    It was my first stay in a while. There were a few things I noticed, but I will use this Accommodation again.

    I’ve stayed here many times, and this was my first visit since the reopening. This time I tried the “Japanese-modern” Room for the first time, and overall it was a very satisfying stay. [What I liked / What showed real effort] Room comfort and amenities: The newly renovated, spotless interior, high ceilings, spacious layout, and tatami flooring with a mattress made for a wonderfully relaxing space. I also appreciated that the loungewear was a separate top-and-pants set—it was comfortable and easy to move in. Well-equipped Facility: As someone who travels by car, the free parking is truly appreciated. The new large public bath and conveniences like a microwave (especially helpful for a Multiple Night Stay) show thoughtful consideration for guests. Great value: I’m sincerely grateful for your efforts to streamline amenities and staffing while keeping prices affordable in this location. [Hopes / Requests for improvement] Soundproofing / impact noise: I understand there may be structural limitations due to the renovation, but conversations from neighboring Rooms and voices in the hallway carried clearly, and I was woken up early in the morning at times. In addition, door sliding/closing sounds and vibrations from next door were quite noticeable. If possible, I would appreciate measures such as adding cushioning materials or reminding guests to close doors quietly. Clearer guidance on trash etiquette during a Multiple Night Stay: I support the system of placing trash in the hallway during longer stays; however, semi-transparent trash bags were left out directly from the night before, which slightly diminished the atmosphere of an otherwise pleasant stay. It would help if you could reinforce rules such as adhering to the designated time (by 11:00 a.m.) or not leaving bags out as-is through clearer guest instructions. This is an important Hotel that I want to continue using regularly, so I hope it becomes even better going forward. I look forward to staying again soon.

    Great value for money!

    I didn’t mind that there was no window. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance. I hope you can improve how amenities are checked and displayed. I didn’t realize razors were not free. Razors weren’t listed under the amenities, but it’s easy to mistakenly think all items are included when everything is checked.

    Breakfast, spa

    Breakfast didn’t have many options, but there was eel. The curry was also delicious. For dessert, there were roll cake and fruit. In the spa, the showerhead was a ReFa model.

    Convenient.

    Conveniently located in front of the station, with a convenience store and izakaya nearby. The Room was spacious with a cute interior. It felt a bit old, but it didn’t bother me. Overall the lighting was dim, and the chair sinks when you sit down. I couldn’t switch the shower settings in the Room bathroom’s shower booth because it required more hand strength than I have, but I managed using the fixed shower head. The spa on the 1st floor felt new. The courtyard next to the bathtub? looked like it was still under construction, which was a bit disappointing. There is an underground multi-story parking garage, so it was great to be able to move around without getting wet in the rain. The eel at the breakfast buffet was unexpectedly delicious, and you could even make hitsumabushi—it had everything you could want. There wasn’t much bread or Western-style food; most other guests were eating eel too.

    The Facility is old, but it offers great value for money.

    - The building and Room amenities feel somewhat dated. - The large public bath is spacious and clean, but the changing room is small and the route to the bath is not very convenient. - The guest Rooms have smart TVs, but BS channels are not available due to no subscription. - Breakfast has a limited selection, but each item is high quality. - Parking is free and mainly located underground at the Hotel, making it comfortable without concerns about rain or direct heat from the sun. - Overall, staff in the parking area, at the front desk, and in the restaurant are friendly and polite (excellent!). - The Accommodation rate is very reasonable. There are a few minor drawbacks, but overall I feel it offers excellent value for money.

    Our last stay was difficult due to a water outage. This is our second stay.

    I stayed here a year ago. Last time, there was a water outage early in the morning, so I couldn’t use the toilet or even wash my face—it was very difficult. This time, I’ll write a proper review. First of all, thank you very much for accommodating an additional guest at short notice on the day. The extra bed was absolutely fine. The Room was spacious, had a great view, and above all was very clean. The large public bath was also wonderful. I could relax in the small room with massage chairs as well. My top recommendation is the breakfast. It’s on a completely different level from nearby Business Hotels—excellent. The value for money is outstanding. I honestly can’t believe you can stay at this price. It may be slightly more expensive than nearby Business Hotels, but I was very satisfied. I’m sure I’ll stay again next time. That said, the gym area is modest, and there were times when the Wi‑Fi connection was unstable. Still—yes, absolutely—I will stay again. Thank you very much.

    Just one item.

    This was my second stay, and it was disappointing to find a large amount of trash left behind the sofa while looking for an outlet. Other than that, the meals and how approachable the staff were were just as good as last time. If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay again.

    Great value for money

    The Room, including the washroom, is stylish and spacious, yet reasonably priced—excellent value for money. Breakfast was fairly luxurious with items like eel, but overall the selection felt limited. The restaurant is also spacious and relaxed without the cramped feel of a typical business hotel, and considering the price, it was satisfying.

    Pajamas are provided.

    There are no pajamas in the guest rooms. You pick them up yourself in the lobby at check-in. Because I’m large, they provided an L-size set, but it was stiff and scratchy and hurt my skin, so I couldn’t wear it. My companion’s one-size-fits-all pajamas were fine.

    Classic, but satisfying.

    Although it’s a small town, this Hotel is right in front of Mikawa-Anjo Station on the Shinkansen line, with several Business Hotels nearby. The exterior looks like the movie “The Grand Budapest Hotel”! Dinner won’t be a problem. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the izakaya introduced by the Hotel. It was classic, affordable, and had a spacious Room. On a sightseeing trip you may not spend much time in the Room, but it’s a great choice if you want to relax and recover in a slightly larger space. The large public bath was also great. It felt like all the necessary amenities were provided.

    Please try a little harder.

    The foreign female staff member who assisted me at check-in was polite, but her Japanese was very hard to understand and she spoke quite fast. Even when I asked her to repeat herself, I still couldn’t catch what she was saying, so I’m sorry to say I ended up just going along with it. From an eco-friendly perspective, I don’t think we need lots of amenities, but I would have liked a hair tie or a shower cap in the public bath. When I went to the public bath the next morning, it should have been a time when no one else had used it before me, but the paper cups at the water dispenser were empty and hadn’t been refilled. That meant I couldn’t hydrate before or after bathing. The cosmetics at the sink were also not neatly arranged and were scattered around. It looked like cleaning had been done, but it felt unfinished, which was disappointing. The Room was clean, spacious, and easy to use with only the necessary minimum facilities. However, peeling wallpaper near the sink and on the toilet floor area stood out. There was also noticeable white buildup under the bathroom door that tended to accumulate. Because the Room itself was otherwise clean, these issues were especially noticeable and disappointing. When my neighbor opened and closed their door forcefully, loud noise and vibrations carried into my Room and made me uncomfortable. This may be partly due to the building structure, but it also seemed related to my neighbor’s behavior. The Room refrigerator also made noise at regular intervals; when I was sleeping lightly it woke me up several times. At weekday prices it feels like a good value, but at Saturday rates I found myself wishing I had chosen the Business Hotel diagonally across instead. Since this is a Hotel in Japan, I want thorough cleaning as well as proper organization and restocking of supplies. It’s close to the station and has an elegant atmosphere as a Hotel—so these shortcomings stand out even more. There are many attractive points such as a terrace and clean Rooms, yet they aren’t being fully utilized, which is very unfortunate. I hope you will keep working hard to improve.

    First Stay

    I stayed here on a business trip nearby. I’ve used other Hotels in the area a few times, and this time I chose this Hotel because it had caught my interest. From the exterior it feels luxurious, and the Facility and Room comfort lived up to that—I really liked it. If I have another opportunity, I’ll consider staying here again. The accommodation cost was also a bit cheaper than usual this time, so I think it depends on when you stay, but if it’s around the same price next time, it’s an easy choice for me!

    Business Trip

    I stayed here during a business trip. This was my second stay. Great value for money, and both the exterior and the room have an elegant, castle-like atmosphere that lifts your spirits. The underground parking is convenient as you can reach the front desk without getting wet on rainy days. I especially loved the large public bath; it helped me relax and sleep well. Since it's right in front of Mikawa-Anjo Station, I might consider taking the train next time. Thank you for a comfortable hotel experience!

    A Convenient Hotel That Lives Up to Its Name

    Stayed for one night over the weekend. It was for a trip to Nagoya, and while it's naturally more affordable compared to areas around Nagoya Station, the room was spacious and parking was free. The location is right in front of Mikawa Anjo Station, just one Shinkansen stop away from Nagoya. Although it's far from bustling downtown areas, there are famous restaurants that require reservations or have long lines, making it a pleasant stay. The building and room had a luxurious feel unique to Nagoya. The breakfast buffet wasn't on par with major hotels but offered something like hitsumabushi, which was incredibly delicious. Thanks to this, I didn't need to visit a specialty restaurant. I would love to stay here again when visiting the Chubu region. Thank you very much!

    Dinner is satisfying, breakfast preferences may vary at the Hotel.

    Dinner was very satisfying. The price was reasonable for the quality, offering great value for money. The dishes incorporating herbal medicine were impressive; I personally enjoyed them, but my wife found them a bit challenging. This might be a matter of personal preference. On the other hand, breakfast was honestly quite underwhelming. Although it was buffet-style, the selection was limited, giving more of an impression of "having to choose" rather than "getting to choose." It may not be suitable for those looking to have a hearty meal in the morning. As for the Facility, the spa was excellent and the sauna very comfortable. It is highly recommended for those seeking relaxation. However, I was surprised by how dark it got when stepping out of the elevator due to what seemed like motion-activated lighting in the hallway. While this might be intended as an energy-saving measure, keeping hallways lit at all times would feel safer. With clear pros and cons regarding meals and facilities, this Hotel can offer high satisfaction if your priorities align with its strengths.

    First Stay

    Honestly, the breakfast was very disappointing. The variety and ingredients were completely different from what we saw in the website images, which left us speechless and diminished our appetite, causing the whole family to lose enthusiasm. It was the worst accommodation experience we've had in recent years.

    The Japanese food was delicious.

    The Japanese dinner was very delicious. The timing of the dishes being served was neither too slow nor too fast, and the seating had a private feel, which was great. The Room was clean, more spacious than expected, and had a very calm atmosphere where I could relax comfortably. I would love to use this service again.

    The Facility showed ...

    The Facility showed signs of aging. Specifically, the lockers in the large public bath were mostly unusable due to broken locks, and there were not enough lockers available. Additionally, the changing room was very small and needs improvement. Dinner was extremely delicious.

    Not as shown in the photos.

    The photos looked amazing, so I made a reservation as a treat for myself, but there were many differences from the pictures, which was disappointing. I was looking forward to dinner and breakfast as well... Especially breakfast—it wasn’t as luxurious as in the photos, and the rice was dry. It was also unfortunate that voices in the hallway echoed loudly into the room. While some noise is understandable, children running around and shouting without consideration for others made it hard to relax. Having to keep shoes on even inside the room after entering was also tiring. I had high expectations going in, so it ended up being quite disappointing.

    It had a classic atmosphere.

    It was disappointing that the air conditioner was not on at check-in. The lampshade next to the bed was slightly dirty, and having paid amenities was inconvenient. The Room and bathroom were spacious, and the classic atmosphere was nice.

    The meals at the restaurant "Kou" were delicious, and the staff's service was excellent. I would love to stay here again when visiting Nagoya.

    Conveniently located near the station

    The access is extremely convenient, and it’s easy to catch the Shinkansen. The Hotel is very quiet inside, allowing for relaxation. The only drawback might be the lack of room service.

    A Hotel with Modern and Satisfying Facilities

    The room on the 3rd floor with a terrace was very clean, featuring all-new facilities (air conditioning, plumbing, and appliances) with an efficient design and high ceilings for a comfortable stay. Above all, the showerhead was a popular model, allowing enjoyment both in the room and at the large public bath. It's a hotel you'll want to stay at again even without any particular reason.

    The Room was very different from what I expected, which was disappointing.

    I viewed the room details on IKYU.com and made a reservation, but it was completely different from what I expected. First, the bathroom, washroom, and toilet were located up three steps of stairs, which left me wondering why. As I have difficulty walking, it was very challenging for me. Since I checked in late, I stayed as it was, but shouldn't such details be mentioned in photos or descriptions? My previous stay at your accommodation was comfortable; however, this time was disappointing.

    Best value for money

    Unbelievably reasonable. Spacious and well-equipped to the point of feeling luxurious. It's hard to believe this price includes a suite with two meals. The shared bathroom isn't very large, but I was able to relax as there were few people when I used it. The meals were so satisfying that I couldn't believe they were included at this price! I felt it would be worth visiting just for the stay itself. Next time, I'd love to stay in one of the newly renovated Rooms.
