    It was a small but nice Hotel.

    Although it’s a small property, the service was excellent, and breakfast was great with plenty of variety and local specialties. The housekeeping staff always greeted me when we passed in the hallway, and when I left my Room with my suitcase, they noticed I was heading downstairs and pressed the elevator button for me. I really appreciated those thoughtful little gestures. I’d love to stay here again the next time I visit Hiroshima. Thank you very much.

    Your first time in Hiroshima? A Hotel within walking distance of Hiroshima Station’s South Exit.

    This was my first time in Hiroshima, and I came with my son to visit Hiroshima University. Sightseeing on day one, and the university visit on day two. I considered an A○A Hotel near the station, but it felt expensive for how small it was. This Hotel is a short walk from the station—less than 10 minutes—and because it’s in a quiet residential area, it isn’t noisy. It’s a bit old, but the Room was clean, and there was a desk where my son could study. There’s also a convenience store within about a 5-minute walk. After about a 10-minute walk, there seemed to be several good restaurants around. We made a Reservation at a teppanyaki restaurant and really enjoyed it. The Mongoi ramen was also delicious. For sightseeing in the city, we took the streetcar from Hiroshima Station South Exit to the Atomic Bomb Museum at Peace Memorial Park. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was very satisfying. Overall, this is a well-balanced Hotel. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Hiroshima next time.

    I’d like to stay here again.

    Accommodation: I stayed in a Superior Twin Room. It had a sofa and plenty of space, so I could relax comfortably. I was also happy to be able to take a long bath using the amenity bath salts. Breakfast: The conger eel dashi ochazuke was delicious. If possible, I would be glad if breakfast coffee could be taken back to the Room. Location: It’s a bit of a walk both to Hiroshima Station and to catch the streetcar—though not far enough to need a taxi. It may have felt farther because it was drizzling. Overall: I’d like to stay here again when visiting Hiroshima. Thank you for your hospitality.

    It was a comfortable Hotel.

    This is a small Hotel in a quiet riverside area, less than a 10-minute walk from Hiroshima Station. We stayed in a Superior Twin, and it was spacious enough for two people. The staff were well assigned across reception, the restaurant, and other areas, and everyone was very pleasant. I felt it offered excellent value for money. If I have the chance, I would like to stay here again.

    I always stay here when traveling to Hiroshima. I’m very satisfied with the spacious, clean Room. However, sometimes the water in the toilet tank doesn’t stop running, so it may be worth checking.

    I stayed here to attend a live concert. Since it was an Economy Twin, it may be unavoidable, but the unit bath was compact and I had a little trouble finding space to put things like clothes. It’s a small Hotel, but it was clean, and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

    Great value for money

    For the price, the bathroom is clean and well-equipped. The Room isn’t large, but it’s clean and neatly arranged, and the large desk is very helpful. It may be tough for a long stay, but it’s more than sufficient for a 1–2 night business trip. However, since there are only two elevators for 15 floors, it can be difficult to catch one from the lower floors at checkout time. Even after waiting four times I couldn’t get on, so I went up to an upper floor first.

    It was a very clean and pleasant Hotel. The amenities were well provided, and I was satisfied. I would like to stay with the Royal Park Hotel chain again. Very satisfied.

    The hospitality is excellent.

    After a late check-in following a baseball game, the warm and friendly service at the front desk made me very happy. The explanation was thorough, and the hospitality was perfect. The Room was spotless and clean, allowing me to relax after a long, hot day. This is a Hotel I would love to stay at again. Thank you very much!

    When the card key is...

    When the card key is inserted into the power slot, the door chain gets caught—just by a few millimeters, but it seems like a design flaw. The shower knob is very difficult to turn. It’s slippery, and when your hands are wet, it requires extra effort. I struggled because I didn’t want to leave the water running. It’s unfortunate because the staff were very pleasant.

    Although the Hotel is located away from the station, using the JR Hiroshima Station luggage service "Crosta Hiroshima" to request luggage delivery allowed me to enjoy a day of sightseeing hands-free. When I arrived at the Room, my luggage was already there, making it very convenient.

    Convenient for watching baseball games at Mazda Stadium. Within walking distance to the stadium via the station, and the return trip after the game didn’t feel far. The staff were polite and helpful, making it a Hotel I’d like to visit again.

    We stayed here for two consecutive years. The toilet tank seal was loose, causing water to run continuously throughout the night. It might be a good idea to address this issue.

    First Trip to Hiroshima

    I visited Hiroshima for the first time with my wife and was able to enjoy a long-awaited trip for Kanai. The hotel is in a great location near the station and along the river, making it an ideal base. After arriving on the first day, we had dinner at a popular okonomiyaki restaurant in a downtown area a little further away. The next morning, we took a train from Hiroshima Station to Miyajimaguchi and toured Miyajima. After 2 PM, we took a streetcar from Hiroshima Station to the Atomic Bomb Dome, Peace Memorial Museum, and returned to Hiroshima Station for yakitori in the west exit downtown area. The next morning, we left Hiroshima Station early for Onomichi, which was a great position. The room with two single beds connected allowed for spacious sleep, which was nice. The cleanliness and luxury were also appreciated, and the price in the low 20,000 yen range for a Multiple Night Stay was helpful. The front desk staff were very helpful in providing information about downtown areas and how to use the streetcar. We are looking forward to the completion of the Hiroshima Station renovation. It will definitely be convenient.

    I probably won't use it again.

    I usually stay at Hilton or Sheraton, but since there were no vacancies, I stayed here with my children. I received two calls from someone claiming to be the manager, saying that children's voices were leaking into the hallway and footsteps were noisy. We weren't being particularly loud, but since the Facility is old, it seems that voices and sounds easily leak. It might be better to avoid staying with children. The meals were not great, but it might be okay if you stay with a Business Hotel mindset. International hotels tend to be more accommodating to children, so it might be better to stay there with kids.

    It was a bit disappointing.

    The parking lot can only accommodate 8 cars in front of the Hotel, and the rest are in affiliated parking lots located further away. First come, first served. We were lucky to just barely get a spot, otherwise, handling luggage would have been difficult. Regarding this, there is no one in front of the Hotel, so you have to go to the reception. The explanation about the parking location and the fact that you can't park in the same spot once you leave is given in a manual-like manner, lacking clarity and warmth. It's a bit sad. The basic skincare amenities here are also on a declaration basis at the reception. However, even though they know we are a couple in the Room, there are two shaving sets, meaning there are only unnecessary items. You can't tell what's inside without opening the bag, so I ended up opening a bag of unnecessary items and felt guilty. The humidifier in the Room doesn't have water, and there are few power outlets, so if you use the humidifier, you can't use the kettle's plug, so I had to switch while using the kettle. We were kept waiting for breakfast. Of course, we were informed of this possibility, but it's tough for those in a hurry in the morning. The Room is average. The location is so-so. The price was reasonable, so it was disappointing. If it's like this, I think there are Hotels with better locations and cost performance. Hiroshima has many Hotels. I won't stay here again, and this affects my evaluation of the entire chain.

    Thank you for taking care of us during our one-night stay this year. The location was very convenient for my daughter who arrived late, as it is close to the station. The view from the breakfast venue was also great, making us feel refreshed in the morning. We appreciate the courteous service from the staff.

    Repeat confirmed!

    I made a reservation based on the reviews. The result was just as the reviews said, and I was very satisfied. The room was clean, the amenities were plentiful, and for breakfast, okonomiyaki and momiji manju were prepared, allowing me to feel the essence of Hiroshima. The bath was not an onsen, so I rated it three stars, but there were no issues with the water filling or drainage. I will use this place again when I visit Hiroshima next time!

    Hotel along the river in a luxury apartment district

    The facilities in the room are ordinary, but being by the river offers a great view, and I enjoyed the morning scenery. There was no crowd, and Shukkeien Garden and the Hiroshima Prefectural Art Museum are within walking distance. The problem was finding a place for dinner. Although I expected not to have trouble with meals since it's within 15 minutes from the station, upon checking, the walkable area mostly consists of high-end Italian and French restaurants. It's something to keep in mind.

    A moderately satisfying hotel.

    We stayed for one night as a couple, and there was enough space to open a small suitcase, with all the necessary amenities provided. The breakfast included quite a few local Hiroshima ingredients and the taste was decent. It was a scorching 35 degrees for consecutive days, and we were troubled by the fact that the heated toilet seat in the room couldn't be turned off.

    Although it is a bit far from the station, the quiet environment allowed me to stay in a relaxed mood. The building seemed new, and the facilities were clean and comfortable. I made great memories in Hiroshima. Thank you very much.
