  A small Accommodatio...

  A small Accommodation in a quiet location. Although the Facilities are old, everything was thoroughly cleaned. The open-air bath in the Room was spacious enough to soak comfortably, and I was able to relax. Breakfast was also lavish and enjoyable—almost like dinner. Overall it is a very nice Accommodation, but there were two disappointing points. My husband uses a wheeled walker. Even though we discussed this by phone in advance, after we arrived we were told, “You cannot use a walker.” We happened to have brought a non-wheeled walker in the car, so we managed, but without it we would not have been able to stay and would have been at a loss. If walkers cannot be used, I wish you had told us at the time we informed you beforehand that it wasn’t allowed. The second issue was that there were no yukata. Your website says as part of your hospitality that guests can choose “colored yukata or loungewear,” but we couldn’t find any in the Room or in the lobby, and ended up spending our stay without yukata. If they are not provided in the Room, some guidance would have been helpful. The Reviews were very good and we went looking forward to our stay, so this was truly disappointing.

  It was a blissful time.

  Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality. From the warm welcome upon our arrival until we left the Accommodation, our stay exceeded our expectations in every way. The tasteful selection of tea and sweets served on arrival only heightened our anticipation for the meals. Both dinner and breakfast were thoughtfully prepared, with each dish carefully crafted, and my wife and I enjoyed them with genuine admiration. The salt served alongside was perfectly balanced and paired wonderfully with both sashimi and rice. As I had mentioned ingredients I do not care for, you kindly adjusted the menu accordingly, allowing me to enjoy everything deliciously. We are truly grateful to the head chef and the attendant for their considerate care. For bathing, we enjoyed the open-air bath attached to our Room as well as the large public bath and two open-air baths (rotating by time). All were at a comfortable temperature with excellent water quality, and we bathed four times during our stay. For us as a couple who travel to enjoy baths and great food, it was pure bliss. One small regret is that while we loved the Onsen manju in our Room, we only learned afterward that if we had ordered in advance the day before, we could have purchased freshly made ones the next day. This is an Accommodation we would love to visit again.

Our accommodations for ingredients you prefer to avoid reflect the heartfelt wish of both our head chef and attendants for guests to enjoy their dining experience with complete peace of mind. We are also relieved and happy to hear that you enjoyed our smooth-textured natural hot spring as many as four times during your stay, truly savoring each bath. Being able to offer “a blissful time” to guests who love bathing and fine food is the greatest honor for us as an Accommodation. We sincerely apologize that we did not properly inform you about our Onsen manju. The “freshly made taste,” available with a Reservation made by the day before, is one of our proud recommendations. We would be grateful if you could consider it for your next visit, and please feel free to let us know when you are checking out. Encouraged by your kind words—“We would definitely like to visit again”—we will continue striving so we can welcome you next time with even more refined hospitality. All of us look forward wholeheartedly to seeing both of you again.

  It was a pleasant surprise.

  We arrived early and asked to wait inside ahead of time, despite the inconvenience. Everyone welcomed us with warm smiles and never seemed bothered. It’s a small Accommodation, but we could truly feel the attentive hospitality in every detail. The Room type we stayed in had an open-air bath, and the water was excellent. Dinner was served on beautiful tableware with delicious dishes that everyone enjoyed. Breakfast was just as substantial as dinner. The rice was exceptionally good, and you could tell great care had gone into it. My cousin, who has trouble walking, was especially happy because the Onsen area was flat and close by. We were completely satisfied with our stay. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

  This is an Accommodation I’d love to visit again.

  I stayed here during Golden Week. It’s in a quiet location, and I was able to relax and take it easy. The meals, Onsen, and service were all excellent and attentive. Thank you as well for the lovely souvenir when I checked out. I would love to stay again.
