    It was excellent.

    It’s a very clean Hotel. The front desk staff provided exceptionally friendly and wonderful service. I stayed in a triple Room with my children, and it was spacious and very clean. The view was amazing! The kids were thrilled. In the morning, there’s a bus that takes you to USJ, so access was convenient. The location is right in front of JR Bentencho Station, but you have to take an overpass and make a detour, so it can be tiring with lots of luggage. It may also be a bit hard to find your way. The breakfast buffet on the 51st floor offers an incredible view. The food was delicious as well. It was extremely crowded, though. Overall, I’m very satisfied! I’d love to stay again.

    I stayed here on a business trip to Osaka.

    I stayed here on a business trip to Osaka this time. I chose it because I had work in Bentencho and it has a spa. The location is very convenient, and the Hotel and Room were clean—I was very satisfied. The spa helped me relax after work. The view from the Room was also nice. It was a great Hotel that I’d like to stay at again.

    A Cozy and Comfortable Space

    This time, I stayed on the “puzzle-solving” Plan. To solve the puzzles, we had to explore every corner of the Hotel, but wherever we went, we enjoyed it in a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Although the main purpose was the puzzle-solving, we were able to have fun while truly appreciating how pleasant the Hotel is—it was a puzzle experience that only worked because of this Hotel. The view from the upper floors was great, and breakfast was delicious as well.

    We stayed for one ni...

    We stayed for one night during summer vacation with our elementary school-aged child. Since we planned to visit the Osaka Port area and nearby Asashiobashi Station, the location was very convenient. The Room was spacious, and the view was excellent. I did feel that the cleaning check in the Room could have been a bit more thorough. What bothered us more, however, was that it wasn’t immediately clear how to get from JR Bentencho Station to the Hotel (we actually got quite lost). After check-in, we accessed various Hotel information via QR codes, but I wished there had been a simple old-fashioned map showing directions and recognizable landmarks or store names—even if it’s not stylish, it would be easier to understand. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious, and the free lockers for guests were also convenient. There are many chain restaurants nearby as well, which helped when looking for places that are easy to enter with just my child and me. Overall, we were very satisfied.

    The Room amenities felt a bit lacking, but the meals made up for it.

    The Room was simple, and I wished there had been a bit more space to relax. The changing area was spacious, which was nice, but there were no shelves or hooks to place clothes, which was inconvenient. The washbasin area was also small, so there wasn’t anywhere to put personal items. I noticed some humidity (odor) in the Room. I chose this Hotel looking forward to the buffet, and it met my expectations.

    The view was consistently amazing as always! Thank you very much.

    Although we arrived a little early, the front desk staff did not greet us even when we made eye contact and spoke to them, which was disappointing as the service was good when we stayed a few years ago. The view from the Room was outstanding and we were very satisfied, but there was quite a bit of black grime on the window frame, so I cleaned it myself. Given the wonderful view, it would have been nice to have wine glasses as well. Breakfast was enjoyable with a wide variety at the buffet in such spectacular scenery, but perhaps due to rising costs, the taste felt slightly less satisfying than a few years ago; next time I would like to stay with No Meals Included and enjoy it that way.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    The check-in service was excellent, and the Room was comfortable, so I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. I would like to stay here again next time. From JR Bentencho Station, it felt a bit far when carrying a suitcase, so next time I plan to use the subway.

    Although it’s a bit dated, it has everything you need. There is a convenience store right in front of the 2nd-floor entrance/exit. Free lockers and an express check-out (just drop your key card into a box) were convenient. Breakfast offers great views and a wide variety of options.

    I would like to stay here again.

    It was conveniently close to the station, and it was great that we could get around using the passageway. There was a line at check-in, but staff guidance kept things moving smoothly. For check-out, if there were no additional charges, we just had to drop the key card into a box. Our Room was next to the elevator, but it was quiet. There’s also a convenience store nearby, which is very handy. However, on the way back from our destination the train was crowded, and we wanted to eat inside the Hotel or on the premises after returning, but nothing was available in time, which was disappointing. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

    I became a phantom thief.

    I stayed overnight for the puzzle-solving experience. Check-in starts exactly at 2:00 PM. Thanks to the Hotel campaign, I received Hotel points and was able to buy some delicious souvenirs—thank you. The puzzle was fun, and it was enjoyable to walk around the Hotel; the gimmicks were interesting. There were two things I couldn’t overlook: an odor around the plumbing area and low water pressure in the bathroom. Also, why did I receive a completion card even though I didn’t clear the puzzle? That only deepened the mystery.

    Not only did I waste four hours, but they also tried to shift the blame onto me.

    This stay was one of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever had. First, the staff’s attitude at check-in was intimidating, and they treated us as if we were solely at fault. My elderly mother was forced to deal with this for a long time on the spot, and we ultimately lost nearly four hours of valuable travel time. What I found especially problematic was that we were told definitively that “the Reservation name is incorrect” and that “there is an issue with the Reservation details.” However, when we later checked ourselves, there were no errors whatsoever in the name used for the Reservation. In other words, the Hotel’s explanation was inconsistent, and it felt as though they were shifting responsibility onto us. Afterward, we received a polite email from a manager, but it essentially stated that “it is not entirely the Hotel’s fault,” which was completely unacceptable. If we had truly made a mistake, I could understand. However, their explanation did not match the facts, leaving me with nothing but the impression of repeated falsehoods and contradictions. What we lost was not just an Accommodation fee—it was precious time during our trip. We could not go to places we had planned to visit and had no choice but to wait inside the Hotel. More than any Facility issues, I want you to value sincere service and accountability in your explanations.

    Breakfast and SARAS bento boxes

    This was our third stay. As always, the breakfast buffet on the 51st floor was wonderful—great views and delicious food. We enjoyed not only the main dishes such as tasty frankfurters and roast beef rice bowls, but also desserts like pudding and parfaits made to order. In particular, we ordered a bento dinner from SARAS and ate it in our Room. It was freshly made and so good that we said you couldn’t get something like this at this price these days—we even bought some to take home for our family. The Room had four beds with a table in the middle. It was long and narrow, but spacious enough to relax comfortably. We didn’t have time to visit Solaniwa Onsen, so we used the bath in the Room instead; both the shower and the chair were nice. Two disappointing points were that the sink area was small, making it difficult to wash our faces in the morning, and that there was no complimentary water provided in the Room. We will definitely stay again as a group.

    It was delicious.

    We were originally scheduled to stay a little while ago, but had to cancel because someone wasn’t feeling well. This time, we came as a couple. Dinner was gorgeous, cute, and absolutely amazing. Unlike some buffets where once it’s gone, that’s it, there was always plenty available. It wasn’t just delicious—it was fun. Breakfast also had a great variety and was very tasty. We went to the Onsen in the morning, and just like the Review said, it wasn’t crowded so we could relax. We were more than satisfied—this is a Hotel we definitely want to visit again. If I had one wish for improvement, I would have liked more Rooms with separate bath and toilet.

    A Gift for My Parents in Their 70s

    My parents from the countryside were truly impressed by how wonderful the Hotel was. Since there was availability, they kindly upgraded them to a Room on a higher floor. They also said there were so many breakfast options that they couldn’t decide. However, they went to Solaniwa Onsen for the bath and got lost, so I wished there had been a non-unit bath in the Room.

    Accommodation for a live concert at INTEX

    I stayed here to attend a live concert at Intex with friends! I arrived at the Hotel around 9:00 a.m. and was able to store my luggage (you place it in the lockers yourself). It’s a bit of a walk from JR Bentencho Station, but there are plenty of signs and a direct walkway, so I didn’t get lost. It’s closer from the subway station. The Room was clean. We had a twin Room, and it also had a sofa by the window, so it felt spacious—there was no problem even with two suitcases open. Since we were on a high floor, both the night view and the morning scenery were beautiful. There are also restaurants, a supermarket, and a 100-yen shop in the same Facility, which was very convenient. I also appreciated that they stored our luggage for free even after checkout. Getting to Intex was easy as well—just one subway ride from Bentencho Station to Cosmosquare—and it was convenient to reach Shin-Osaka via JR on the way back too. I’d like to stay here again when attending another live concert at Intex.

    The puzzle-solving was fun.

    We stayed with the puzzle-solving Plan. The puzzles were very well designed, and we were extremely satisfied. We enjoyed the buffet meal casually, which was great. We were surprised by the colorful cakes in red and blue. The strawberry tart seemed to be a little too tart. Our Hotel stay was a wonderful time. Thank you very much.

    It was a very pleasant stay.

    We stayed to celebrate my wife’s birthday and a special occasion for our daughter. There was a congratulatory message in the Room, which made them very happy. Being on a high floor, the Room was spacious and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the night view and the sunrise. We visited Solaniwa Onsen in the evening, so there were fewer yukata available and we couldn’t choose from many options, which was a bit disappointing. However, we were able to soak in various Onsens and felt refreshed. The layout inside was a little hard to understand. It was quite crowded—especially with male guests from overseas—but the recliner area wasn’t too busy, so we could relax there. In the morning bath, there were fewer people and it was very relaxing. Our family was very satisfied and said it became a wonderful memory for us all. We would like to stay again.

    The emergency exit was blocked by a partition!

    The emergency exit on the 25th floor was blocked by a partition, even though there was a green emergency exit sign. Inside, it turned out to be an unused elevator hall used as a storage area, where the emergency exit was located. Isn't this a violation of fire safety regulations? Additionally, the elevator to the 25th floor can only be accessed from the 1st floor. To go to the restaurant on the 51st floor or return to your room, you must first go down to the 1st floor and switch elevators repeatedly. Clear signage should be provided in major halls (51st and 2nd floors). The bathroom step is over 10 cm high and poses a danger for elderly guests. This is my first time experiencing such issues at any Hotel booked through IKYU.com.

    Highlights and drawbacks

    Although it was in front of the station, it was disappointing that we couldn't go directly. However, the view from the Room was great.

    Great view

    A used contact lens was left behind in the Room by a previous guest. Initially, the Hotel only offered cleaning, but after expressing discomfort upon checking in late at night, they agreed to switch the Room. The forgotten item was left in an obvious spot, suggesting lax checks of the Rooms. Other than that, it was okay overall. The location was convenient.

    Used after visiting Universal Studios.

    This was our fourth stay. We stayed after visiting Universal Studios for our child's birthday trip. This time, we made a reservation with a child sharing existing bedding, but the staff kindly upgraded our room to one with three beds. Since it has become a tradition for us to stay at Art Hotel during trips to Universal Studios and Osaka for my daughter's birthday, we were delighted by their thoughtfulness. The view was great as well—thank you very much! The male staff at the reception was also very kind, and we look forward to staying again next time. It would be even better if there were mirrors in the room (as mornings can get hectic).

    Buffet breakfast is preferable to sandwich bread.

    I chose this hotel because it has a large Onsen facility, but the price was extremely high due to the Expo period. The cost of over 60,000 yen per night for two people did not match the value. However, considering that you can usually stay here for around 15,000 yen, it is originally a very affordable and comfortable hotel. The view from the Sky Floor was excellent, showcasing the charm of staying in a high-rise hotel. The scenery was clear with no obstructing buildings, which was also great. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and was enjoyable; however, the sandwich buffet at Salaz fell short. It mainly offered ingredients to put in sandwiches and lacked satisfaction overall. Considering the price, if you're choosing a breakfast-included plan, the regular buffet is definitely better.

    The cost performance of Soraniwa Onsen is not good.

    I chose this Hotel because it features a large Onsen Facility, but the price was extremely high due to the Expo period. The cost of over 60,000 yen per night for two people did not match the experience. The view from the Sky Floor was excellent, showcasing the charm of staying in a high-rise Hotel. The scenery was clear with no obstructing buildings, which added to its appeal. The breakfast buffet at Art Hotel offered a wide variety and was enjoyable; however, the sandwich buffet at Salaz on the second day was underwhelming. As for Kuunoya Onsen attached to the Facility, there were several disappointing aspects: the inconvenience of changing clothes twice, overpriced and not-so-tasty food options, and disorganized amenities in the Onsen Facility were notable drawbacks.

    Used for visiting the Expo.

    Stayed for two nights to visit the Expo. The hotel is directly connected to the station, and it's just one train ride to Maishima, taking only 13 minutes—very convenient! For reference, on the second day, we took a taxi to Maishima, which cost 4,400 yen. We were lucky to see the Expo fireworks and drone show from our room, which was a delightful bonus! The room was quiet and comfortable, with no noise from neighboring rooms. If I had another chance to visit the Expo, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It's also conveniently close to Universal Studios Japan. Although the hotel does not have its own parking lot, the underground parking at the adjacent commercial facility is available for 1,500 yen per night, which was very helpful. (The parking fee was listed as a certain amount per 30 minutes after the first hour, but by showing the parking ticket at the front desk, we were able to purchase a discounted ticket for 1,500 yen. This might be a limited offer during the Expo period, so please confirm with the hotel if not mentioned.) We did not use the Onsen, but the Osaka guidebook provided in the room included a 20% off ticket for Kuten Onsen. If you plan to visit, be sure to check it out! (It mentioned that the discount could be used by saving the image.) The bathroom in the room was a standard unit bath, but the ReFa showerhead had good water pressure, which was a nice touch. However, it was disappointing to find an empty plastic bottle, possibly left by a previous guest, under the luggage rack in the room. Additionally, for rooms on lower floors, the elevator can only be accessed from the first floor, which makes it slightly inconvenient to go to the second-floor commercial facility or the underground parking. The second-floor commercial facility includes a FamilyMart, a pharmacy, Blue Seal, Burger King, Loppi, and even a Daiso, so you should have everything you need. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

    Conveniently located near the station. Excellent breakfast.

    You can reach without getting wet even on rainy days. I arrived before the check-in time but was able to enter the Room, which was very helpful. The view from the Room on the 30th floor was also great. Breakfast on the 51st floor was wonderful as well. Using a special discount for Sky Garden Onsen, I enjoyed relaxing in the Onsen. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

    Stunning View

    I stayed here for the Expo. The location was excellent, right in front of the station. I stayed on the 44th floor, and the view from both the elevator hall and the Room was amazing. However, it was disappointing that no bottled water was provided. Also, when I took a break at the Hotel to rest from the crowded Expo, I wanted to have coffee but only tea and black tea bags were available, which was also disappointing. It would be great if these two points could be improved.

    It was excellent.

    I stayed during the Expo. Although it is an older hotel, the room was clean, spacious, had a great view, and felt very fresh. The hotel is conveniently located with direct access to the Expo without transfers, and there’s a convenience store right in front of the hotel for easy shopping on your way in or out. The front desk offered discounted tickets for a nearby Onsen, which provided a relaxing start to my morning. Breakfast seemed popular and was fully booked when I tried to go; however, there are plenty of casual breakfast spots around the hotel, so finding food was not an issue at all. The location is excellent, and the staff were wonderful—overall an amazing hotel experience. I would love to stay again—thank you!
