    The Onsen was an ope...

    The Onsen was an open-air bath adjacent to the Room, and it was wonderfully relaxing. The meals were also very delicious! The staff were very attentive. It became a wonderful memory for my 77th birthday, and I especially recommend it for younger guests.

    The bath, meals, and Room were all very relaxing.

    The private dining Room was spacious and set apart from the others, so we could enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace without any interaction with other guests. We were able to try both loin and belly pork for the shabu-shabu, and the vegetables were truly delicious. The staff were very courteous, and we had a wonderfully comfortable stay. At first I wondered about having sofas in the Onsen, but once I saw it in person, it made sense—and it was so comfortable that I was genuinely impressed. Thank you very much.

    The open-air bath is exceptional.

    The open-air bath attached to the Room (with a reclining bath) was excellent with great water quality and temperature! The atmosphere of the Room was relaxing and comfortable. The food was also delicious, and I was very satisfied.

    First time using this service.

    This was my first time staying here. I didn't associate Kagoshima with Onsen, so I was surprised by how silky and smooth the water felt! I enjoyed soaking in the bath multiple times and was very satisfied. The service was also excellent.

    The open-air bath in the luxurious Room was excellent!

    I stayed with a friend. We chose this property for its convenient access from the airport, and the room and bath were very spacious, allowing us to enjoy a luxurious and wonderful time!! The bath, in particular, was a natural hot spring, so we could relax without worrying about time, and enjoying a drink while soaking our feet in the open-air bath became the best memory. (We were also grateful for the abundance of wine glasses and rock glasses...!) In the Kanto region, it's often expensive to find a natural hot spring with such spacious open-air baths, so Kyushu and Kagoshima are the best! (lol) The meals were also satisfying, focusing on Kagoshima's local cuisine! We will visit again, thank you very much!

    Nice inn

    We stayed with my daughter, her husband, and our grandchild, making a total of five people. We chose Yuzukian because we wanted to relax together. First, the maisonette room was enjoyable for our grandchild, who kept going back and forth. The 150-inch screen, said to be exclusive to this room, provided a viewing experience akin to a movie theater. Most notably, the open-air bath with a lift system allowed us to place chairs and relax comfortably. The indoor bath, open-air bath, and rest area are connected, so we could always keep an eye on our grandchild, which was reassuring. The breakfast and dinner were creatively prepared with seasonal dishes, and we enjoyed them very much. We would like to visit again if we have the opportunity. Thank you very much.
