    It was a very relaxing Ryokan.

    We stayed with our 3-year-old and our 2-month-old baby. We chose this Accommodation because the Room has a private open-air bath, and in-room dining—now quite rare—meant we could relax even with small children. About two days before our stay, we received a confirmation call and were grateful for the details about the Shuttle Service pickup location. When we told them our children’s ages, they kindly said, “We’ll make sure your Room is thoroughly cleaned.” The Facility felt a bit dated, but the Room was very clean. Everyone at the Ryokan wore hakama, which looked wonderful. Since we arrived with children, they guided us to our Room first, and being able to complete check-in in the Room was also a big plus. We were welcomed with matcha tea and warabi mochi, which helped us unwind after traveling. With only eight guest Rooms, it was very quiet throughout our stay—comfortable like having a private villa. They had already laid out futons so our child could lie down anytime, and they spoke warmly to our older child by name—thoughtful service that really stood out. Every in-room dining dish was delicious, especially the fish dishes. The private open-air bath attached to the guest Room had a lovely hinoki aroma. It rained on arrival day, but the next morning we enjoyed a bath while looking out at the sea. There is also a reservable open-air bath on the rooftop; after putting the kids to sleep, my spouse and I took turns using it. We even enjoyed stargazing at night—such a special memory. Thanks to all of their thoughtful care, this became an unforgettable family trip. We would love to stay again when we visit Izu. Thank you very much!

    The garden plants ha...

    The garden plants have grown and don’t seem to have been pruned, so although you should normally be able to see the ocean, it was disappointing that nothing but the plants could be seen from the Room. The food was delicious, with careful seasoning and presentation.

    The meals were absolutely delicious.

    Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious. The portions were generous, and I was happy to enjoy so many tasty dishes.

    It was the best accommodation.

    We stayed for one night during Golden Week. The hospitality and the Room were wonderful, and the in-room Onsen was at just the right temperature—I ended up soaking in it many times. Above all, the meals were outstanding. Seasonal ingredients were used with great care, and everything from the sides to the dessert was delicious and truly impressive. I think we’ll visit again. We found a great Accommodation. Thank you very much!

    The food, hospitalit...

    The food, hospitality, and surroundings were all excellent, and we were very satisfied. If I had to mention one thing, I wish there had been a light by the mirror in the washroom. If we have the opportunity, we would love to stay again.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    We stayed to celebrate his birthday. We appreciated being able to dine in our Room and enjoy the peace and quiet. The food was also delicious. Next time, we would like to stay in a non-smoking Room.

    From the moment I entered, the atmosphere felt gentle, warm, and incredibly welcoming. The Room was just as comfortable, and the indoor bath had a wonderfully relaxing ambiance. I also felt that the kindness of the staff enveloped the entire building. The meals were not only beautifully presented but also delicious and comforting. This Accommodation left me completely satisfied until the very end.

    The best & greatest

    I stayed here with my girlfriend. From the welcome snacks to dinner and breakfast, everything was delicious, and we were able to relax and unwind while enjoying in-room dining and the open-air bath. We would definitely like to stay again.

    First Family Trip

    We stayed with our 8-month-old son. They kindly prepared a futon and chair for him, and during the confirmation call the day before, they reassured us by saying, "We often have guests with small children, so please don't worry." The meals were perfectly portioned and delicious, making it a wonderful first trip. Thank you very much!

    Healing Accommodation

    A truly wonderful accommodation. I would love to stay here again. Room: Spacious, clean, and comfortable beyond expectations. Personally, a bath mat in front of the sink would have been nice. The toilet felt a bit plain; perhaps adding flowers or something decorative could brighten it up. Facility: While the building shows its age, efforts to maintain comfort are evident. The second floor felt slightly empty; having books available for borrowing might be a nice touch. Service: Exceptional hospitality that truly conveyed the spirit of "omotenashi." This was one of the reasons I want to return. Onsen: The private room bath was perfect—completely comfortable. The private open-air onsen offered beautiful views, and the air-conditioned changing area added to the comfort. I appreciated being informed that daytime offers better views—it was indeed true! Such thoughtful guidance is invaluable. Due to high temperatures during my visit, both baths felt slightly hot for me personally. While this wasn’t an issue itself, having a faucet to adjust water temperature (add cold water) would be appreciated. Dining: Relaxed and enjoyable in-room dining experience without any stress. Despite handling multiple allergy requests from us, everything was excellent! The inclusion of Western-style dessert instead of traditional fruit left a positive impression as well. Overall, every dish was delicious. An incredibly satisfying accommodation that I’d love to visit again without hesitation!

    Seafood Feast

    The onsen in Izu Kogen is always tasteless and odorless. Since it was my first time at this property, I was a bit anxious, but with abalone butter grill, spiny lobster, and simmered golden eye snapper included at this price, it's truly delightful. Dining in the room was very convenient. I'll definitely be returning.

    The open-air bath with a view was excellent.

    I stayed during the New Year, and the food was very luxurious and delicious. I entered the open-air bath with a view in the morning, and it was fantastic as the sun began to rise. The room felt smaller than I expected. Considering the price, having to lay out and put away the futon myself was a bit... hmm. The staff were all pleasant, and I had a comfortable stay.

    The food was delicious, and it was a good Stays!

    I stayed with my wife. It was a very pleasant Stays with delicious meals and a clean Room! A young girl was in charge, and she was very attentive and friendly, which left a good impression. Even though I hadn't mentioned my wife's left-handedness, they prepared left-handed utensils for her during the meal (when did they notice!?) We were able to spend a relaxing time and were very satisfied. I was concerned about the bad Review, but there was nothing to worry about at all! I will use it again~ Thank you!

    The cost performance was good.

    I was surprised to be told that breakfast could only be served from 8:00, but they accommodated us by starting 15 minutes earlier. Other than that, I had a satisfactory stay.

    A property where you can relax slowly.

    Enjoyed the Onsen and the meals. The female staff member who attended to our Room was warm and accommodating. However, the Hotel itself seems a bit old and not very modern. The season was also a difficult time, and the futon was heavy and hot. Overall, it was worth the price.

    It was a wonderful Stays.

    I was satisfied with the attentive service. Including the Shuttle Service, the in-room dining was also delicious. I ordered spiny lobster and abalone teppanyaki. The abalone was exceptional. The spiny lobster was a bit tough as it was grilled in the kitchen. Even so, the cuisine was top-notch! Above all, having an open-air bath in the Room was the best. In-room dining, in-room bath. I was able to relax in the Room at my leisure.

    For a birthday trip

    I stayed with my boyfriend for a birthday trip. The room and bath were very clean, and we were completely satisfied with the room service, presentation, taste, and the staff's hospitality. It turned out to be a great birthday trip. The only thing that bothered me was that the floor of the restroom wasn't completely clean, which was a bit disappointing.
