    A quiet, friendly hotel.

    They upgraded my room and gave me a small congratulatory gift. One staff member kindly accompanied us to the room and guided us during check-in. We didn’t use the other facilities, but we rested well in the spacious, comfortable room, and the large bathroom—with a bathtub and even a separate shower booth—was really nice. It’s a hotel where you can relax quietly without noisy tourists. The amenities are good too.

    Access from the underground parking garage is also very convenient. The Room was spacious and comfortable with a great atmosphere, and the large windows let us fully enjoy the night view. Above all, we are truly grateful for the thoughtful care shown by the staff. We were pleasantly surprised at the restaurant, and our hearts were filled with both amazement and gratitude. Thank you very much. We highly recommend staying here for a special anniversary as well!

    There are many areas that are close to being great.

    I stayed for a 4-night Multiple Night Stay. The location is excellent. The following points need improvement: - The air conditioner is extremely weak. Even set to the minimum 20°C and “High” (i.e., MAX), the airflow does not noticeably increase and it does not cool the Room. It’s a built-in unit controlled by a touch panel, so it doesn’t seem like something that can be fixed quickly. I probably wouldn’t use it in summer. - The body soap dispenser works very poorly. It seems they have not checked the pump itself. - The sofa backrest is too small to be usable (probably unavoidable given the Room size). - There is an in-room button system to indicate whether you want cleaning, but skipping cleaning during a Hotel stay is simply unacceptable. Since I’m paying a significant amount, I naturally expect daily bed-making and replenished amenities. Whether this is for “eco” or “sustainable” reasons, there’s a button for it—and although I did not intend to press it, I was told it had been pressed, resulting in no bed-making, trash removal, amenity replenishment, towel replacement on some days. This approach is not acceptable; as with other hotels, using a door hanger (“Do Not Disturb” / “No Cleaning Needed”) should be sufficient for guests who prefer no service.

    Tokyo Oasis

    This was my second stay, following last year. The calm atmosphere throughout the Hotel truly felt like “THE Ginza”! The Room was stylish yet functional, and I stayed in great comfort. In particular, the Tokyo night view—including Tokyo Tower—made me feel how wonderful it is to be in Ginza. And I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast I had been looking forward to; it exceeded my expectations. I was deeply moved that a staff member remembered my stay last year and spoke to me. Everyone on the Hotel team is kind, attentive, warm, and friendly. Seeing the younger staff work with bright eyes was beautiful, and it made for a soothing stay—my personal oasis in Tokyo.

    I was surprised at f...

    I was surprised at first because the front desk and lobby were small when I entered, but all the staff were courteous and made me feel at ease. From our Room we could see the National Diet Building and Tokyo Tower, and I thought, “This is a great Room.” However, in the Room we stayed in, the toilet was very close to the sofa, so even as a couple we found it a bit awkward to use. The Room was clean overall, but it was disappointing to find what looked like a large piece of trash left under the sofa. I was looking forward to breakfast, but when we went to the restaurant, everyone except us was foreign, which felt strange even though we were in Japan. Even though it was Golden Week, it seemed that almost all guests were foreigners, which left me with mixed feelings. The Japanese breakfast I had been looking forward to consisted mostly of items meant to be eaten with rice (everything felt like a rice accompaniment), yet we were told refills of rice were not available. Even for my husband and me—who prefer stronger flavors—everything tasted too salty. Once we ran out of rice, all we could think was “too salty,” so it was quite disappointing given how much I had been looking forward to it. The Hotel itself—the Room and the staff—was not bad overall, so if I stay again next time, I would probably choose a plan without breakfast.

    Excellent service!

    My parents loved it and stayed for the third time. After arranging the stay and hearing their feedback, they mentioned that the breakfast was excellent, and the view was great. Coming from a rural area, they were very satisfied. The service was also excellent; staff kindly assisted with courier services, taxis, and other needs considering their age, which gave me peace of mind. This is an accommodation we would like to use again when visiting Tokyo. Thank you!

    A relaxing time unfolded.

    I recently stayed at a hotel in the city center to take a break from my busy schedule. The accommodation was surprisingly quiet, allowing me to relax and refresh. During breakfast, I had a delightful conversation with the restaurant staff and happened to mention that I was treating myself for reaching my 70th birthday last month. To my surprise, they presented me with a beautifully crafted latte featuring "Happy 70th" latte art as a gift, which deeply moved me. It became an unforgettable memory. This stylish hotel is conveniently located near the station and offers excellent service.

    This was my first time using this accommodation. Thank you for holding my luggage before check-in as I was attending a music live event on the day of my stay. Thanks to your service, I could enjoy the event hands-free. Upon arriving at the hotel, my luggage had already been delivered to the room, which made everything very smooth. The room had a separate bathtub and toilet with a washing area, which was a great feature. This time, we chose a plan that included breakfast only and planned to have dinner outside. However, having previously experienced lunch at the Italian restaurant on the top floor, we decided to make an impromptu reservation and were well taken care of. Since both my spouse and I have small appetites, we opted for a three-course meal that turned out to be just right in portion size and delicious in every way. Thank you also for accommodating one of us who has an aversion to cheese. Additionally, during our meal conversation with the floor staff, we mentioned our previous lunch experience there as well as attending today’s live performance by a female singer. To our surprise and delight, they created art in foam on our cup featuring "Welcome Back" along with an illustration of "that female singer." We were deeply moved by their effort in quickly researching her image based on what I shared! The view of Tokyo Tower against the sunset added even more charm—it truly became an unforgettable day! If I may suggest one thing: it would be wonderful if there were more non-alcoholic drink options available; nowadays high-quality non-alcoholic wines are becoming common and would be perfect for those who cannot consume alcohol. For breakfast, we chose Japanese cuisine. While it consisted of basic dishes overall—the dashi broth preparation stood out as meticulous—making it satisfying indeed! Watching Shinkansen trains alongside regular lines below added fun moments during breakfast too! Lastly but importantly—the warm hospitality shown by all staff members during checkout left such positive impressions—we’d love another opportunity someday soon again staying here again! Thank You So Much For Everything!!

    This was our second stay with my elderly mother. We were completely satisfied with everything and would love to keep coming back to this Hotel. The Room was excellent, but the breakfast was particularly outstanding. For my elderly mother, the compact layout of the building and short walking distances were also very convenient. From our first visit, the hospitality was exceptional, but during this second stay, they even remembered us from before. This time, it was a small trip to celebrate my mother's 90th birthday (Sotsuju), and we were deeply moved by their thoughtful gestures such as a congratulatory message and a surprise celebration during breakfast. Thank you so much for taking great care of us! My mother is now motivated to maintain her strength so she can visit again in the future. We are looking forward to our next stay!

    This was my first time staying here. It is a very compact and stylish Hotel. The understated elegance made for an incredibly comfortable experience. The atmosphere of the Room and the Facility were impeccable, allowing me to fully relax. The staff were kind and attentive, making my stay feel safe and welcoming. The highlight was the restaurant on the top floor. The hospitality shown by the staff at GINZA CASITA was truly exceptional—nothing short of perfection. Their warm smiles and genuine efforts to accommodate personal requests left a deep impression on me. Their dedication to bringing joy, satisfaction, and memorable experiences to their guests was evident in every interaction. I felt that those who take pride in their work truly shine. When I was escorted to the elevator at the end of my stay, I couldn’t help but think how glad I was to have chosen this Hotel and its restaurant—and how much I want to return again someday.     It was excellent.

    It might feel a bit tight if you have a lot of luggage for two people. However, other than that, I think it’s a very good Hotel. Above all, the staff's service was exceptional. On our way to check out, I was surprised when the housekeeping staff stopped properly and bowed to us. I've never experienced this even at Hotels three times the price. The front desk team was also friendly and polite, sending us off in such a courteous manner that we could start our day feeling refreshed. Thank you very much!

    Small Luxury Hotel in Ginza

    Located in the prime area of Ginza yet nestled in the quiet neighborhood of 8-chome, this Hotel offers a relaxing stay. The boutique-style Hotel features a calm lobby and an overall serene atmosphere that was very pleasant. The rooms, though compact, have high ceilings and provide a refined space for a comfortable stay. I initially made this Reservation as my usual nearby Hotel was fully booked, but it unexpectedly became one of my favorites.

    Stayed for the first time in about a year. In the evening, I had some free time, so I went to the restaurant bar on the 14th floor. I ordered whiskey, and when I was greeted with "Welcome back, Mr./Ms. [Name]," I was very pleased. Additionally, during breakfast the next day, I was escorted to the elevator hall as I was leaving, as if they had been waiting for my return after a long time, which made my stay very pleasant. If I have the chance, I would like to stay again and visit the restaurant bar. Thank you very much.

    Ginza is expensive.

    I understand and use it, but the hotels in Ginza are expensive for what they offer. The view is only of the nearby Marugen Building, the rooms are small, the facilities are cheap, but the service is decent. In that case, you might as well choose the equally expensive Imperial Hotel, or I recommend the cost-effective Marunouchi Hotel. This time, I had no choice but to stay in Ginza. Also, this hotel is barely in Ginza, just 60-70 meters away from Shimbashi.

    I was looking forward to it, but

    I used it for a solo trip. The room and the hotel itself are not spacious, but the windows are large, and the interior had a clean feel. The staff at the breakfast venue were pleasant. However, I had high expectations due to the high review ratings, but the front desk staff did not smile, and I did not get a good impression. During the check-in explanation, I was told, "Everything listed on the slip for the minibar is chargeable." Of course, there is nothing wrong with what they said, but based on my past experiences, I often received explanations about complimentary (free) items, indirectly informing me that there are chargeable ones. I wondered if it meant to check carefully, but I went to the room feeling a bit uneasy. There was a chocolate with "Welcome" written on it, which seemed like a welcome sweet, but when I checked the slip, it said chocolate 500 yen, and there was no other chocolate besides the one with "Welcome" written on it, so I wondered, "Can I eat it?" Is the welcome sweet also chargeable? I had doubts. In the end, it was free, but I would like it to be clearer so that I can relax without hesitation.

    This was our first stay. Despite being in Ginza, we were able to relax and were satisfied. The bathtub was large and allowed for a comfortable bath. The room was also clean, which made us happy. We were grateful that the concierge was available and we could request free copies. It was good to have breakfast on the 14th floor. I had Japanese food, and my wife was able to order French toast, which made her very happy. If there is one drawback, it would be that the chair next to the elevator on the 14th floor was quite worn out and seemed out of place for "Celestine Ginza." For us as a couple, we have found another hotel we would like to stay at again. Thank you for taking care of us.
