    A bit disappointing.

    Check-in at the front desk did not go smoothly due to difficulties communicating with foreign staff. There were no Japanese employees, the explanations were unclear, and amenities were only available at the front desk. We also had to go to the area near the front desk to pick up yukata; when I tried to unfold and wear one, it was stuck together and would not come apart easily, so I ended up wearing spare clothes I had brought as loungewear. The wooden water spout for the open-air bath was rotten, and when we filled the tub, various debris floated on the surface, so we could not use it. The property should be kept cleaner and better maintained overall. Although it was supposed to be an online payment, we were asked to pay by card; because of communication issues with foreign staff, they told us to contact our company but never followed up. We had to contact them ourselves before we could finally resolve it. I would like them to have someone at the front desk who can properly understand and communicate clearly.

    Stay with your dog

    Although the staff seemed short-handed due to the Obon holiday, they were very pleasant and attentive. They served us without showing any sign of how busy it must have been. The food was delicious as well, and we would like to stay again.

    Room and service could be improved.

    Thank you very much for having us the other day. The staff were friendly and treated our dog with great kindness. The meals were also gently seasoned, and we were very satisfied with both dinner and breakfast. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay. However, I felt there are a few areas that could be improved to increase repeat guests, so I will mention them here: (1) When heading to our second-floor Room from check-in, even though we were carrying heavy luggage in both hands, no one offered to help with our bags. (2) As noted in other Reviews as well, the living area of the Room was filled with a urine smell. I understand staffing may be limited, but offering at least some assistance with luggage at check-in seems necessary. Also, because the floor material feels similar to tatami mats, I suspect pet waste can soak in easily. This may be a structural issue, but all the more reason thorough cleaning is essential. Since it is otherwise a lovely small Accommodation, I hope these points will be improved.

    I had a relaxing sta...

    I had a relaxing stay with my dog. The size was just right, and the quantity and quality of the meals were good. The only concern was that both the indoor bath and the private open-air bath in the Room had poor hot water flow on cold nights.
