    Overall, it was a hi...

    Overall, it was a highly satisfying stay. The room had a calm atmosphere, the view from the window was wonderful, and I was able to relax and take my time. The in-room touches and thoughtful details were also memorable, making the stay feel special. On the other hand, there were a few Facility-related points that concerned me. Some areas of the room’s walls showed signs of wear over time, such as stains and scratches; considering the Hotel’s grade, I think more careful maintenance would make it even better. In addition, the water pressure in the bathroom was somewhat weak, and it felt especially underwhelming when using the rain shower. Although there are some minor areas for improvement, overall it was a very good stay, including the room’s atmosphere and view. I also hope to see improvements in maintenance going forward.

    I want to praise myself for making the Reservation.

    I stayed one night in a Deluxe King room by myself. All of the hoteliers were very kind and happily responded to my questions and requests, so I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The view from the Room was so beautiful that I could have watched it forever, and I instantly changed my plans and decided to spend the day relaxing inside the Hotel. Since I live far away, if I ever need Accommodation in Tokyo again, I will choose this place. I can confidently recommend it to anyone. Thank you for a wonderful memory.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    All the staff were very kind, and it was a comfortable stay. I stayed to relax, and I truly was able to unwind. It was also nice that we could go to the hot bath Facility in yukata and slippers. Breakfast took a bit too long, which was slightly disappointing, but otherwise I was satisfied.

    We had a relaxing stay!

    We stayed for two nights during Golden Week. The Room was quiet, and the view was excellent. Breakfast was delicious as well. Thanks to you, we were able to relax and unwind, and recharge our energy.

    Valuable Time

    Thank you for taking care of us for two nights. Bright light streamed into the Room, and the Facility was easy to use and well laid out, making the Room feel spacious. Even the cutlery had a unique touch, which left a strong impression. It was a refined space, yet we could relax as if at home, and we spent most of our time in the Room from check-in to check-out. At breakfast, there was a moment when a Hotel staff member offered an apology over something minor. No organization or person can completely prevent unexpected mistakes, and their response was so pleasant that it reminded me how true character shows in such moments. Turning a pinch into an opportunity—impressive indeed. I enjoy staying at Hotels at a leisurely pace, and whenever I have time I make the most of a Hotel stay. International chain Hotels have their strengths, but in terms of hospitality quality and peace of mind, this truly felt like one of Japan’s leading Hotels. Thank you for the wonderful time that passed so gently. We will be back again.

    A Hotel you’ll want to recommend to others!

    This was my second visit, following my stay last October. I was truly moved when I came with my husband last time, so this time I returned at my daughter’s strong request, with no particular plans (our purpose was simply to stay at The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho). To our surprise, we were upgraded to a suite, and it became an unforgettable experience. The Room was so spacious and comfortable that the two of us could hardly make full use of it. I also wondered if you kindly arranged different views for us—last time overlooking the National Diet Building, and this time facing Shinjuku. We dined at restaurants outside the Hotel except for breakfast, but we enjoyed relaxing in the lounge many times in between. Thank you very much.

    I felt refreshed by the escape from everyday life.

    Staying while looking down over the National Diet Building on the day of the House of Representatives election. From check-in on the Club Floor, the view was outstanding and had us completely excited. The staff were all women, and their service was polite and attentive. From arriving by taxi to being escorted up to the Club Floor, everything was well coordinated—an excellent start that really makes a difference. The spa Facility was small but well equipped, with a mist sauna as well, which was great. A spa in a central Tokyo Hotel is truly appreciated. The Room was simply comfortable. The window-side couch sofa was so long that two adults could sit facing each other in opposite directions! We fully enjoyed the view. Cocktail time in the Club Lounge also had more than enough food for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the night view and drinks. Breakfast was at the top-floor restaurant, and we were very satisfied with their signature egg dish. The lineup felt urban and stylish. Japanese breakfast options were available too, but we were already full—something to look forward to next time we visit. It had been on our list for a while, and it absolutely lived up to expectations; we will definitely be back.

    It became the best memory.

    We stayed here on our wedding registration day. When checking in at the club floor, a staff member kindly asked if it was a special occasion, and we shared that it was our wedding registration day. Later, when we returned to our room after dining out, we were deeply touched to find towel art prepared for us, even though we hadn’t made any prior requests. The heartfelt hospitality of the staff left a lasting impression on us. It became an unforgettable memory for a lifetime. We would love to stay here again for another special occasion!

    We stayed in a Junior Suite. The night view from the Corner King was the perfect way to relax. The night view from the view bath was also so exotic that it made us forget we were in Tokyo. We had a small party in the living room. We were impressed that the cake delivered via the concierge was beautifully set up. Above all, their heartfelt service left the strongest impression.     The breakfast is truly disappointing.

    Many people may consider comparing this Accommodation with others like Palace Hotel, Okura, or Capitol Tokyu. However, having stayed at all four within a year, we found this Accommodation to be the least satisfactory. First of all, the Accommodation Fee seems slightly overpriced compared to other Japanese hotels in the same price range. It is unclear whether the current operation is managed by Prince or another company since the building was sold from Seibu Group to a foreign entity. Regarding guests, it appears that there is a higher proportion of international business travelers due to its partnership with Marriott and its special location in Kioicho. This might explain why the interior and Room quality are lower than other hotels while maintaining similar or even higher prices. One reason for our dissatisfaction was the smell in the hallways. Since an additional fee is required to use gym lockers/showers, some guests seem to return sweaty directly to their Rooms without showering after workouts. As a result, both morning and evening hallways smelled unpleasant when leaving our Room. The main reason for our low rating was breakfast service. While limited portions such as one egg per dish and fewer options could be attributed to its relatively low price of around 4,000 yen, what stood out most was poor service quality. Staff bumped into us without apologizing while we were walking toward food stations; empty plates were not cleared promptly; some staff loudly chatted about unrelated topics while carrying large dishes—making us hesitant even to take bacon due to concerns about hygiene like saliva contamination during conversations near food trays. Additionally, very few staff greeted customers upon leaving with "thank you" or similar phrases—it felt as though no manager oversaw overall operations despite individual services like check-in/out being smooth along with polite pool staff & well-done turndown services elsewhere throughout facilities except breakfast experience ruining mornings entirely disappointing expectations instead! Google Reviews also mention negative experiences regarding restaurant services across various nationalities suggesting better alternatives such as dining at New Otani opposite side offering proper meals/breakfasts worth considering instead given stunning views/location potential otherwise wasted here unfortunately!

    It was the best stay.

    We stayed as a couple to attend the award ceremony for my essay. Due to daily work fatigue, we planned to relax at the Hotel aside from attending the ceremony, so we chose a Plan with lounge access. The lounge, Room, and window-side dinner seating all offered breathtaking views of Tokyo and warm hospitality that deeply moved us. We truly had a relaxing time. Celebrating such a significant life event at this Hotel became a wonderful memory. Next time, I hope to revisit with my daughter who couldn’t join us on this trip.

    It was truly a wonderful stay.

    Arriving at 8 PM, the hospitality was exceptional from luggage handling before check-in to parking. Not only were the Facility's design and cleanliness impressive, but each staff member provided attentive and thoughtful service. Every word they spoke was filled with kindness. Although it was slightly expensive for my income, the stay exceeded its value. Thank you!

    The room we stayed in this time allowed access to the club lounge, making both check-in and check-out smooth. During check-in, we enjoyed a refreshing drink in a relaxing space, which heightened our anticipation for the stay. Upon arriving at the room, we found a sofa set along the large window, perfect for enjoying the view at leisure. The view bath was particularly delightful; with a pillow set on the bathtub, we could enjoy gazing at the blue sky during the day and Tokyo Skytree illuminated at night while soaking in relaxation. It was truly an exceptional bath time experience. The comfort of the room encouraged us to try in-room dining. The meal was delicious with generous portions that left us fully satisfied. However, as there were no stoppers on the cart used to serve food, it felt slightly unstable when used as a table—hence one star deducted. Additionally, amenities were well-stocked and turndown service was handled meticulously, allowing us to unwind from daily stress thoroughly. If given another opportunity, I would love to visit again as everything from staff smiles to services exceeded expectations. Lastly, since our room faced eastward: if you wish to sleep in during mornings comfortably without sunlight streaming into your accommodation after sunrise—ensure closing curtains over view baths before bedtime!

    I always stay here when visiting Tokyo. I love the cleanliness and well-equipped amenities of the Room, as well as the beautiful view from the Room. The warm greetings and kind words from the staff create a welcoming atmosphere, and their prompt responses to any requests provide a sense of security. This is an excellent Hotel.

    Simply wonderful.

    I stayed at the accommodation for the first time in six months and was able to relax and spend a leisurely time. Since it was extremely hot outside, I stayed in the room, enjoying reading books and listening to music, which made for a blissful experience. I also had breakfast for the first time in a while, and it was very delicious. I would definitely like to stay here again.

    A well-prepared space for guests.

    The view from the window-side couch was absolutely stunning, making for an unforgettable experience. The Room layout was practical, and the bathroom was spacious with luxurious glass walls. The all-white interior design was stylish and elegant! Although large bathtubs can sometimes be challenging to use, this one had handrails exactly where needed, which was very helpful. There were secure grips for standing up from the tub, stepping over it, and maintaining balance afterward—truly appreciated (the importance of handrails becomes more evident with age...). The soundproofing seemed excellent as we didn’t hear any noise from other guest rooms and enjoyed a peaceful stay. Though the lounge had many guests, there were plenty of staff members who promptly cleared used dishes—a great help. The variety of chocolates in the food selection brought so much joy! As expected from a Japanese Hotel, the hospitality service was outstanding. Thank you for providing such a luxurious experience!

    The best Hotel.

    This was my third stay. The room was a Grand Deluxe Corner King. The view from the corner room was fantastic, especially the sparkling night view, which was exceptional! From the reception at the club lounge to the hospitality of the staff and the prompt valet service, everything was outstanding. Thank you very much. I look forward to visiting again.

    The location is excellent.

    The view from the hotel is exceptional. Especially, soaking in the bath of the facility while enjoying the view of Tokyo Skytree offers a luxurious experience. The Club Lounge on the 34th floor provides a wide variety of drinks and food, all of which were delicious. The staff's attentiveness was outstanding, anticipating every need in advance. Although we couldn't travel far during Golden Week and made a last-minute reservation, we had a wonderful time. We look forward to staying again.

    I stayed here for my wedding anniversary. It is a wonderful Hotel.

    We stayed at the accommodation to celebrate our wedding anniversary. At the front driveway, as we had dined here before, the staff recognized us by our car number and greeted us by name, which made for a smooth and pleasant experience. This thoughtful gesture was truly appreciated. In our room, we were delighted to find a congratulatory message and sweets. The towel art was especially touching. The club lounge offered stunning views with a wide variety of delicious food and drinks. For dinner, we reserved seats only at the 36th-floor restaurant instead of opting for a course meal to save time and ordered à la carte on the day. The service here was impeccable, allowing us to enjoy our meal comfortably. One minor concern was that since we didn’t use valet service, carrying luggage from the front desk to the parking lot after checkout felt like quite an effort due to the distance. However, as we had pre-reserved flat parking spaces in advance, even larger vehicles could be parked easily with peace of mind thanks to on-site parking staff. It would have been reassuring if staff had proactively provided explanations about rooms or club lounge facilities upon check-in when necessary. Additionally, while using the gym facilities felt slightly cramped due to closely arranged equipment; more spaciousness would enhance comfort. Overall though these are personal observations—this is a beautiful hotel with great views that I highly recommend for special occasions like anniversaries! We also enjoyed walking around nearby areas such as circling Imperial Palace & exploring natural surroundings creating an oasis-like escape amidst urban settings during this memorable staycation!     Prince Peak was amazing!

    Thank you for your exceptional hospitality on the day of our stay. We stayed to celebrate my husband's birthday, and although upgrades are not typically available when booking through IKYU.com as Marriott points cannot be earned, you kindly upgraded us in honor of this special occasion. We were guided to a room that was more spacious than we had initially planned. The room faced the Skytree, and at night, the view was so stunning that it truly lived up to the name "Gallery." The sunrise in the morning was equally breathtaking. Having stayed at other Marriott properties like Ritz-Carlton and Edition, I can confidently say this view is one-of-a-kind. For dinner, we dined at Souten, and breakfast was enjoyed at Oasis Garden—both offered an extraordinary combination of ambiance and cuisine. Next time, I would love to visit the bar as well. Thank you for providing such a wonderful stay. I look forward to visiting again!

    I stay at least 50 nights a year in various accommodations, and this hotel was truly top-level in terms of impression. The hospitality was so exceptional that I found myself thinking, "Do they really go this far?" I deeply felt their proactive hospitality, providing services even before guests could ask. If I ever paused for a moment, they would approach me with such grace before I could even say anything. Whether heading to my room, the restroom, or another location, they instantly understood my intentions every time—leaving me both grateful and slightly apologetic. The complimentary spa for guests was also much appreciated. However, due to my carelessness, I left my card key there and caused some inconvenience to the staff. Even then, they kindly said, "Please wait here," and two male staff members responded brightly with smiles. Additionally, the receptionist immediately noticed me and approached with kind words. They quickly found and returned my card key without causing any worry on my part. Their speed and seamless handling left me amazed. During turndown service, not only did they clean every corner of the room meticulously but also added an unexpected touch. (I had left my glasses on the desk as is but discovered something useful placed next to them.) There's more! The reviews about their delicious cocktails raised my expectations—and yet the quality far exceeded what I imagined; it was breathtakingly impressive. Of course here too, their attentiveness shone through—they prepared the next cocktail right after finishing one without making me wait or noticed when I seemed unsure about choices. Their detailed explanations combined with swift actions made me involuntarily exclaim how amazing it all was! Beyond customer service aspects—the spaciousness of rooms or stunning views were naturally excellent—but even down-to-each-item amenities sparkled impeccably clean; everything felt overwhelmingly perfect beyond words! There’s so much more I'd like written if space allowed—but let’s stop here now instead... This accommodation exceeded all expectations leaving zero dissatisfaction behind—a memory etched forever thanks unforgettable services provided! I'll definitely return again soon!

    Elevator Inspection

    This was my first visit. It was a west-facing room, and the sunset and view of Mount Fuji were wonderful. The room was spacious enough, and the mattress firmness was just right, allowing for a good night's sleep. However, there were some areas where the sheets were not tucked under the mattress. If the housekeeping staff are foreigners, they might miss some of these finer details. The bathroom and bathtub were also spacious and comfortable. There is a slight leak from the shower on the edge of the bathtub, possibly due to deteriorating seals. The washing area can be a bit slippery. The loofah provided is rare but has limited coverage for washing and may not be very effective. The toilet paper is soft and high-quality. For the toilet remote control, if it were installed 3 to 5 centimeters lower, it would be easier to read its display on top. Breakfast is served in a restaurant with great views; during an Italian fair, their yogurt juice left an impression on me personally; having grated yam or tomato juice would have been even better according to my taste preferences though I believe there was no ill intent behind this action when they silently removed menus listing egg dishes & drinks after initially saying "as much as you like," which could imply "don't order anymore." At least asking "May I take this away?" would have been appreciated overall though it turned out quite comfortable making for an enjoyable experience overall!
