An Accommodation I’d Love to Visit Again
Regardless of whether you’re vegan or not, everything served was incredibly delicious, and I felt soothed from the very first bite. It’s the kind of flavor that makes you understand what “deeply nourishing” really means. The natural lavender herbal bath in the Room was wonderfully calming—just as comforting as an Onsen. The peaceful atmosphere was lovely; I wished I could have stayed longer. Thanks to the owners’ warm personalities, their natural, unpretentious hospitality felt like the very best kind of service.

We are not committed to plant-based cuisine for its own sake; we simply devote ourselves to “delivering the true deliciousness of vegetables as it is” and “pursuing nature’s blessings.” Our dishes happen to be plant-based as a result, so it means the world to us that you enjoyed them simply as “everything served was truly delicious,” regardless of any vegan label. From the very first bite, you were able to sense the deep, nourishing flavors of the vegetables, and our chef was deeply moved. While our Accommodation does not have an Onsen, we were relieved to hear that you were able to relax so much—enjoying bath time in your Room and the quiet of Nakafurano—that you felt you “wanted to stay longer,” forgetting about everyday life. We are truly humbled by your warm words about our natural style of hospitality; your kindness gave us even more energy as a couple. Please come back next time for an even longer, more leisurely stay. We look forward to welcoming you back from the bottom of our hearts.

When city life throws your routine off—late nights, early mornings, and rushed meals—the delicious, gentle vegetable dishes here give you renewed energy. At Erba Stella, you can’t even hear a clock ticking; you lose track of time as conversation flows between the two of you. No matter how many times we visit, we leave not only with satisfied stomachs but also with our hearts and minds Clear and refreshed, ready to return to work. The wonderful chef and the smiling madam are truly soothing. We’d love to keep this place as our own secret hideout, but we wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

Impressive and delicious vegetable dishes
One of the purposes of this trip was to enjoy the delicious food of Hokkaido, and we were eagerly looking forward to the meals here. However, they exceeded our expectations and left us deeply impressed. I have always loved vegetables and fruits, but the organic vegetables and herbs carefully grown by the owners, along with ingredients meticulously selected from local farmers, were brought to life by the chef's exceptional skills. Every dish was truly delightful. Although it was just a one-night stay, I felt completely refreshed and rejuvenated. It’s not easy for us to visit Furano often, but if we have another chance in the future, we will definitely return. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Relax and Unwind in Furano
Stayed for one night in July 2025! Chosen for its proximity to the enchanting lavender fields of Furano. The experience exceeded expectations, offering a sense of escape and relaxation with a serene flow of time—truly the ultimate healing retreat. The organic vegetables, transformed by the master’s magic, brought harmony to both body and soul. Looking forward to visiting during a different season!
