  Convenient Location

  The accommodation felt very cramped after a long time. I remembered the position of the light switch, but it might be confusing for others. I thought cleanliness was good, but the dirt on the toilet door really stood out... This was a major negative point. It was affordable for a short stay, but I might not choose to stay at regular rates. The lobby was overwhelmed with suitcases being stored—quite a sight! It seems to cater mostly to inbound travelers.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the room size, unclear facilities, and cleanliness during your visit. Regarding the position of the light switches, we take your feedback seriously and will consider it as an area for improvement moving forward. The issue with the cleanliness of the restroom door is unacceptable, and we deeply regret that our cleaning and inspection were insufficient. We will promptly review our cleaning procedures to prevent recurrence. Additionally, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the large number of luggage items in the lobby. On that day, a mandatory facility inspection was conducted from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, requiring guests staying in-house to temporarily leave the premises. As a result, there was a temporary concentration of luggage from check-in and check-out guests in the lobby during this period. While this is not typical under normal circumstances, we deeply regret any disruption caused on that particular day due to operational necessities.   It was a birthday trip.

  It was a birthday trip. Even though it wasn't my actual birthday, I received a birthday message and thoughtful gestures, allowing me to spend wonderful time with my loved one. Actually, I have stayed at Mitsui's Hotel for my birthday trips every year, but such thoughtful gestures were only provided by Millennium Mitsui Garden Hotel Tokyo. Thank you very much. I will definitely stay here again next time!

  The bath was separat...

  The bath was separate from the toilet and there was a washing area, which is why I chose this Hotel, but the bathtub was narrow. I couldn't stretch my legs, and it was narrower than the bathtub at home. It's understandable that prices surge during the Christmas season, but it's unfortunate that the narrow bathtub couldn't soothe my tired body. It feels like the washing area was forcibly squeezed into a small Room. There is no dressing area either. It didn't feel like a Hotel worth spending over 50,000 yen per night. The location is excellent, but it seems that's the only selling point. The breakfast was delicious, but I had to carry my own luggage. There was no explanation about the Room. I would understand if it were a Business Hotel, but I'm not sure. I would recommend another Hotel instead.

  Good Stays

  The Room had a bathtub, so I could relax. It was inconvenient not to have a dressing room. There are many such places at Mitsui Garden Hotel. The breakfast was simply seasoned but delicious. There are many healthy menu options.

  Stylish Hotel in Ginza

  It was a very convenient hotel in Ginza. Everything was efficient and comfortable in the room, but it was a pity that the view outside the window was a wall, which is understandable in the middle of Ginza. We had lunch separately from our stay, and it was very delicious, with attentive service in a wonderful setting.

  Very convenient, with many inbound guests!

  It was in a very convenient location, right next to Higashi-Ginza Station. With GINZA SIX, Kabukiza Theatre, and Tsukiji Outer Market nearby, it seems to be very popular not only with Japanese guests but also with international visitors. The room was also very user-friendly and comfortable.
