  The meals are disappointing.

  The air conditioning is not very effective. Breakfast has limited variety. It does not offer good value for the high accommodation cost.

  Private pool rentals are amazing, but...

  Private pool rental is excellent, but the balance between that service and the Room service is not ideal, making it a bit difficult to say if I would want to return. Recommended for those who enjoy a lifestyle-type experience.

  I will never stay here again.

  To provide an honest review for those considering this accommodation: While the room was equipped with a washing machine and kitchen, which seemed convenient, using the washing machine resulted in issues like finding wrappers from Chinese snacks stuck to clothes. Additionally, dishes were dirty upon inspection. Although these facilities were available, they were ultimately unusable and caused significant discomfort. Breakfast service was unusual as guests were asked for their room number twice—once verbally and then again to write it on a paper labeled as an invoice. The sausages served during breakfast were so hard that they couldn't be pierced with a fork. The drop-off area for cars was practically non-existent, requiring guests to walk out to the street to hail taxis themselves—a major inconvenience during bad weather. While it might be possible to request assistance from the front desk in advance, calls often took over eight rings before being answered. Furthermore, many staff members spoke limited Japanese, making communication challenging.
