    Wonderful Room with a Pool

    The Royal Suite was a wonderful Room with a private pool, two bedrooms, and four beds. The barbecue Facility in the garden was also perfect. Because the Room is dog-friendly, we brought our dog with us. We had lunch at the Hotel restaurant on both the first and second days, but we had trouble due to poor handling of guests with dogs. On the first day, an older woman did her best to assist us; however, on the second day, a younger female staff member tried to close the door we needed to use to go get our salad bar items while we were seated outside in the heat. When we asked her to keep it open as on the first day, she gave us a very unpleasant look and walked away. We were shocked. A man who seemed to be in charge followed up afterward, but it left us feeling uncomfortable during what should have been an enjoyable stay, which was disappointing.

    It was great.

    I stay here every year. This year again, I was satisfied with the consistently luxurious experience. The Room was thoroughly cleaned, and I was able to spend my time comfortably. The service, which I had some doubts about during my previous stay, was also very good this time. The only disappointment was that although it was a Multiple Night Stay, breakfast delivery could only be the same Western-style meal. It is delicious, but having exactly the same menu for two days does get repetitive, so I would be happy if we could choose Japanese-style or a different Western-style menu for one of the days. I look forward to it next time.

    It was amazing!

    We were completely satisfied with everything—the Room, pool, bath, and meals. Our grandchildren were delighted as well, and we had a wonderful time. All of the staff were very kind—thank you so much. We would definitely like to stay again.

    Facility wear and tear

    We used this property again for our Christmas party this year. The staff’s service was consistently good, and whenever we asked for anything we needed, they responded quickly, which made our stay very comfortable. However, perhaps because we stayed a little earlier than Christmas, there was no tree in the Room and Santa did not visit, which was disappointing. We were also concerned about algae-like stains in the outdoor jacuzzi bath. They came off when scrubbed, so we would have appreciated more thorough cleaning. The Room is also showing more wear each year—cracks in the ceiling and walls, and the painting displayed in the living room has been crooked since last year (lol). We hope these issues will be improved by the next time we stay.

    Let's review and improve based on the reviews.

    I had a good experience previously, so I decided to book a different room this time. At check-in, I arrived slightly early and went to the front desk hoping to at least complete the paperwork. However, a staff member with an unfriendly attitude curtly told me to come back at 3 PM. When I returned at 3 PM, there was a long line. After waiting for quite some time, another staff member assisting someone else noticed that I was staying in a suite and hurriedly guided me to the dedicated reception area for suite guests. Since my dog was confined in a small cage with concerns about dehydration, it would have been helpful if they had checked my room and directed me earlier during my first visit. If there is a dedicated reception for suite guests, it should be communicated in advance. Additionally, while you can order barbecue ingredients from your room, the service from the barbecue team was very poor. The menu that used to be available in the room is no longer provided; when calling multiple times to place an order, no one answered promptly; deliveries were not made on time; and when ordering just seconds after the cut-off time for last orders, my request was coldly declined. Complaints about check-in issues and poor service when ordering barbecue ingredients have also been mentioned in past reviews on other sites. Many guests have also expressed that amenities like lotion or moisturizer should be provided for rooms of this class. The rooms and facilities such as the pool are excellent but being let down by staff behavior is unfortunate. It’s disappointing that there are hardly any responses from hotel management on reviews posted here—are they even being reviewed? I plan to stay again next time but hope that feedback is taken into account by management and improvements are made accordingly!

    Pool in Winter

    We had a great time with our grandchildren. Everyone was delighted with the gorgeous Room, and we were all very satisfied. We'll visit again!

    It was amazing!

    The Room was incredibly spacious and impressive - both the bathroom and toilet were large! Even though it was midwinter, we enjoyed the pool as if it were an open-air bath. The staff were courteous and kind. I definitely want to use it again!

    I was able to spend the New Year holidays at a leisurely pace.

    Although the Review mentioned that checking in for the suite was difficult, there was a dedicated check-in area for the suite, which made it easy! I didn't notice it much last time, but despite being busy, the staff were kind and courteous, which made me happy. Thank you very much! My beloved dog and my grandchild seemed to have enjoyed the heated pool even in the middle of winter. The person who brought the barbecue was also helpful in kindly teaching us how to use the grill.

    Check-in/Check-out

    I find it disappointing that even though it's a suite, I had to line up for check-in and check-out. It would be nice if they could consider doing it in the room or in a premium lounge.
