    Stay with your dog

    Although the staff seemed short-handed due to the Obon holiday, they were very pleasant and attentive. They served us without showing any sign of how busy it must have been. The food was delicious as well, and we would like to stay again.

    Room and service could be improved.

    Thank you very much for having us the other day. The staff were friendly and treated our dog with great kindness. The meals were also gently seasoned, and we were very satisfied with both dinner and breakfast. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay. However, I felt there are a few areas that could be improved to increase repeat guests, so I will mention them here: (1) When heading to our second-floor Room from check-in, even though we were carrying heavy luggage in both hands, no one offered to help with our bags. (2) As noted in other Reviews as well, the living area of the Room was filled with a urine smell. I understand staffing may be limited, but offering at least some assistance with luggage at check-in seems necessary. Also, because the floor material feels similar to tatami mats, I suspect pet waste can soak in easily. This may be a structural issue, but all the more reason thorough cleaning is essential. Since it is otherwise a lovely small Accommodation, I hope these points will be improved.

    I had a relaxing stay with my dog. The size was just right, and the quantity and quality of the meals were good. The only concern was that both the indoor bath and the private open-air bath in the Room had poor hot water flow on cold nights.

    First, as soon as I was guided to the room and entered, there was a strong smell of pet urine. Since this is a pet-friendly property, it can't be helped, but I think it should be addressed a bit more. As for the meals, when dinner is served in sequence, the intervals should be a bit shorter, as some people might get too full and not be able to finish everything. It might be fine for men, but it could be difficult for women or those with small appetites. The open-air bath was nice, but it would have been perfect if there was a mirror.
