    Onsen is available.

    The Hotel Room was on the 11th floor with a direct view of Mt. Fuji—great scenery, clean, and very nice. However, the spa Onsen Facility we came for was out of order and unavailable, and the in-Room bath was small and inconvenient—this was a major disappointment. Unless you read deep into the Plan details, you wouldn’t realize it’s unavailable; this should be clearly stated as unavailable on the first page of the Reservation screen. It honestly felt almost like being scammed... If I had known there was no Onsen, I would not have made a Reservation. I think this should be addressed properly. The breakfast buffet is pretty average, but the view is excellent.

    The food is delicious!

    The weather was great, and we had a clear view of Mt. Fuji. The meals were delicious, and we were very satisfied. It was disappointing that Fujiyama Onsen was closed.

    Stayed on the Execut...

    Stayed on the Executive Floor with an IKYU-exclusive Plan including breakfast. The staff's service during check-in and check-out was excellent. The welcome sweets, freshly baked cream puffs, had a crispy texture that was a first for me, and paired perfectly with the cold cream—absolutely delicious. As the plan did not include dinner, we dined at the restaurant in Fujiyama Onsen during our visit there. However, the menu was limited, and the dishes felt more like homemade meals—not something I would recommend. It was disappointing compared to other day-use Onsen restaurants I've visited recently that offered higher satisfaction levels. Breakfast was a buffet at Fujiyama Terrace. Having previously enjoyed lunch there with its stunning view of Mt. Fuji through floor-to-ceiling windows, I had high expectations. Unfortunately, for a hotel breakfast buffet, the variety of dishes was limited and lacked distinctive options. The live kitchen omelet was delicious. What surprised me most occurred while waiting for my omelet: A foreign guest spilled miso soup on their arm and across the floor nearby; however, despite being right in front of them, the staff member cooking fried eggs seemed entirely focused on their task without offering any assistance or even acknowledging it. Other guests walked over the spilled soup until I asked someone to address it urgently. Eventually, after prompting from another chef preparing omelets who called over floor staff to handle it properly—the situation got resolved—but this response felt unacceptable as part of hotel service standards overall!

    A Highly Satisfying and Fulfilling New Year

    Thank you for your hospitality during the New Year holidays. We thoroughly enjoyed the Onsen we were looking forward to, and the meals at the Hotel were plentiful, allowing us to start the year in a relaxed manner and have a wonderful New Year's experience. On our way home, I accidentally left my smartphone on the Hotel limousine bus, but despite the light snow from the previous night still lingering, you promptly delivered it to us in time for our scheduled train. We are truly grateful for your assistance. I am convinced that this is a Hotel everyone would want to visit again, and I was deeply impressed by how justified its fully booked status is.

    The breakfast venue offers a stunning view.

    The view of Mount Fuji from the breakfast area was magnificent, but the breakfast selection was very limited, and the taste was average. The Hotel has been renovated and is very clean, and the self-checkout store was convenient to use.

    The satisfaction with the Executive Class was exceptional.

    The room's spaciousness, luxurious facilities, attentive service, and the view from the window, along with the shuttle service to the hotel, made me feel that choosing this place was absolutely worth it! In the morning, I was mesmerized by the majestic sight of Mount Fuji. The meals were delicious, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully prepared. The staff were also very kind and accommodating. However, the bath was far away, cold, and not very clean... It was so cold that I felt like I might catch a cold. The water temperature in the bath was low as well; even though my child stayed in for a while, their body remained cold so we hurried back to our room. The corridor leading to the washing area at the back had puddles of water which gave an unclean impression. It's truly a shame. Since I plan to visit again next year, I sincerely hope these issues will be improved by then!

    The view of Mount Fuji from the Room is magnificent.

    You can enjoy stunning views of Mount Fuji from both the bedroom and living room windows, which was truly satisfying. It would have been even better if the windows were cleaner. The bed mattress was comfortable and helped relieve fatigue. The view from the rooftop observation deck was absolutely breathtaking. I only used the breakfast buffet, but it was delicious.

    I stayed at this accommodation, recommended by a friend who always stays here when visiting Fuji-Q Highland. It had been quite a while since my last visit to Fuji-Q Highland. I thought this hotel might be very old as I vaguely remembered it from before, but in a good way, my expectations were greatly exceeded. The floors, the room, and the staff's hospitality were all wonderful! The self-service shop was convenient to use. Although there was no room service for dinner, it was handy to have takeout options available at the shop on the lobby floor. Thank you for your hospitality!

    Directly Facing Mount Fuji

    You can see Mount Fuji from various spots in the hotel. The restaurant where we had breakfast also offered a stunning view of Mount Fuji through its glass windows. On the morning of our departure, we could see the full view of Mount Fuji right in front of the main entrance. Depending on the weather, being able to enjoy such views of Mount Fuji is truly delightful for visitors from other regions. The meals were generally delicious. The dishes seemed to be prepared with care using quality ingredients without unnecessary embellishments. Breakfast included well-seasoned Japanese side dishes such as simmered vegetables, grated yam, grilled fish, and stir-fried items. The freshly made rice balls were particularly impressive. For dinner at Macaroni Club, both the fish and lamb were excellent. If I may suggest an improvement, it would be to expand the selection of bottled wines; however, I enjoyed trying local wines. We stayed in a twin room for two people and a double room for one person (my aunt). Unfortunately, since we didn’t make any prior requests regarding room assignments, we weren’t given adjacent rooms—this was slightly disappointing and resulted in a minor deduction. As for the bath facilities, my aunt was looking forward to enjoying an Onsen experience but found that she needed to walk to another building wearing her own clothes as no yukata was provided. In the end, she decided not to go—this was another point deducted from our overall experience.

    Since it's the iconic Mount Fuji,

    A wonderful Hotel where you can see Mount Fuji from the summit to the base. However, there are some drawbacks: ① The Room windows were dirty. ② Although you can view Mount Fuji from the Hotel rooftop, it is limited to specific times (twice a day: evening and morning), and this schedule was not informed at check-in. ③ Viewing Mount Fuji from the rooftop required an additional fee. Despite ①, ②, and ③, I was fortunate enough to witness a completely cloudless snow-capped Mount Fuji against a clear sky—a memory that will last a lifetime.

    Combined with the Fujikyu Room.

    We stayed as a family of four. Since the Fuji Kyuko Room could not accommodate all of us, we also used a single Executive Room. The single room was not spacious and had only minimal facilities, but considering the price, it offered good value for money. Although the Fuji Kyuko Room cannot be booked through IKYU.com, it was an extremely satisfying room for train-loving children who were thrilled just to be there. The service was slightly disappointing as it seemed reduced compared to previous stays in the Executive Room. We did not use the bathroom in our room but were satisfied with access to Mt. Fuji Onsen. As for facilities, they were neither particularly impressive nor lacking—just average overall. For meals, we only had breakfast and found it delicious compared to other hotel breakfast buffets; however, having more variety in morning desserts would have been even better. Overall satisfaction was high; however, it's concerning that services seem to decrease with each stay. That said, this is still a must-stay hotel when visiting Fuji-Q Highland!

    Since we wanted to f...

    Since we wanted to fully enjoy our last visit to Fuji-Q Highland, we decided to stay at a hotel, and we were taken care of here. I usually write my impressions of the room on the memo provided in the room at travel destinations, but this time I forgot and checked out. I thought I might just let it go, but I really wanted to say a word... The staff's service was excellent. Although it was sad that the Onsen was far away, the refreshing feeling I got made up for it (laughs).

    It was the best service.

    The front desk, as well as everywhere in Fuji-Q Highland, provided excellent service, making for a very enjoyable two days. I encountered a personal accident, but they promptly and pleasantly guided me to a shop outside the Highland, solving the problem. The impressive customer service made it an unforgettable trip. The Onsen was pleasant, and the meals were served with perfect timing, making them incredibly delicious. The fireworks were also wonderful. Tea time at Gaspard & Lisa Town was a delightful moment. And above all, the view of Mount Fuji from the room at 6:45 in the morning was spectacular. Seeing the mystical Mount Fuji tinged with pale pink as the morning sun hit it from the room was an unparalleled joy. I would love to stay again next year.

    It was a comfortable stay.

    I stayed here to attend a live event nearby. The express bus stop was on the premises, which was very convenient. I had several occasions to ask questions or make requests at the lobby, and I was pleased that all the staff were kind and responded politely. I also used the attached Macaroni Club before check-in, and I was so impressed with the atmosphere, service, and food that I liked, that I decided to use it for dinner as well. The next day, I was happy to have priority entry to the Highland, which allowed me to quickly get on the attractions I was interested in. Although the weather was bad and I couldn't see Mt. Fuji even once during my stay, I appreciated the umbrella rental and found it comfortable to stay. I was concerned that the Wi-Fi was difficult to connect to, possibly because my room was at the far end, and that conversations in the hallway (though they were quite loud) could be heard in the room. However, the room was functional and easy to use, and I would definitely like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

    Accommodation for attending the MISIA live concert, I was looking forward to a room with a view of Mt. Fuji, but due to two days of cloudy weather, I couldn't see even a millimeter of the foothills from the room or outside... There are times like this, especially with a typhoon coming. I wish they would prepare some kind of consolation prize if you really can't see anything from this room (just my personal wish). I was surprised by the renovation of the room, which couldn't be imagined from the exterior. The washbasin and bath were compact, but I thought the arrangement of the shelves was tasteful. The welcome chocolates were delicious, and the water being a Fuji brand was nice. It's worth reconsidering that the ice machine is only on the first floor, as it's hard to go down to the first floor during relaxation time... I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast at Fujiyama Terrace, as I had high expectations. The rice balls had a good size and nori, but the salad was at a business hotel level, and the main omelet at breakfast was made by a girl who didn't greet or respond, looking sullen throughout. I understand she might be tired of making so many, but let's try to smile and do our best, especially since we can't see Mt. Fuji in the morning. Was it just me who thought this? I want to see Mt. Fuji from the room next time, so I will use it again! With the full potential of Mt. Fuji, hot springs, and amusement parks, I think customers will come even if you stay silent, but I look forward to good plans in the future.

    I'm glad I stayed at this hotel.

    I stayed at the hotel because it offers views of Mount Fuji. As expected, I was able to see Mount Fuji up close from my room and was moved by the magnificent view of the mountain. The front desk staff at check-in provided pleasant service, and I was very satisfied as they upgraded my room due to availability. The meals at the hotel restaurant were just right in terms of quality and quantity, and I enjoyed the wine and other drinks. After checking out, I realized I had left something behind at the hotel, so I called to have it sent to my home. The staff responded very pleasantly and sent it promptly, for which I am truly grateful. If I have the opportunity, I would definitely like to stay here again.
