Affordable
I think it’s very reasonably priced for what you get. However, the curtains let in a lot of light, which felt tough in summer.

Highly satisfying with a delicious breakfast and functional Facilities.
We stayed as a family of four with a junior high school and high school student. Breakfast featuring local Hokkaido ingredients was wonderful and truly delicious. There were salmon roe, marinated salmon and octopus, jingisukan (grilled lamb), soup curry, and drinkable yogurt from a farm in Niseko, and our whole family thoroughly enjoyed breakfast together. From the Room, we had a beautiful view of Mt. Yotei, and beds were also set up in the living-dining area—an easy-to-use layout that felt safe even for families with small children. We arrived at night, but the kitchen made it easy to warm up items bought at nearby shops and store them in the freezer; the Facility was very well equipped. We made great memories and were completely satisfied.

Your First Niseko
I visited Niseko to see Mt. Yotei. Unfortunately, it was raining and I couldn’t see it, but the delicious meals made up for it. Thankfully, the next day was sunny and I was able to see Mt. Yotei in all its glory. The Italian set course was excellent—each dish was delicious, and the flow of the course felt natural and very well put together.

Favorites
After staying in Hanazono for six days, I chose to stay here again after a previous visit. The 1LDK Room is spacious and well equipped, making it perfect for a long trip. The Room was also thoroughly cleaned and very tidy.\nHowever, this time there was one major issue: the bed mattress had sagged and lost its firmness, so a Multiple Night Stay was quite hard on my body. Since this is one of my favorite Accommodations, that was the only real disappointment.\nI have plans for next year as well, so I would be happy if this could be improved.

We stayed in the pen...
We stayed in the penthouse. Since we were a large group, everyone had their own Room and bathroom, and we were very satisfied that we could all gather in the living room to eat together and use the cooking utensils and stove. We were also able to use the large public bath almost privately, and although we stayed as multiple families, we each got to use a private bath as well, which was great. The gasket on the milk part of the coffee maker had a slight odor, so it might be best to wash it once before using. The outdoor jacuzzi stayed warm the whole time and was covered for us, which was nice.\nBreakfast was good, and the front desk staff were very courteous. There seemed to be many international guests, but this penthouse is highly recommended for a large-group trip to Hokkaido.

The Room is not very functional.
Stayed for a Multiple Night Stay (2 nights) in June. In peak season, it’s very close to the gondola, so access is excellent. Hmm. It doesn’t feel like a resort at all—more like a Business Hotel—and it’s small. The Room is long and narrow, which makes it inconvenient to use. Even though shoes aren’t allowed inside, the entry area is so tight that taking them off and managing them was stressful. We had a Mt. Yotei view, but since we were on the 2nd floor, construction cranes stood out more than anything. If you stay multiple nights, they don’t clean every day. There isn’t even pajamas—only samue loungewear—and it was replaced only once every four days. Personally, I didn’t find anything tasty at breakfast. The serving staff were absorbed in chatting among themselves, which was surprising. They should clearly disclose that parking is limited. Being told just one day in advance doesn’t help. I come here every year around this time for golf, and this was the most disappointing Hotel I’ve stayed at in Niseko so far. After switching Hotels on the third night, I felt that even more strongly. Considering the location, I do think it’s relatively affordable. It feels clean, and for this location the Onsen is fairly spacious—with an open-air bath and a sauna as well. The staff are friendly and very efficient; it feels pleasant. If you’re staying one night for business purposes, I’d say it’s actually a perfect Hotel.

Penthouse
The jacuzzi on the terrace was amazing! The space was just right, and the view was incredible! It can be hard to find dinner options in Niseko during summer, but dinner here was great value and tasted excellent.

The food and the view are both wonderful.
Both dinner and breakfast were outstanding. The dishes showcased a strong commitment to local ingredients and the chef’s creativity throughout, and everything was truly delicious. The view of Mt. Yotei from the Room was also wonderful—grand and majestic.

If parking spaces are limited, please inform us at the time of Reservation. It was unpleasant to see foreign staff allowing other staff to drink beer at the bar. Niseko seems to have become a Hotel primarily for foreigners.

I had made several reservations before, but due to schedule changes and typhoon impacts, I had to cancel them repeatedly. Finally, I was able to visit. The service and facilities were excellent; I could relax in the room, and both dinner and breakfast were very delicious. Thank you. Rather than being overly indulgent, it felt like the necessary aspects were well-covered with an efficient operation for cleaning and other tasks (not in a negative sense at all). As some others have mentioned, the dressing area in the large public bath felt a bit small, but since it wasn't during peak season, it wasn't much of an issue.

I will visit again!
First Visit. I have stayed at nearby accommodations like Skye Niseko and Aya Niseko before, but for some reason, I was unaware of Ki Niseko until now. This was my first time staying here. The room with a large window and a view of Mt. Yotei was very comfortable, equipped with a washing machine, kitchen, and dishwasher. The Italian cuisine at the restaurant had flavors that were a bit strong for me but just right and delicious for my father and husband (a matter of personal preference). The onsen was small but easy to use. It would be nice if there were more chairs in the changing area as there were only two; this would make it easier to rest. The sparkling wine provided as part of the IKYU Diamond benefits was perfectly balanced—not too sweet or too dry—and we finished it in no time because it was so delicious! We also appreciated the dessert plate celebrating our wedding anniversary—it made us very happy. Overall, I think this is an excellent hotel. Next time, we plan to visit with our child!

The Mountain View Room offered a great view of the sunrise and sea of clouds, but there were black stains on the room's window glass, and nearby construction equipment made it difficult to take photos. The large equipment also diminished the beauty of the scenery. I would like to visit again when there is no construction. The breakfast was also excellent.

Breakfast is excellent!! Hot water is great!! The Room is GOOD!!!
This is my second stay. I reserved a different type of room this time. The room had a kitchen, so I bought some ingredients at a supermarket in Kutchan and did some light cooking. The room was fully equipped with pots, dishes, and other essentials, and the refrigerator was larger than the usual ones found in hotel rooms. With a dishwasher and washing machine available, it’s perfect for a Multiple Night Stay. Please note that seasonings are not provided, so you’ll need to bring your own. The living room and bedroom are separated, making it very convenient to use. The TV is large and satisfying as well. For breakfast, I enjoyed the Hotel's offering—it was varied and absolutely delicious! Also, the hot water here seems to suit me well; it keeps me warm for hours afterward. There’s hardly any chlorine smell either, which is another plus point! Since I take baths multiple times during my stay, using just one bath towel from the room can be challenging. While I do request new towels from the front desk when needed (and they kindly provide them), it feels awkward during busy times at reception. It would be convenient if there were an extra towel in the room or replacement towels available at the bath area itself. That said—considering today’s circumstances—if everyone uses multiple towels freely without thought about laundry costs or environmental impact...it could become expensive for operations. In any case though—it’s truly an excellent Hotel! Since I don’t ski myself—I plan on continuing visits during off-season periods moving forward!

Off-season stays are also available.
Being the off-season, I was able to stay at a great value and was very satisfied. The guest room was extremely clean and offered a pleasant space with a view of Mt. Yotei. The onsen is slightly small, but the quality of the water was excellent. There is also a private family bath available, so I recommend making a reservation upon arrival. I had both breakfast and dinner at An Dining. Although there was an order mishap that left me slightly disappointed, all the dishes were delicious, especially the corn soup which was truly impressive. Breakfast is served buffet-style and tends to get crowded; it would be great if improvements could be made to make the serving area more accessible for smoother flow.

A very comfortable space
This newly built hotel in the Niseko area offered reasonable pricing, which initially made me a bit concerned, but it turned out to be very clean and provided a comfortable stay. The shared spaces like the lobby felt slightly compact, but the one-bedroom room we stayed in was very functional with a convenient table, comfortable sofa, and appropriately sized TV. It was a very cozy space for two people. The Onsen featured a small bath area with both an indoor bath and an open-air bath of similar size. The water was clean and pleasant to soak in. There was also a sauna that could accommodate 3–4 people along with a cold-water bath. Additionally, there were two private baths available for use once free of charge; we enjoyed using one at night. The service at the front desk and restaurant felt natural and welcoming, leaving us with positive impressions of their hospitality. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant; both meals were delicious. The breakfast buffet showed attention to detail in its selection of ingredients as well. One minor downside is that the restaurant space is limited—tables are close together, making it feel less private—and since there’s only one restaurant on-site, it might be challenging during Multiple Night Stays if you want variety in dining options. However, Hirafu offers other restaurants nearby, plus rooms are equipped with kitchens suitable for longer stays if needed. Overall, this hotel provides such a relaxing atmosphere that I would love to stay here again if given another opportunity!

A Hotel with Warm Hospitality and Delicious Meals
We made a same-day Reservation to visit Niseko in summer and enjoyed our stay during a scenic drive. The weather was perfect, and the staff were incredibly kind, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy our Hotel experience. Dinner was delightful, featuring dishes made with fresh local ingredients while admiring the view of Mt. Yotei. Breakfast was equally satisfying, and we appreciated the complimentary 40-minute private family Onsen service. However, there were some concerns: cleaning tools were left in the hallway during check-in, and there was a dried stain on the Room sheets. These issues were reported to the front desk upon checkout. Addressing such details could enhance comfort further. Overall, this Hotel offers a wonderful experience surrounded by nature with warm staff hospitality, delicious meals, and relaxing Onsen facilities—a true taste of Niseko's charm. We would love to visit again!

A Hotel Where Adults Can Relax
The room was bright and spacious enough. It was a no-shoes policy, and there were no living noises from above, below, or the sides, making it very relaxing. However, it was disappointing that the pillows and futon had a noticeable used smell. During the green season, the accommodation cost was affordable, and both the onsen and breakfast were not crowded, allowing for a leisurely experience.

Always satisfied.
I stay at this accommodation once a year, and this year, after staying on May 2nd and enjoying the delicious and varied breakfast, I decided to visit again to experience that breakfast once more. Unfortunately, as I checked in late, I couldn't use the private Onsen available on a first-come-first-served basis, which was disappointing. The facility is slightly inconvenient for wheelchair users due to the design of the bathroom, but I understand it can't be helped. I appreciate the provision of parking spaces for wheelchair users and preparation of assistance chairs for bathrooms. I look forward to visiting again.

Returning guest from last year!
I had a great experience last summer, so I made a Reservation again this year. The One-Bedroom Deluxe Room is spacious, well-equipped, and offers excellent value for money—it's my favorite. All the Hotel staff are very kind and provide excellent service, making the stay pleasant. The Onsen is a nice touch, and the breakfast buffet is delicious. This time, I tried dinner at An Dining for the first time, and the course meal was exquisite—well-prepared with generous portions—and surprisingly reasonably priced. As a Diamond Member benefit, we received a full bottle of sparkling wine! It made for an enjoyable and relaxing dinner experience. The only disappointment was that there were no welcome sweets in the Room this year like last year. I loved those sweets so much that I bought them from the shop to take home last year—and luckily found them in the shop again this time to bring back home! I plan to stay here again whenever I visit Niseko.

It was excellent.
The Hotel was very clean, and the Room, at 72 square meters, was spacious enough for three generations and three people to relax comfortably. Opting for a two-bedroom setup makes it even more convenient. The staff were subtly friendly with smiles and kindness, making the stay pleasant. My elderly mother also appreciated that the Hotel wasn’t too large, making it easy to move around. She enjoyed her stay as well. I would love to stay here again. Thank you!

Niseko is also wonderful in summer!
The staff was very helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, the changing area in the Onsen felt a bit small. Other than that, everything was perfect. The dinner at night was quite delicious. Overall, I had a satisfying day. Thank you very much!

Always satisfied.
I visit this place once every 1-2 years during this season. It is quiet and very comfortable as it coincides with the off-season when the ski slopes lose their snow. Since I accompany a family member who uses a wheelchair, I informed them in advance, and they kindly provided a parking space close to the building. The check-in process and other procedures were smooth. There was a step at the entrance of the bathroom, and no handrails were available, which made it challenging to use, but I understand that cannot be helped. The view from the Room was nice; however, it was cloudy, so only half of Mount Yotei could be seen, which was unfortunate. The breakfast buffet offered both Japanese and Western options with a rich variety of delicious dishes. We stayed in a type with two rooms: a bedroom and DK (dining kitchen), both offering views of Mount Yotei. I rated Facility & equipment four stars due to its lack of wheelchair accessibility; however, everything else including amenities was highly satisfactory.

I was satisfied.
The hotel was quite clean and the service was excellent. I was surprised that the breakfast buffet offered unlimited salmon roe. Keep up the good work. I'm cheering for you.

Very comfortable
I visited Niseko for the first time and stayed at a truly wonderful hotel. The meals were also very delicious. There was salmon roe available from the morning, and I was able to enjoy it generously on my rice. The family bath in the hot spring was available, so we were able to use it and relax. The next day, I used the large public bath, which also had an open-air bath, and it was great to be able to enjoy it. The gondola was right next to the hotel, so I thought it would be great for those who want to snowboard or ski. I definitely want to stay at Ki Niseko again when I visit Hokkaido. It became a memorable experience. Thank you very much.
