    A great Hotel—highly recommended.

    We stayed for two nights in a Room with a washing machine. Two days’ worth of detergent was provided. Bringing two days’ worth of our own detergent and fabric softener from home was just right. The machine is compact, so to wash and dry laundry for a family of four, we ran the “indoor drying” course (which goes partway into drying) twice; each cycle finished in about an hour. A full dry cycle takes about 4 hours for two people’s laundry. On the second day, it was helpful to throw in everyone’s underwear and collect it in the morning. Since it wasn’t a heat-pump model, stopping mid-cycle required a 20-minute cooling process before removing items. It had a cozy, home-like atmosphere, and we were on the side with a view of the Ferris wheel, which made the kids very happy.

    Cleaning

    We stayed for two nights. The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and it’s connected to a convenience store, so finding food was never a problem. Each time we returned, the room had been cleaned nicely and we were able to relax comfortably. Since it’s in the city center, there isn’t much of a view from the window, but the TV was large and we could unwind. At night, the women’s public bath was extremely crowded. Some guests left their towels at the washing stations while they bathed, and others had to stand naked waiting for a spot, which I felt sorry for. It was also very helpful that you could store our luggage even after checkout. Overall, the location was great.

    Some foreign guests’ manners may be a concern.

    They appeared to be Chinese or Korean guests, and although they stayed here frequently, their poor manners were noticeable. In particular, it was unpleasant that they left used toothbrushes and towels around the washing area of the Onsen.

    Everything except the bathroom was excellent. However, the shower in the bathroom only had cold water. The public bath was very pleasant, but it was disappointing that the shower only had cold water. While it might be unavoidable in cold Hokkaido, I wish this could be improved.

    Room cleaning is inadequate.

    Stayed for the last 2 nights of a 4-night family trip. Chose this Plan because it included a washing machine and was advertised as family-friendly. The public bath and breakfast were decent, but the Room's cleanliness was disappointing. Despite being a non-smoking Room, the bathroom and washroom reeked of cigarette smoke, and long hairs (not from our family) were found under the sofa, suggesting only surface-level cleaning was done. We requested deodorization before going out, and while the smell seemed gone upon return, it quickly came back—indicating how ingrained it was. It’s hard to believe this Hotel advertises such Rooms as family-friendly non-smoking options. It offered no more value than a Business Hotel.

    When visiting the Onsen, there may be times when shower spaces are occupied for extended periods. If you find it difficult to access a shower, it might be a good idea to return to your Room and come back later.

    I had a very comfortable stay.

    I decided to stay in Sapporo on short notice and chose this accommodation based on its excellent reviews. The building is still new, very close to the entertainment district, yet located slightly off the main area, making it quiet and peaceful. I had breakfast here for two days, and they made slight variations each day, so I could enjoy it without getting bored. Despite being a hotel in the city center, I was able to make and enjoy seafood bowls and savor freshly fried curry bread during breakfast—making it a truly delightful experience. The public bath was adequately sized, allowing me to relax (though having a sauna would have been even better). I've stayed in the Susukino area several times before, but this has become my favorite hotel due to its great value for money. I plan to visit again within the year and look forward to enjoying winter in Susukino with this hotel as my base!

    Between Sapporo and Susukino

    The Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance between Sapporo and Susukino, making it ideal for those with business partners in Odori. Although there was a building under construction next door, it posed no issues. A FamilyMart is located on the first floor, and the large public bath is accessible until 1:00 AM and from 6:30 AM, allowing guests to use it even late at night or early in the morning. With nearby amenities like Don Quijote, this Hotel offers great convenience. I would consider staying here again next time.

    Clean, well-equipped, and excellently located.

    In September, our family of four (couple, junior high school student, high school student) stayed in a family room. The room was newly renovated and very clean. It had a very clean and nice bathroom, but we didn't use it because there was an onsen. However, since the bathroom had a drying function, we dried items we didn't want to wrinkle after washing them in the provided drum-type washing machine. It was very pleasing to feel more convenient than at home. The refrigerator was almost the same size as a household one. Although the cooking utensils were not fully equipped to call it a condominium, items like a coffee maker were sufficient for our two-night stay. The onsen was not large, but we enjoyed the unique baths as the two types alternated between men and women at different times. Of course, the toilet is separate, and while the living room itself is not very spacious with four beds, it is sufficient for a city hotel. Two of the four beds are like sofa beds, but the bedspreads were solid, and they didn't feel like makeshift beds. I thought the breakfast was excellent in terms of variety and quality for the price. The location is convenient for accessing Odori Park and Susukino. Although some areas in Sapporo can be dark, this hotel is in the city center and is ideal as a sightseeing base. I would like to stay here again.
