    I had a comfortable stay.

    As we didn’t have large suitcases, there was no inconvenience and it didn’t feel cramped thanks to the luggage rack and other amenities. The Room had only a shower booth, but it was more convenient than a shower curtain setup, and the toilet was separate, so there were no issues. Personally, I would have liked another type of towel in a different size. The mattress was great and I slept comfortably, and the large mirror was convenient for two people to use. Breakfast met my expectations; I was surprised they had sparkling wine available, but I enjoyed it. I’d like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    The spacious room an...

    The spacious room and calm interior were very relaxing, and I appreciated being able to use the shower in the bathroom’s washing area. The area around the Hotel was also quiet, making it a comfortable place to stay.

    The homemade breakfast was excellent.

    The broccoli and carrot salad at breakfast was all homemade—excellent. The main dish was also healthy and very delicious. The Room was spacious and felt like a stylish model apartment, so we were very satisfied. The shower water is hot, but the bathwater is lukewarm. It would be helpful to have a shoehorn at the Room entrance.

    Located in a quiet a...

    Located in a quiet area away from the main street, with few group guests, the stay was very calm and comfortable throughout. The Hotel is peaceful and highly recommended for those who wish to relax. The front desk staff were polite and provided excellent service, making the experience very pleasant. I only tried breakfast once, but both the main dishes and buffet were delicious and satisfying. One point of concern was regarding room cleaning. The welcome wine glasses provided at check-in were not cleared until check-out, there seemed to be no cleaning around the bathroom faucet area, and dust was noticeable around the bedside table. It felt like cleaning during our stay mainly focused on replacing towels and robes. Other than that, it was a very comfortable experience, and I would love to stay at this Hotel again if given another opportunity.

    Expectations too high...?

    I stayed in the Corner Deluxe Hollywood Twin Room. When I first entered the Hotel, the reception area was small, and the hallway was blocked by suitcases from inbound family guests. There was only one staff member at reception, and I wasn’t sure where to wait. It was a cold day at the end of November, but when I entered the room, it was set to 21°C with air conditioning. Since the Room is spacious, it took some time to warm up. Additionally, there wasn’t enough lighting in the Room. At night, it was too dark to read a book while sitting on the sofa, so I moved a floor lamp that was placed in a corner. The speaker system in the Room was excellent; I enjoyed listening to my favorite music. If possible, having a humidifier would have been nice as well. There was sparkling wine in the fridge; however, since I don’t drink alcohol often, it would have been great if there were tea bags for black tea or herbal tea instead. Also, having vending machines within the Hotel would be convenient.

    Room: Hmm, Meals: Excellent

    We stayed as a family of four, using two rooms for two people each. Due to the room size, it might be unavoidable, but the changing area was only separated by a curtain and was close to the toilet, giving it a cramped feel similar to a unit bath. There was a large mirror (with sink) right in front of the changing area, which made me think that if staying with both men and women, one would have to be mindful even when using the sink or looking in the mirror while someone else is bathing. Additionally, perhaps for ambiance purposes, the lighting in the room was quite dim—great for sleeping but inconvenient for organizing luggage and other tasks. Since there wasn’t any particularly great view outside either, I didn’t feel like opening the curtains. However, because they were blackout curtains that blocked light well when closed, it made things darker inside. There was also a large lamp available; however, pointing it towards the room made it too bright while pointing it away left things too dark—it felt like I spent my stay battling with brightness levels in the room. Wouldn’t it be possible to slightly increase just the brightness of room lighting? Regarding meals: we only had breakfast during our stay but found it exceptionally delicious—like dining at an excellent restaurant abroad! The coffee was also delightful; I hadn’t enjoyed such good coffee at an accommodation buffet in quite some time. While breakfast prices might seem high from a local perspective outside major cities or regions where this hotel is located—I felt that its quality fully justified its cost. I understand that nothing can now be done about how rooms are structured; however—and this is just my impression—the layout around water facilities could have been better thought out by design originally within this accommodation space overall... That said though: meals were outstandingly tasty here alongside staff members who struck balance between politeness without being overly formal yet maintaining professionalism throughout interactions making them approachable instead! It feels unfortunate given these positives overshadowed somewhat due-to-room-layout issues experienced personally during-stay itself ultimately still leaving impression worth considering again especially if meal quality remains consistent moving forward long-term basis potentially revisiting Bistro Noga someday externally beyond current visit timeframe altogether! Thank you very much once again over three-day duration spent staying here recently shared above thoughts feedback accordingly provided directly reflecting experience overall conclusion reached end trip journey completed successfully meantime!

    Comfortable stay in the heart of the city!

    This was my first stay at this accommodation. The room was highly functional (featuring a bath with a washing area, comfortable mattress, in-room tea selection including green tea and roasted green tea sourced from visible producers, original mineral water, and more), making my experience pleasant from arrival to check-out. Breakfast at the 1st-floor restaurant was made with carefully selected ingredients, and the evening wine menu offered a wide variety of choices. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful, which I deeply appreciated. Overall, it exceeded all expectations for an exceptional stay! I look forward to staying here again when attending events in Ueno.

    A cozy and intimate Hotel

    It was my first stay. The hotel exudes a casual vibe, but it's a place where both the young and old can relax. The room had a bathtub, and it was nice that it was separate from the toilet. The bed was quite comfortable. From the washbasin to the closet, there were also two relaxing chairs, and the layout was small yet functional. It was a comfortable stay. We also had dinner at the restaurant on the 1st floor. Although it was à la carte, there were some unique dishes that you can't easily find elsewhere, and the staff provided excellent hospitality. I recommend the restaurant along with the stay. I would like to stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo.
