Drinks in the refrig...
Drinks in the refrigerator are free. Additional items will be charged. There are also champagne, welcome sweets, and three bottles of juice, so you don’t need to go out to buy anything and can relax without leaving. The open-air bath felt lukewarm and cold. The Onsen water in the indoor bath also became lukewarm by morning. There were plenty of towels, which was nice. Some had a slight odor, likely because they weren’t masked with fabric softener.

At our Accommodation, we provide complimentary drinks in the refrigerator, as well as welcome drinks and sweets, with the aim of being an Accommodation where you can unwind in your Room without needing to go anywhere after check-in. On the other hand, we sincerely apologize for making you feel cold due to the temperature of the open-air bath and indoor bath. As our Onsen is free-flowing from the source, the water temperature may vary depending on the outside temperature and time of day. The source itself is approximately 60°C, so if it feels lukewarm, increasing the amount of hot spring water can raise the temperature relatively quickly. Especially during colder seasons, slightly increasing the flow before going to bed can help keep it comfortable for bathing again in the morning. However, if too much hot spring water is added, it may become excessively hot. For this reason, our in-room Onsen guide booklet includes instructions and precautions on how to adjust the temperature. If anything is unclear, please feel free to call us via extension and we will be happy to assist with adjustments at any time. Thank you also for your comments regarding towels. To be gentle on sensitive skin, we avoid using strongly scented fabric softeners or adding fragrance. As a result—particularly during more humid periods—there may be rare occasions when an odor is noticeable. If you have any concerns about a towel, please let us know via extension and we will promptly replace it with a fresh one. We will make use of your feedback to improve our guidance and services as we continue striving to create an Accommodation where guests can relax with greater peace of mind. The Best Accommodation
The Room interior and hospitality were outstanding. The cuisine was especially excellent, with a course featuring local vegetables, rice, and meat. It made for a truly wonderful anniversary.

Nestled at the Foot of Mt. Yufu
We stayed for one night during Golden Week. We were truly comforted by the owners’ warm, unobtrusive hospitality. Every meal was absolutely delicious. The gauze towels, sheets, and pillowcases were so comfortable that we even bought some as souvenirs. If you are reading this Review, please do visit. It was a wonderful Accommodation we discovered in Yufuin. Thank you very much.

Highly satisfied
This was my second stay. I sometimes stay at other Accommodations in Yufuin, but I think this is the best. With outstanding hospitality and a beautifully refined atmosphere, it’s perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind. I’d love to visit again soon.

The perfect Accommodation for a relaxing stay
My mother and I stayed here together. I made a Reservation without realizing they accept only three groups per day (lol). The hospitality from the female staff member who assisted us was outstanding, and Mt. Yufu was right in front of us. The natural hot-spring Onsen baths—both indoor and outdoor—were wonderful, and the meals were excellent. My mother was so excited and said, “Next time I’m staying here with my husband!” The domestically made gauze towels they produce in-house were also very nice. We’ve found another Accommodation we’d love to stay at again. Thank you very much.

This is the place to stay when you think of Yufuin.
This is the inn I always rely on when visiting hot springs. [Room] I have stayed in all the rooms, and each one has its own concept, with attention to detail. The powder rooms, which are especially appreciated by women, are clean, and overall, the rooms are very comfortable to stay in. Both the open-air bath and the indoor bath are impeccable. Each room has a couch outside, allowing you to cool down your body warmed by the hot spring and spend a relaxing time. [Food] The deliciousness of the dishes, which are made with carefully selected ingredients, is unique to this inn. They ask about ingredients you don't like and the pace at which you want the dishes served, providing meals that cater to the guests. It's no exaggeration to say that I visit not only for the hot springs but also to enjoy the food, which is incredibly delicious. [Summary] The proprietress is very friendly and considerate, often making suggestions before you even express your needs. She is a kind and attentive host. I have stayed at various hot spring inns, but this one is my favorite. The quality of the spring water is, needless to say, excellent. If you visit Yufuin, I highly recommend staying at this inn at least once.
