    Musty smell

The Room looks clean, but as soon as I entered, it smelled musty. The odor remained even after turning off the air conditioning. It was so strong at night that I couldn’t sleep. It’s disappointing because the staff were helpful. Breakfast is average.

    The Onsen was disappointing.

Despite being advertised for its Onsen, are there only a few shallow baths? Maybe I just didn’t look properly. The breakfast buffet was also underwhelming. The Room door wouldn’t close on its own, so it stayed half-open for a while. The sink also had a strong sewage smell, which was disappointing. Parking fees are expensive as well. The garden was wonderful—lots of butterflies, and it was very clean and well maintained.

It is always a comfortable Hotel.

Though it’s close to Kokusai-dori, it’s quiet and comfortable. You can use the natural Onsen as many times as you like—perfect. Having a mini-kitchen is truly convenient. The large refrigerator can fit anything! Don’t miss the golden Nishikigoi in the courtyard pond with its flowing waterfall.

    Rikka Rikka Hot Spring

This is my third or fourth stay here. I like it because I can use the Rikka Rikka Yu hot bath during my stay. The men’s and women’s baths switch between the day of check-in and the next day, so you can enjoy both. It’s conveniently located close to Kokusai-dori Street.

    Great location.

This Hotel is excellent for diving, and having Rikkarikka-no-Yu on-site makes it even better. However, there were no mugs in the Room this time, which was very inconvenient. The walls are thin, so I was woken up by people talking loudly in the hallway late at night, but overall it’s a convenient and good Hotel, and I would like to stay here again.

    The Onsen is amazing.

This was my fifth stay. After walking around Naha all night, drinking and having a great time, the bath is the best. A morning bath is also one of the highlights of traveling. Thank you very much. I will stay again.

The Onsen Facility was very relaxing.

Getting there from the Room was a bit inconvenient, but there is an Onsen Facility—rare in Okinawa—and I was able to fully enjoy soaking in the jet bath. It’s also conveniently located near Kokusai-dori. I’d love to visit again.

Overall, I was basically satisfied, but…

It was nice to be able to use the natural Onsen as part of the service, but I stepped on feces in the changing room, which really spoiled what should have been a great trip. Otherwise, I was satisfied.

    Facing Kokusai-dori Street

I stayed here because I wanted to use the Onsen. I wouldn’t recommend it for those used to clean, modern Hotels. The toilet and bath are combined, and there is no vanity or similar amenities. The Room is spacious, but there’s no desk or chairs, so it’s inconvenient if you want to eat something in the Room. The Onsen feels more like a public bath in Okinawa; it might be fun if you want to interact with locals.

    Near Kokusai-dori with Natural Onsen

Close to Kokusai-dori, and having a natural Onsen is the best. The Onsen is a facility open to the public. Free admission (normally 1,500 yen on holidays) is a great deal, and being able to bathe from 6:00 is also good. For dinner, we were satisfied with a yakiniku restaurant a 2-minute walk away, and for breakfast, McDonald’s a 4-minute walk away.

    Professional Baseball Spring Training Camp

It’s a bit of a walk from the monorail, but although it’s extremely close to Kokusai-dori, it’s set slightly off the main road so it was very quiet. I chose it for the location, and the Facility was also clean and well maintained—absolutely the right choice. The Onsen does not allow the Hotel pajamas or slippers, so you need to change before going; as a result, only my husband used it. He seemed to love it and went both morning and night. The Main Tower Patio Twin Room was very clean—perhaps renovated. The bathroom area in particular was spotless. The toilet also flushes automatically. Having such a clean bathroom area really made me happy. Breakfast offered plenty of Okinawan dishes; the mozuku dressed with shikuwasa was especially delicious. On the second day there were some changes to the selection. The front desk and housekeeping staff also greeted us properly, which made for a great stay. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Having an Onsen in Okinawa is delightful.

Flowers are arranged throughout the hotel, creating a delightful fragrance. It is truly wonderful. Onsen access was unlimited for guests.

    New Year Accommodation

On January 1, 2026, a mochi-pounding event was held. The room is small but suitable for sleeping. The onsen includes a sauna and was excellent.

    Onsen is amazing.

This is my third time staying here. Conveniently located near Kokusai Street, it's easy to go anywhere. The Onsen is excellent. I used it three times a day—morning, evening, and night—and could stretch out and relax completely, which took away all my fatigue. I look forward to staying here again!

Relax in a clean Room with a tiled floor that feels comfortable during the hot summer. Once again, this patio Room is the perfect choice. However, the heavy Room door can be difficult to open and close (it takes time to close), which might feel a bit unsettling.

The bath is relaxing and comfortable.

Close to Kokusai Street, this Hotel offers great value for money! The bath is relaxing, and the retro-style bottled milk vending machine is a nice touch. Bottled milk truly is the best!

    Enjoy to the fullest

Perfect for exploring souvenir shops and bar-hopping. Enjoy one of the few saunas in Okinawa. Hotel rates are reasonable. Smoking areas available, and No Meals Included is a great option! Absolutely nothing to complain about—perfect! Highly recommended for the final day of your Okinawa trip. Had an amazing time bar-hopping after a long while. Simply fantastic—bravo!

    Conveniently located near Kokusai Street

The main building is very clean. It is close to Kokusai Street, and you can enjoy the Onsen. Satisfied with both the price and location.

    Super Sento in Naha

Stayed for the purpose of laundry and a public bath. We chose a room for 5 people, but it felt too cramped. For groups of 4 or more, we recommend booking two rooms. The bath is a public one also used by locals. However, despite signs prohibiting tattoos and staff being present, some guests with tattoos were bathing, which was surprising. Since this was mentioned at check-in, it would be better if such rules were strictly enforced as part of the accommodation policy. Conveniently located near Kokusai Street, making it easy to step out for breakfast in the morning.

    Affordable and conveniently located Hotel

The hotel features an onsen and breakfast, making it very comfortable. While the breakfast selection is not extensive, it is excellent value considering the accommodation fee. It is conveniently located near Kokusai Street, perfect for shopping. There are also many restaurants in the surrounding area.

    Satisfied.

I stayed here on the last day of my trip to Okinawa. It’s hard to find a reasonable accommodation near Kokusai Street, but this place is just a few minutes' walk away and very affordable. Although it’s a business hotel, you can enjoy a natural onsen bath. The atmosphere feels like an old-fashioned public bathhouse, which was quite nostalgic. The room facilities and amenities are basic but sufficient for business purposes. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance!

    Hotel with a public bath.

Conveniently located behind Kokusai Street, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Although labeled as a SPA, it is essentially a public bath. While it claims to be natural, the bath seems to attract many non-guests as well. The guest rooms are quite standard; clothing storage is wall-mounted, the in-room bathroom is small, and the interior lacks luxury. However, being within a 10-minute walk from the monorail station makes it a decent choice as a Business Hotel.

The location was perfect, very close to Kokusai Street.

The hotel itself is old, but it was the best accommodation for visiting Kokusai Street. When staying in Okinawa, I would like to stay at this hotel. Even without renting a car, you can take a taxi to Shurijo Castle. The price was also reasonable, costing less than 2,000 yen.

If you're just looking for a place to sleep!

The room is compact as shown in the photos. I was using it alone, but it seemed cramped, so I chose a twin. I thought it would be fine with minimal facilities, but the refrigerator didn't cool at all and was at room temperature. When I called the front desk, they said that as long as there was operational noise, there was no problem and that it wasn't the type to chill thoroughly. Since I had purchased souvenirs that needed refrigeration and was quite concerned, they kindly stored them at the front desk for cooling. The next day, the yogurt in the refrigerator had completely returned to room temperature. It leaves me wondering if it really wasn't broken... The walls are also thin, so I woke up in the middle of the night due to people talking loudly in the hallway. The adjacent Rikka Rikka no Yu (Rikkarikkanoyu) feels like a public bathhouse. It felt like a property suitable only for sleeping...

The service at the Hotel was good, but...

This was my first stay. I was really looking forward to enjoying the natural Onsen, but on the last day, when I entered with my 2-year-old child, I had a very frightening experience with a group of Chinese girls who seemed to have come from outside. They approached us about four times, shouting loudly in public that I was dirty despite being Japanese, which was a violation of my personal rights. I wanted to file a claim for damages as I have a legal advisor, but I chose to ignore them and act maturely because my child was scared. Given the cultural differences, I thought it was foolish to engage with them. There were no staff or anyone to help, making it a very scary and unpleasant last day. I couldn't enjoy the Onsen and left quickly as they continued to glare at us despite ignoring them. Afterwards, the Hotel's response was that they would strengthen patrols on the Onsen side, but since the Hotel and Onsen are operated by different entities, I think it will be difficult. The Hotel staff apologized politely and their response was good, but the fear of possibly encountering them again at the Onsen means I will not stay at this Hotel again. Also, the Hotel's WiFi was unusable as the connection was poor even when connected.

Thank you very much for your kind assistance!

On the first day of our stay, despite missing the shuttle service time due to a flight delay, they kindly provided the shuttle service. All the staff were very kind. The room was spacious enough for three people. The bathroom had plenty of washing areas. However, there was no elevator, and the automatic stair-climbing chair was out of order, making it difficult for my elderly aunt to go up and down the stairs. I hope it gets repaired soon. Since breakfast was included, we were able to leisurely enjoy the local cuisine. It was conveniently close to Kokusai Street, and we had a very comfortable stay. I would like to use this property again when I visit Okinawa next year.

    サウナ命

    Perfect for sauna enthusiasts

The unlimited bath Plan is great because you can enter from 6 AM. There are three types of saunas: high temperature, steam, and salt, and of course, there is a cold bath, which is great. Breakfast is a regular Japanese and Western buffet. It's a shame that the amenities in the Room don't include cosmetics. The shampoo and body soap in the large public bath make your hair and skin dry, so it might be better to bring your own.

    Friendly service

Although the Shuttle Service from the nearest station was outside of regular hours, they kindly accommodated us, which was very helpful for our trip with elderly parents. The Room was a bit small, but it was close to Kokusai Street, and I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity. It would have been nice to have one more toothbrush. Thank you very much.
