    Distinctively Sheraton

    The usual, no-frills Sheraton-style service. It was closed for six months, but there didn’t seem to be much change. I’d like the 8:00 PM projection mapping to be a bit more spectacular. I also wish the beach rental items were priced a little lower for guests. The fish in front of the 1st-floor reception desk are truly beautiful. My main purpose—windsurfing rentals—is always excellent, and the staff are great every time. This is probably the only Hotel on the main island where you can rent them. There are many rental shops, but they feel too hardcore and it’s exhausting. I’ll come again next year. Thank you very much.

    The weather was great—it was the best!

    We stayed as three families this time. Although it was June, the rainy season had already ended and there were no typhoons, so we had perfect sunny weather every day—an amazing location. The ocean and the pool were both beautiful, and we spent most of our time in Okinawa enjoying ourselves at the Hotel. In any case, the ocean and pool are outstanding. We stayed in the South Tower, and since the Main Tower and South Tower are separated it felt a bit like a maze, but the kids enjoyed that “maze” feeling, and we did too—saying it was good exercise after meals. The food was delicious, and we felt each staff member’s hospitality was excellent, so we would like to stay again. Also, the zipline drone video footage was incredible and truly moving—our top recommendation. The bath water temperature was quite hot and our child didn’t soak in it, so we think it would be better if it were a little cooler. Also, having cups available—not just a water dispenser—would make it easier to drink. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us during our stay.

    Stayed during the No...

    Stayed during the November holiday. The freshly baked croissants at breakfast were delicious. I also took a walk on the beach, where the breeze was pleasant, and I enjoyed the beautiful view of the sea. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in.

    I think it is a good Hotel for families with children.

    I stayed for one night as a preliminary visit, considering bringing three generations of my family, including my grandchild, next year. While I usually stay on higher floors at hotels in Okinawa, I noticed the "low floor" option and decided to give it a try. This hotel is excellent for families with small children (infants). The staff's service was polite and gave a sense of Okinawan hospitality. However, the room did not have an ocean view. This might be an issue with the IKYU.com site; while "low floor" was noticeable, I missed the indication of "no view" (though it is written if you read carefully). Additionally, unless you keep the curtains closed in the room, relaxing in pajamas felt uncomfortable as it could be seen from outside—this was disappointing. Also, compared to the price point, the room felt slightly compact. The clarity of the sea may depend on conditions at that time. Overall satisfaction remains high due to excellent staff service. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

    久しぶりの石垣島

    Close to the beach!

    We stayed as a family with young elementary school children and a middle schooler. Compared to other Hotels we've stayed at, the proximity of the beach and pool was overwhelmingly convenient! The summer-only night pool, which even elementary school kids could enjoy, was a big hit with our children. Additionally, there were free card games, Othello, and soccer games available, allowing us to have fun together as a family during evening downtime. We planned to try the zipline on our last day but couldn't due to it being crowded this time. We recommend using it early! Overall, we were extremely satisfied!

    It was my first stay...

    It was my first stay, and I thought it would be especially great for families with small children. Drone filming of the Mega Zip is a must!
