    I stayed here to celebrate my birthday in advance. There was a “Happy birthday” message in the refrigerator and macarons beautifully served in a glass. I was very happy.\nIt’s always such a comfortable space, so I stay here whenever I can.

    Holiday Stay

    Thank you as always for your wonderful support. I have not counted how many times I have stayed here, but I am always warmly welcomed by the staff. Everyone is polite and kind, and they gladly store my luggage even before check-in, handle deliveries from courier services, and continue to assist me kindly even after check-out. I truly felt that this consistent hospitality is what wins guests over and spreads through Reviews. When I visit Japan again, I would love to stay with you again. Thank you very much.

    Fully equipped kitchen

    I made a Japanese-style dinner and a Western-style breakfast, and the kitchen was well equipped with a variety of cooking tools, including frying pans, pots, spatulas, kitchen scissors, and a peeler. There were also two burners, so cooking was very convenient. There was a rice cooker as well, so I could enjoy freshly cooked rice and had a delicious dinner. The refrigerator was more than large enough, and having a freezer was very helpful. The Room layout was also very practical. The bedroom and living area were separate, and the counter kitchen made serving and cleaning up easy. I think there was also a dishwasher, but washing by hand was faster for me, so I didn’t use it. There was just one disappointment: I couldn’t reach the dishes stored in the high cabinet shelves, so I only used what I could reach. That was sufficient overall, but I would have liked to use glasses to create a nicer atmosphere, so it was unfortunate not to be able to access them. Still, overall it was a comfortable stay. The view bath was also great.

    A comfortable Hotel conveniently located near Yaesu Tokyo Station Nihombashi Exit

    Within walking distance from Yaesu. The view from the high floors is quite impressive. Request a Room with champagne to make your stay more enjoyable. The interior is apartment-style with all necessary Facilities provided. Enjoy a delightful and pleasant time during your stay.

    Overall, it was great.

    The Room is spacious and clean. Kitchen utensils are well-equipped. The bathroom is also large. The location is convenient. Although the washing and drying machine was said to take about 4 hours, it took 6–7 hours, possibly due to an operation error. I planned to do laundry in the morning but was glad I did it at night instead. Breakfast is not bad, but compared to nearby Hotels with similar prices, it falls short.

    The service was attentive and pleasant.

    I used the day-use service to relax during my flight layover. The attentiveness of the staff in the lounge and the Room's facilities were very impressive, allowing me to have a comfortable and relaxing time.

    Convenient.

    The experience of using this serviced apartment Hotel was better than expected. While there were minor inconveniences in the room, such as needing to stretch to hang clothes due to its foreigner-oriented design, I found it better than the serviced apartments at the Imperial Hotel. There are several Hotels almost directly connected to Tokyo Station, but considering the balance between price and quality, this is an excellent choice.

    Very comfortable

    Great location, very friendly staff, and a comfortable stay. The Room had a large refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, and dryer, which was perfect after a long trip as I could do laundry. I would love to stay at this Hotel every time I visit Tokyo. Thank you!

    Vacation Rental

    The Vacation Rental had a large refrigerator, which was great. However, the phone was completely unreachable, and there was a shortage of toilet paper and tissues, which caused inconvenience.

    Choose a Hotel for its Proximity to the Station and Spacious Rooms

    I have stayed at most hotels in Tokyo for business purposes. This was my first time staying at Oakwood, and I stayed for 4 nights. The location next to Tokyo Station is extremely convenient. Compared to other luxury hotels, the staff here are friendly and approachable. The living room, bedroom, and kitchen are spacious enough. It’s so convenient that I have already made a reservation again for autumn.

    Comfortable Stay During Golden Week

    Stayed for a staycation in the city as outings were crowded. The accommodation offered reasonable pricing even during the holiday period, with Daimaru next door and a directly connected convenience store. The spacious and clean room allowed for a relaxing stay, making it comfortable both physically and mentally. We stayed with our child, and since it coincided with Children's Day, we were delighted by the thoughtful celebration prepared for us—truly grateful for the hospitality. Looking forward to staying again with family or friends!

    Exams and Bento

    Among the hotels with kitchens that I searched for, I chose this one because the reviews, location, and phone service all seemed very good. In reality, both the rooms and the service were perfect. I wanted to prepare a lunchbox for an exam, so the well-equipped kitchen was very helpful. Just one thing! I think this is a breach of etiquette by a previous guest, but there were traces of cooking in the Thermos kettle, and the smell lingered, so I couldn't boil water for tea. (I boiled it in a pot) Let's all follow proper etiquette when using a hotel!

    It feels like an expensive Business Hotel.

    Last time, I stayed at Tokyo Station Hotel and Shangri-La, but this time I stayed because I wanted to do laundry in the latter part of my trip. The Room's furniture and towels are old and simple. I was surprised that the sofa cushions were a bit flattened. Regardless of usability, there is plenty of storage space. Unfortunately, when I checked in and entered the Room, there was an unpleasant smell of garbage, possibly due to insufficient cleaning. However, the staff responded promptly, which was good. Additionally, they explained how to use the dryer and provided parking information in detail, which was also appreciated. It seemed that there were many foreign tourists around this time. I might not stay during my next vacation.
