    The hospitality was so good it almost made me worry.

    With overtourism these days, it sometimes feels like frustration is building among people working at Accommodations, and service can be disappointing—but that was not the case here. When we left our luggage, the staff greeted us with smiles, and from check-in to the late-night soba service through to check-out, they were consistently warm and pleasant. Because this is a place where such wonderful people work, it made me want to use the Facilities with care as a guest. I truly felt from the bottom of my heart that I want to stay again and recommend it to friends. The price is reasonable, yet the Facilities have charming Japanese touches; everything is spotless and beautifully maintained. There was a Dyson hair dryer, and my girlfriend with long hair was delighted that it dried her hair so quickly. The bath also has an overhead shoulder-flow feature, which warmed me through to the core. It honestly felt almost too good of a deal. Next time I’d like to come with my family as well. Thank you very much.

    Attentive service

    The Hokuriku Shinkansen was delayed by over 30 minutes, which threw off our schedule quite a bit. I ended up arriving much later than the check-in time, and you even contacted me—I’m sorry for causing you concern. After that, you were very kind and helpful, which was a relief. Your careful explanations made me feel at ease. The grilled overnight-dried nodoguro served at breakfast was absolutely delicious. When I checked a dried-fish shop to buy some as a souvenir, I found it’s a premium fish costing just over 3,000 yen per fish! It felt like such a lucky breakfast. Thank you very much.

    I stayed without bre...

    I stayed without breakfast, but they offered complimentary late-night soba and a drink bar. The Room was new and spotless, and the bath even had a shoulder waterfall feature. The front desk staff were truly courteous and helpful, so I had a wonderful stay. I think it’s a fantastic Hotel that exceeds its price. I’d love to stay again when I visit Kanazawa.

    We have discontinued the Night Soba service.

    A small, quiet, and pleasant Hotel. The service was sufficient, and there were 24-hour soft drinks available on the first floor. I was curious about the late-night soba service from 9 PM, but since it was after dinner, I decided to skip it—though I regret not trying it. I wondered if I should have asked for just the soup without noodles. The bathtub in the guest room had a shoulder bath feature, which I really liked. I would love to stay here again if given the chance.

    An Accommodation That Stands the Test of Time

    During the holiday, we stayed at your accommodation. We were fortunate to stay on the opening day of Amano-an, December 1, 2017. Since then, we have stayed several times over the past seven years. We are once again moved by Amano-an, which remains unchanged even after all these years. We will visit again.

    It was a quiet and cozy lovely Hotel. The entire facility was clean. I stayed in a Superior Twin Room, but I was concerned about the toilet being in the middle of the Room. All the staff were friendly and welcoming with smiles. Thank you very much.

    Kanazawa Trip

    I had the pleasure of staying at UAN Kanazawa during my trip to Kanazawa, a place I had been curious about for a long time. As expected, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the staff were kind and attentive, making my stay very pleasant. The free drinks and late-night soba noodles were delicious. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Kanazawa and would highly recommend it to others as well. Thank you very much!
