    Opulent and dazzling

    Despite being just steps from Gaienmae Station, I had no idea there was a Hotel tucked away here—it felt like a hidden retreat. The number of Rooms isn’t very large, which made it especially calm and relaxing, and I was impressed by the overall bubbly, luxurious design. This time I chose a Plan with Club Lounge access. Unlike a typical buffet, you select your dishes and enjoy unlimited drinks, which the staff kindly bring to your table. The drink selection was extensive and fun. Personally, I would have been even happier if there had been some light snacks available to nibble on freely. The Junior Suite we stayed in was truly spacious, and even the hallway leading to the Room already felt special. The in-room refrigerator also offered complimentary drinks, so we didn’t need to go out shopping—something I really appreciated. The sofa in particular was incredibly comfortable—so much so that “a sofa that ruins you” feels like the perfect description. We stayed in February, and the next day brought heavy snowfall. Being able to look out over the rugby field covered in snow is something I won’t forget. This isn’t a Hotel for flashy skyline night views like high-rise properties; instead, it has the appeal of an adult-oriented place where you can spend quiet time right in the city. It seems our stay coincided with just before major renovation work began, so I’m glad we were able to visit ahead of the long closure. I’m looking forward to returning after it reopens.

    I stayed here to wat...

    I stayed here to watch a rugby match. The location was very convenient, as it is close to Chichibunomiya Rugby Stadium and faces the Gaienmae intersection. The Room was very spacious and comfortable, and it was surprisingly quiet for central Tokyo. The bathroom had a bathtub large enough to lie down in, which was very relaxing. I would like to stay here again when I come to watch rugby in the future. Thank you for your hospitality.

    A convenient and pleasant Hotel

    Valet parking and the service from the front desk and staff were very pleasant. However, the Room was cold even when set to the highest temperature, so I requested a blanket; please check the air conditioning. Also, it was inconvenient that there was no lighting switch by the bed. I heard renovations are planned, so I hope this can be improved so it can be operated from bedside. I’m sorry to say that breakfast quality was low; in particular, the Japanese dishes felt poorly presented, and even the dried fish looked shabby. Worst of all was the response from someone who seemed to be in charge—unattentive and not cheerful. It was very disappointing.

    We stayed here after a nearby wedding.

    The amenities were plentiful and excellent. It was also nice that some items were different for men and women. The walls were surprisingly thin, so it was a bit disappointing to hear laughter and other sounds from nearby rooms, but the in-Room facilities were flawless! When we requested a wedding setup on the day, they kindly accommodated us, and we had a wonderful time!

    Room where curtains cannot be opened due to district regulations

    The room was subject to district regulations that prohibited opening the lace curtains. Despite the good weather, it was disappointing to stay for two nights in a room without a view. It was a suite room. Please make sure to provide this information at the time of reservation.

    Quiet and spacious Room, the restaurant was used for lunch, and there was no rush to leave, which made it very satisfying. Above all, the complimentary extension of our stay was fantastic. I would love to stay again.

    A luxurious urban hideaway with classic interiors.

    I stayed here while attending the World Athletics Championships at the Japan National Stadium. The Room was a Classical Deluxe Twin. It was so quiet that it was hard to believe I was in the very center of the city, and it was spacious enough to relax and rest comfortably. The bathroom and toilet area were very large and easy to use, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were also courteous, which made me feel at ease. Previously, I stayed on the top floor of Mirage from the same group, and that felt “the best” thanks to its spectacular ocean views and modern comfort. Compared with that, Alamanda Aoyama feels a bit dated in terms of the building and interior, and it is less impressive when it comes to views. However, I think this Hotel’s excellent central access and quiet stay environment are unique strengths.

    A Satisfying Stay!

    I frequently stay at many Hotels in Tokyo. I found the Room layout to be well thought out. The bathroom was spacious and relaxing, providing a soothing experience. I chose a Japanese-style breakfast, but it felt a bit too salty for me as an older guest—perhaps it's tailored for international visitors? One disappointment was that despite being such a wonderful Hotel, the milk was served in capsules. Thank you for your hospitality!

    For a family of 4

    We stayed as a family of four. - Great location, easy to go anywhere - The Room was spacious and clean - Excellent amenities - Surprised to find the hairdryer was "Lifa"! - Lots of perks included, very satisfying - The food was delicious, especially breakfast with four options to choose from, all of which were great! Thank you for the wonderful stay. We enjoyed drinks at the bar in the evening, and the staff's hospitality made it a truly pleasant experience. We had a very fulfilling time and will definitely stay again when visiting Tokyo!

    Urban Oasis

    I used the day-use service. Located just a short distance from Gaienmae, it offers a quiet space away from the hustle and bustle, perfect for relaxing after shopping. The front desk service was smooth, and the security felt reliable. The amenities had a pleasant fragrance that was very soothing. The room was impeccably clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. Room service meals were delicious as well. Highly recommended for a quick break!

    This was my 6th stay, and I made a reservation for 3 nights starting from May 3rd. Initially, I booked for 3 people, but since my son could join us from the 4th, we were able to change to a room accommodating 4 people (of course with an additional charge). On the 3rd, we stayed in a Modern Superior Twin with one extra bed, and for the next two nights from the 4th, we stayed in a Master Suite Twin with two extra beds. While changing rooms, our luggage was moved during our outing. One of the great features of this hotel is its spa. It allowed me to relax and unwind both physically and mentally (as always), forgetting about the hustle and bustle of the big city. However, on holidays and public holidays when it opens at 9 AM, I couldn't have breakfast after using the spa in the morning (I was aware of this as it happens every year). The room felt spacious enough without any sense of tightness; even with an extra bed that had decent mattresses, I could sleep comfortably. The staff at reception, front desk staff members, housekeeping team members who cleaned our room daily morning hours , breakfast restaurant personnel ,and spa attendants all provided warm hospitality throughout our stay . It’s quite sad that Chichibunomiya Rugby Stadium has been demolished; henceforth views visible previously via restaurant windows changed drastically now onwards permanently forevermore . With just three minutes' walk away distance proximity near Gaienmae Station makes transportation convenient easily accessible location-wise overall environment surrounding area remains excellent favorite choice among hotels visited till date ever experienced personally firsthandly speaking honestly truthfully genuinely sincerely wholeheartedly appreciatively thankfully gratefully respectfully     Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. Some areas show signs of age, but it’s not an issue if you don’t mind! However, one towel hanger was missing due to damage, and the bathtub drainage was poor, causing water to overflow from the sink side. The breakfast portions were generous! The bread was especially delicious and very satisfying. The Japanese-style dishes were also excellent.

    A luxury Hotel with a great location

    I mostly stayed in Ginza when in Tokyo, but this time, after lunch, I took the Ginza Line to Gaienmae Station. Traveling with my elderly mother, I was relieved that it was very close to the station. We enjoyed strolling along the ginkgo tree-lined streets and visited Meiji Shrine the next day; it's a beautiful area even in winter. The room was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to have a pleasant stay. They kindly provided a chair for my mother during bath time. Thank you very much. (Being from an older generation, she later mentioned that she found it difficult to adjust multiple shower settings and preferred scooping hot water from the bathtub with a bucket; I wonder if buckets are available for lending as well? It would be appreciated.) Breakfast offered four choices, which seemed sufficient even without a buffet style. Overall, we were very satisfied and would love to stay again.

    Hotel with high satisfaction

    All the staff were courteous and the service was excellent. The cleaning was thorough, and I was able to stay comfortably with a sense of cleanliness. The amenities were also well-equipped and satisfactory. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast. It was a highly satisfying stay.

    Every New Year, my family and I look forward to playing games, and the loser treats everyone to room service. This Hotel stated that room service was available until 9 PM, so I called at 8:10 PM, only to be told it was already over. I wish I had been informed earlier. I was really looking forward to it...
