Have a wonderful trip!
We stayed here for our first Golden Week trip as a married couple. The view from the Room was wonderful, and when we opened the window, we could hear Japanese bush warblers singing—it was very soothing. Dinner was also excellent; each dish was just the right portion size and delicious, and we’ve been saying we’d love to come again as a couple. We would definitely like to stay here again when traveling in the Yamanashi area.

The perfect Room for families with children
Stayed in the exclusive "Mama-Easy Room" (limited to one room). It was absolutely designed by someone with parenting experience—an exceptional room with no complaints! Having stayed in many baby-friendly accommodations, this one is the best and definitely worth a repeat visit. Highlights: - Spacious low bed where three people can sleep side by side without feeling cramped, plus a baby crib available. - Carpeted floors allow kids to run around without loud footsteps or worries about falling. - Plenty of toys provided, all clean and well-maintained. - Bath time is always fun because there are toys even in the bathroom! - The bathroom is incredibly spacious with a large bathtub. - Baby soap and other essentials are provided, so no need to bring your own. - Fully equipped amenities including a large refrigerator, microwave, children's tableware, bottle sterilizer, diaper bin, step stool, potty seat adapter, electric kettle, dishwashing detergent and sponge. Visited during winter—once the heater was on, the room became very warm (almost too warm), so prepare lighter clothing for children just in case!

Family Reviews
The bathroom in the guest room has very low water pressure in the shower, and the shower hook is unstable. There are many unnecessary steps, making it less suitable for elderly guests. The service provided by foreign staff was excellent and commendable, leaving a positive impression. The meals were not particularly remarkable in terms of taste.

The best one-night stay
We stayed for one night in the Grand Comfort Quad Room with a family of four. The bedroom is on the second floor, and there are two sinks in the washroom. The best part was the view of Mount Fuji from the sofa!! Dinner was also excellent, visually stunning, and truly delicious. Breakfast was a buffet, but it would be even better if there were a few more sweets... I appreciated being able to pick up a towel before entering the bath and returning it at the bathhouse, as I prefer not to dry them in the Room. All the staff were pleasant... It was a Hotel that made me want to visit every year at this time.
