A Resort Hotel with a timeless, tranquil atmosphere
It was my first stay in six years, and I felt that the calm, natural atmosphere is always maintained by the staff and throughout the entire Facility. The comfortable Room and the private pool in the quiet villa allowed me to relax without worrying about anyone else. The staff’s sense of distance was also pleasant, and with a touch of Okinawan language, it feels different from the slightly formal atmosphere of a large Hotel—making me want to visit again.

The breakfast is extremely disappointing.
Despite the high price, the breakfast is far too disappointing. Neither the Japanese nor Western options are good; it would be better to buy rice balls at a convenience store. Paying over 200,000 yen per night and getting that kind of breakfast is unacceptable. I want it improved immediately. Overall satisfaction is low for the price. This is only my personal opinion.

Air conditioning
The air conditioning in the bedroom was not very effective. The Room was clean, and the pool was nice. Overall, I was satisfied, but it was hot at night when sleeping and a bit uncomfortable.

It was a wonderful experience.
The hospitality and service were excellent, and the villa itself was wonderful. With in-Room dining and a restaurant available, we enjoyed a luxurious stay—relaxing in the pool and jacuzzi while still having everything we needed close by.

A Hotel you'll want to return to
This is a Hotel I stayed at with my daughter last autumn and completely fell in love with. This time, we were able to return again in spring sooner than expected. It felt like the wonderful hospitality from our previous stay had been taken to an even higher level. The staff who provided Shuttle Service, the staff who welcomed us, and the staff who spoke to us during our stay—everyone was so warm, and we truly felt relaxed from the bottom of our hearts. This time I visited with a friend who lives in the U.S., and she was also deeply impressed. We’re already saying, “Let’s definitely go again!” I’m also impressed by how deeply Terrace Hotels cares about Okinawa’s environment.

Blissful cocktail time surrounded by sunset views and music
This was my fifth stay, and it’s my favorite Hotel. During cocktail hour, enjoying drinks while listening to live instrumental performances that change daily and watching the sunset is truly exceptional. The luxurious touches that delight all five senses captivated our whole family and helped us forget about everyday life. Combined with the staff’s polished service, there is no other Hotel where time feels this indulgent. Thank you for creating wonderful memories that brought our family even closer.

Countdown in Okinawa
Celebrate this year's countdown in Okinawa. Initially planned for The Busena Terrace, but due to the addition of our daughter and room capacity, we switched to The Uza Terrace. Despite the unfortunate weather, it turned out to be an unexpectedly lively and enjoyable New Year's holiday. The hospitality and villa were excellent, and we look forward to visiting again during a season suitable for swimming.

Uzaterasu in September
The arrangement of plants in the villa was excellent. There were many plants and flowers placed above eye level, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. There was a slight smell of fertilizer, though... The meals at the main dining area were just the right portion size and delicious. Breakfast was an American-style breakfast, but it would be even better if there were simple Japanese options available as well. The staff's service was polite and exceptional. It was a hotel I would love to stay at again. Thank you very much!

Truly wonderful!
We stayed as a family of four during the Obon holiday. This was our second visit, having stayed the year it opened. The trees planted around the accommodation have grown beautifully, creating a wonderful atmosphere. We were able to relax and enjoy our time in a calm environment. It turned out to be an absolutely fantastic summer vacation. We will definitely visit again!

It was an amazing time!
We stayed for 4 nights during our summer vacation with family. The staff were all incredibly polite and attentive, which left a lasting impression on us. We felt that such exceptional hospitality is rare to find in any other Hotel. The meals, featuring homegrown vegetables, were absolutely delicious and satisfying. We had a dream-like experience in the beautiful villa and the spacious outdoor pool. We would love to stay here again when we visit Okinawa next time. I will visit again next year!
There is nothing to complain about anymore. The drinks in the room's refrigerator (including beer), minibar alcohol, and snacks were all free, making it convenient to stay in the room. Even when visiting the restaurant, lounge, or outdoor pool, there were hardly any other guests around, which was great. The jogging course was well-maintained, and we ran together every morning to the lighthouse at Cape Zanpa. Champagne after exercise during breakfast was fantastic, and dinner served in-room was more than satisfying. We will definitely visit again next year!

A Touch of Elegance
It was a 2-night, 3-day short stay, but everything—Room, meals, Facility & services, ambiance, and the hospitality of the staff—created unforgettable memories. The staff's thoughtful care and exceptional service went above and beyond expectations; five stars are not enough to express how wonderful their hospitality was. Thanks to them, we were able to fully enjoy a luxurious time. The poolside path leads directly to Uza Beach right in front of the property, making it perfect for a morning walk where we could quietly immerse ourselves in Okinawa's natural beauty—a truly delightful experience. Both the restaurant meals and in-room breakfast featured fresh vegetables paired with delicious dishes that refreshed both body and mind during our trip. We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude once again to all the staff members.

Japan's Premier Luxury Resort Villa
This is my second stay. I really like the Terrace Group and have stayed at all their accommodations, repeatedly visiting them. Among them, I feel that this Uzate Terrace stands out with its spacious rooms, private pool, lobby and lounge, ocean views, and exceptional hospitality. The atmosphere of a luxurious overseas resort desired by Japanese guests is meticulously crafted down to the finest details while seamlessly blending Okinawan culture. It feels like one of the most perfect resort hotels in the world. I will visit again.

I want to visit every year.
I used it for the first time last year, and this was my second time. I really love the atmosphere of the hotel. When you arrive and head to the front desk, you are greeted with an ocean view. Sitting on the sofas at the front desk or bar, you can feel the breeze, which is very pleasant. Not only the atmosphere of the building but also the warm atmosphere of all the staff makes it a relaxing hotel that makes you feel at ease when you visit. The food at the restaurant and in-room dining is also delicious! The room has a washing machine, which was very convenient when using the pool or during a multiple night stay. We relaxed while feeling nature and spent a wonderful time with our family. I want to go again next year.

About fine dining
This was my first stay. The time spent at the restaurant Fine Dining for dinner was not pleasant. Both the hotel page on Ikkyu.com and the hotel's official website state, "Regarding dinner attire: For gentlemen, please wear a shirt and pants that cover the knees, and for ladies, please come in resort dresses or dresses, in elegant attire." However, when I used the restaurant, there were quite a few people who were far from this dress code, and at the same time, there were also people with poor manners, making it an uncomfortable dining experience. If the restaurant is okay with such an atmosphere and space, then such a dress code should not be established, and failing to adhere to what is written on the site will disappoint those who visit the hotel and use the restaurant with expectations for the dining experience. Being a Relais & Châteaux restaurant, I hope for future improvements or consistent measures.

Since before...
The quality of service has declined depending on the staff, and they are unable to accommodate the guests' preferences. It can't be helped, but there are too many ants in the room... There are several around the bed as well.

It's mediocre.
I have traveled to Okinawa nearly 30 times. I like resort hotels and usually stay at decent places, but this is not a hotel I would revisit. The location is good, but everything is mediocre for the price. When I checked in, the man who explained things was unimpressive. When he mentioned the dress code to us, he said, "Even in an outfit like Mr. XX's," which was rude. Indeed, I came in my usual attire, but I always have appropriate clothes ready for any situation, even when traveling. His manner of speaking and vocabulary were not what I would call first-class guidance, and the other staff seemed inexperienced or poorly trained. The room is across from the pool, but it's surprisingly inconvenient, and the layout is lacking. The closet connected to the bathroom has no partition, so clothes get damp. The bathtub has no handrail, making it unstable. At first glance, it looks good, but the items, scent, and amenities are not particularly impressive.
