    We had a great time.

    The Room with a full lake view was excellent. Unfortunately, the explanations were lacking, which was a shame, but dinner was delicious. If there had been explanations about the food and drinks, it would have been even more enjoyable—every dish was carefully prepared. The large public bath was also very good. The open-air bath as well.

    The worst Stays!!! ※Do not use this Property!!

    The room is clean, but the food is terrible. The meal, which cost 10,000 yen per person, is like a collection of side dishes from a store-bought bento with no homemade feel at all. The atmosphere is ruined by noisy, low-quality Chinese people in the restaurant, and to top it off, the large public bath I was looking forward to is not that spacious, and the shower is so weak that I can't wash my hair. Moreover, there are people, possibly Chinese, bringing smartphones into the public bath, taking pictures, and using bath towels to wipe their phones, bringing several into the bath. I went to refresh myself, but my mood was ruined!! I reluctantly used the open-air bath attached to the room, but I couldn't adjust the temperature, and it was extremely hot. I do not recommend this place for special occasions or for couples. It will surely make you feel sad. Even if it costs a bit more, I recommend another property. I will never stay here again, and I strongly advise against it for anyone considering staying!!

    It is best not to expect anything other than beautiful scenery.

    I stayed at several hotels around Lake Toya with almost the same accommodation fees. The charm of this hotel is the lake view, the open-air bath (perhaps prioritizing the view? Swimsuits required), and the clean, spacious room. It is a hotel with a small number of rooms. Things to improve: The food is not delicious, possibly below the level of a set meal restaurant, but it's still okay if it's No Meals Included. At other properties around seventy thousand yen, there were free drinks with alcohol and snack times, which were very enjoyable, but here there were no value-added services other than the room and the large public bath. There was no regular cleaning of the large public bath, with used towels piled up, and mold in the gaps of the open-air bath. Shouldn't this be improved? At this price, I recommend other Stays.
