the food, so we couldn’t enjoy breakfast at a relaxed pace. If heavy crowds are expected on certain days, it would be reassuring if guests were advised at check-in to come earlier or if preferred breakfast times were confirmed in advance to help stagger arrivals. We did not expect such a long wait just for breakfast, and it affected our plans afterward. Also, that morning I had planned to meet a friend (who was not staying at the Hotel) at the breakfast restaurant. I intended to pay for my friend’s breakfast as well so we could enjoy it together. However, due to the long wait from overcrowding and then being told shortly after seating that service would end soon, we couldn’t take our time or enjoy conversation. In this situation, it would have been better to have breakfast only with staying guests and then meet my friend elsewhere—at another restaurant or café—to spend time comfortably. Given how crowded it was, I assumed there might be measures such as extending service hours; I was disappointed there was no explanation or guidance about this. Although we live close enough to go home after visiting Disney without staying overnight, we chose Accommodation specifically because we were looking forward to the Hotel’s breakfast buffet. Because satisfaction with the Room itself was high, the lack of guidance and handling during breakfast significantly lowered our overall impression.     This was my second stay. I tried a few nearby hotels, but I thought, “Hyatt is still the best,” so I came back—though it wasn’t as impressive as last time. Maybe because last time I stayed in a Club Deluxe Twin and this time it was just a Deluxe, there were no amenities like facial toner (even though Reviews said they were provided). I’m glad I brought my own just in case. I stayed with a child using Child Sharing Existing Bedding, but this time there were no children’s slippers or toothbrush either. We were tired after Disney, so I didn’t feel like calling the front desk and just let it go. Even though the TV was on, the screen suddenly went dark and displayed a message saying to insert the card correctly. I meant to mention it at checkout but completely forgot—sorry. My child also pointed out that there was a lot of dust around the light switches.

    Very satisfied

    The Shuttle Service was convenient, the Room interior was very nice, and the staff were kind. It was also great that light snacks were available for purchase. The towels and bathrobes were high quality and comfortable. However, it was inconvenient that there were no in-room amenities such as toner or lotion.

    I love the spacious bed and breakfast.

    -Room- We chose a twin Room. Since we had children, we asked to have the beds pushed together, and it was very spacious and comfortable to sleep in. The air conditioning was comfortable and the air felt clean. The bathroom had a washing area and was spacious; instead of using the pool this season, we thought rinsing off with water would be best, so we played with a watering can. The toilet was also clean. -Breakfast- There was a wide variety, and we enjoyed about 10 dishes. Everything was delicious and we were satisfied. -Staff- Even though they were busy, they were kind and courteous. -Restaurant- We recommend the restaurant. They had child guard chairs, kids’ chairs, and booster/backrest cushions that attach to adult chairs, so we could relax and take our time. -Shop- It had a good selection and was convenient. They also sold alcohol. From snacks to a small selection of bento boxes, it was great for picking up late-night food or treats. *If you need anything else, there is a Lawson next door.* Overall, it was an easy place to stay and I think it’s a very good Hotel. Thank you for a comfortable Hotel stay during our kids’ summer vacation!

    First, there was no ...

    First, there was no one at the dedicated check-in counter. Even when I spoke to a staff member, I was told to “please wait” and then left unattended. The regular check-in counter was handling guests much more smoothly, so I wish I had lined up there instead. When a staff member finally assisted us, there was no guidance or explanation about the lounge. In addition, although we had a Reservation for check-in from 3:00 PM, we were told our Room was not ready. We were asked to wait in the lounge, but there was no sign that we would be escorted to our Room… When we asked again, we were told it was still being prepared. In the end, we could not enter the Room until 4:00 PM. The amenities were inconsistent and not prepared for the number of guests. We also saw several other groups being told their Rooms were not ready, so it didn’t seem like an isolated incident. As for the evening cocktails, there was a good variety of food, but both bottles of sparkling wine were already empty right after it started. We also could not check out at the dedicated counter. I had been looking forward to this stay, but it was very disappointing. If you are paying this price, I would recommend another Hotel.
