    I had a very comfort...

    I had a very comfortable stay. While the building shows some age, it was impeccably clean and did not feel unpleasant at all. Since it was a weekday, I could almost exclusively use the large public bath and enjoy it at my own pace without any concerns. The meals were delicious and highly satisfying. There are also areas nearby for walking, allowing me to enjoy nature while admiring the mountains in the early morning. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.

    We stayed as a group...

    We stayed as a group of three generations, including my elderly mother. The accommodation kindly arranged our room near the elevator, which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. The view from the room was fantastic, and we enjoyed watching trains pass over the overpass. The sight of night trains passing by was magical. Meals were served in a private dining room, and every dish was beautifully presented and deliciously crafted. The chopsticks were adorable and easy to use, so I purchased some at the gift shop before leaving. Of course, the bath was also excellent. With great food, relaxing baths, and stunning views, it turned out to be a wonderful trip where we could unwind fully. We would love to stay again!

    The traditional Ryokan was wonderful.

    After the end of COVID, I visited Kawaji Onsen for a day trip after mountain climbing and was recommended this accommodation by a regular visitor. I had always wanted to come here. This time, I came with my husband, and it truly was an excellent ryokan. The hospitality was as expected from a long-established ryokan. The cuisine, made with local ingredients and paired with local sake, was delicate and delicious. The onsen bath was spacious with an impressive amount of water flow. We were upgraded to stay in the annex room, which offered breathtaking views. Next time, I want to bring my mother here.

    The staff were kind ...

    The staff were kind and friendly, and the meals, both dinner and breakfast, were very delicious. The Room was a Japanese-style room with a bed, and there was a sofa space where you could enjoy the view from the Room, making it very relaxing. I definitely want to come again. Thank you very much.

    It was comfortable.

    The amenities and facilities have a somewhat old-fashioned feel, but this is by no means a negative aspect; rather, it was calm and pleasant. The meals were prepared avoiding ingredients I am not fond of, and I enjoyed them very much. I was concerned about leaving food as my appetite has decreased with age, but the portions were just right, and I was satisfied with both dinner and breakfast. The large public bath was also kept clean, and I was able to use it very comfortably.

    The room, the bath, the food, and the people were all very good! We would love to visit again with the whole family!
