    The location was great.

    First, I was shocked at how extremely dirty the toilet near the front desk was. I trusted only the Hotel name and expected a certain level of service, which was a mistake. Why don’t they clean it even though there are staff at the front desk? Why don’t they check it? This is an issue even before hospitality. The Room was also dusty...

    A convenient and qui...

    A convenient and quiet Hotel close to the downtown area. The Hotel is old, but the rooms are clean. It was reasonably priced for the room size. I would like to stay again.

    I had a pleasant stay.

    We stayed for two nights with three people. We had a very comfortable stay, but the only disappointing point was the sink—it was quite difficult to use. The bathroom was spacious, the bathtub was large and relaxing, and having a window made it bright and pleasant. The bench by the Room entrance was a wonderful touch, and both the flooring and tatami area felt gentle underfoot. The toilet was also roomy, and the bed was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the drinks—besides water, the coffee and tea were delicious. The closet was large and easy to use, and we loved the sliding doors to the toilet and living area—they felt quiet and soothing. It was the best Hotel we have stayed at so far. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    If you’re visiting Kanazawa, this Hotel is the perfect place to start.

    I think the view of Kanazawa from this Hotel is wonderful. The panorama from the lobby in particular is breathtaking. The view from the Room is also very enjoyable, as there is nothing around to block it. That alone made me want to stay again. In the lobby, soft drinks and teas are available free of charge. Being able to relax while enjoying the scenery makes it even more pleasant. At times, I saw some guests bringing in food and even alcohol and having a party there. Since the staff did not say anything, I assume it is allowed; however, I had thought it was a place to spend time quietly, so that point left me slightly unsure. Breakfast was excellent as well—especially the curry and mapo tofu. I was happy they were offered again just like last time. The restaurant staff were courteous and attentive, which I appreciated. If I could ask for one thing, it would be a brief guide explaining the local dishes. There was an item where sashimi was sandwiched between pieces of kelp, but there was no information about its name or how to eat it. Since it was my first time seeing it, I ended up asking staff questions—what kind of fish it was, whether to remove the kelp, whether to add soy sauce, etc.—so a simple explanation would have been helpful. The location is within walking distance of Kanazawa Station and convenient for visiting sightseeing spots as well. The grocery section in the basement was also handy. I would definitely like to stay again.

    Even better during the New Year holidays.

    Following last year, we stayed again over the New Year holidays. With traditional New Year decorations and osechi at breakfast, we were able to enjoy the unique atmosphere of Kanazawa, and once again had a very satisfying stay. This year there was also snow on the ground, making the view of Kanazawa from our high-floor room even more memorable. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much for everything this time as well.

    Thank you for your continued support.

    I stay here whenever I visit Kanazawa. In this Room, I was concerned that it took a very long time for the hot water to fill the bath and it was slow. The amenities provided, as well as the soap and shampoo in the Room, had a lovely scent, making the bath very pleasant. It is also very convenient to be able to go directly to the department store on the lower floors, which is great for shopping. The breakfast venue was on the same 16th floor as the front desk; it had a great view, was spacious, and wasn’t crowded, so I could enjoy breakfast at a relaxed pace. Thank you always for your hospitality. I look forward to staying again in the future.

    The Hotel is old, so...

    The Hotel is old, so the bathroom and amenities were average. However, the service was excellent. I stayed for two nights and had a pleasant experience.

    About the Room

    The curtains were torn, and the wallpaper near the floor was peeling, which was a bit disappointing. However, the woman at the front desk was very kind. Thanks to our Multiple Night Stay, we were able to enjoy exploring Kanazawa city.

    The view from the 16th floor is always impressive, offering a stunning panorama. The lounge's drink service was especially appreciated during this summer's record-breaking heat, providing refreshing relief and a relaxing space that I enjoyed multiple times during my stay. Overall, thank you for ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience.

    I had a quiet and peaceful stay.

    Conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to access sightseeing and shopping. The high floors offered stunning views from the front desk and during breakfast. The staff provided attentive service. It was quiet, allowing for a relaxing and restful stay.

    I stayed for 2 nights. The Room description mentioned a kettle, coffee, and tea, so I assumed complimentary water would also be provided. However, there was none in the Room. When I inquired at the front desk, I was informed that water is available for purchase. Most Hotels usually provide complimentary water, so this was surprising. While it’s not a major issue, if it’s not provided for free, there should be clear information about its availability as a paid service either in the Room or during check-in. Additionally, at check-in, I was told that the lounge could be used between certain hours. The next morning when I tried to use it and asked the staff at reception about access, they presented me with a price list which caught me off guard. Since water wasn’t complimentary in the Room, I assumed lounge access might compensate for that as a free service. The explanation given during check-in made it seem like usage of the lounge was included without additional charges; clearer guidance would have been appreciated. The Room itself felt like an average Business Hotel—neither particularly good nor bad—but since the building is old overall cleanliness may not meet high expectations. Also, operating the air conditioning system wasn’t very intuitive; those sensitive to temperature might want to visit during milder weather conditions. Overall, due to some dissatisfaction with services and lack of clarity on certain aspects mentioned above, my rating reflects these concerns regarding satisfaction levels during my stay.

    Request for Employee Training

    The breakfast was better than expected. However, it was disappointing that the Room cleaning was not thorough. The area around the TV was dusty, but after mentioning it to a female staff member, it was cleaned properly the next day. Additionally, during breakfast, a male staff member guided me to my seat, but the table was dirty. When I asked for it to be cleaned, his way of wiping the table was so poor that I found it shocking. I hope staff training can be improved further.

    The first day of the Multiple Night Stay is perfect.

    I decided to stay here because of its proximity to Omicho Market and the view from the high-floor room. As a result, I was glad I stayed. The location is as excellent as expected. It's within walking distance from Kanazawa Station if you don't have luggage. There is a department store on the lower floors, which was very convenient. Omicho Market is right there, so you can buy various things and enjoy them in your room. The view from the room was as expected. I booked a Castle View Room, so I had a great view of Kanazawa Castle Park. One thing to note is that there are Standard Twin and Premium Twin rooms. They differ in whether the bath and toilet are separate and in size. The hotel staff informed me in advance that I had mistakenly booked a different room for a multiple night stay. I definitely recommend the Premium Twin. It's nice to have a spacious area to enjoy what you've bought while looking outside. I also frequently used the free lounge next to the front desk. Although it only offered coffee, tea, and soft drinks, the view was excellent. I used it often. It would be even better with alcohol, but I look forward to that next time. I highly recommend having breakfast. Perhaps because it was New Year's and the market was closed, there was only marinated tuna for sashimi, which was a bit disappointing. However, I enjoyed New Year's dishes like osechi, otoso, and zoni, which are not usually available. The staff at the breakfast venue were impressively professional in their attire and service. It was wonderful. I spent a relaxing and leisurely New Year's holiday in a wonderful environment. Thank you very much.

    Wonderful view from the Room

    I chose this hotel because it is close to Omicho Market and located on a high floor, so the view seemed beautiful. The result was as expected. From the front desk and the lounge next to it, you can enjoy a wonderful view of Kanazawa city. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I was very satisfied. The breakfast was also diverse and delicious, and I had a great time with a similarly good view. Everything was wonderful, but I would like to mention one point that could be improved. I requested to change my breakfast from the regular one to a wellness breakfast. The staff only informed me that the change was possible, without explaining that there would be an additional charge. At checkout, I was suddenly asked to pay 2000 yen for the breakfast change. When I mentioned that there was no information about this when I requested the change, I was told, "We apologize." If there is an additional charge, shouldn't it be explained when the change is requested? The impression of the hotel, which I found wonderful until then, became slightly disappointing at checkout. Even if the same 2000 yen is paid, just informing in advance would make a significant difference in service. I hope you consider what is truly the minimum service from the customer's perspective. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. I felt that with a little more thoughtfulness from the staff, the impression of the hotel would improve. If so, it would become a hotel I would want to stay at again.

    The view from the upper floors was very nice.

    The front desk is on the 16th floor, higher than the surrounding buildings, offering a panoramic view as the first impression. Due to the season, the Room felt cold. The heating worked well, but it was dry, so the humidifying air purifier was useful. The scent of the body soap and shampoo was pleasant, but it took time to fill the bathtub, possibly due to the boiler's performance. Also, the windows were foggy, making it hard to see outside, so I thought cleaning the outer windows might be necessary. I was looking forward to breakfast, but it was almost the same for two days, which was disappointing. The lounge had a drink service, which was very nice, but it would have been even better if there were some snacks to accompany the drinks.

    First trip to Kanazawa. I was very satisfied.

    I used it for attending a live event. I was able to reach the Hotel without getting lost as it is right in front of the bus stop. It was also convenient to get to the live venue as the bus stop is across the road. I bought prepared foods and souvenirs at Emza. The drink service was also appreciated. Breakfast was good. It's amazing that you can choose the egg dishes! They were very delicious. There were plenty of dishes, including Kanazawa curry. Also, the smiles and service of the staff at the breakfast venue were wonderful. Being able to dine in a good atmosphere while enjoying the view became a lovely memory. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity to come to Kanazawa.

    I used a twin Room. The Room was spacious and nice. Both the Western and Japanese breakfasts were very delicious. If I have the opportunity to visit Kanazawa again, I would like to use it. Thank you very much.

    It was nice.

    I usually stay at the Crowne Plaza, but this time, I was reminded of my eldest son's entrance ceremony. The room was comfortable with a pleasant makeover and spacious. If dining alone, I recommend the B1 at Emza, and if dining with everyone, the Chinese restaurant in the Hotel is highly recommended. Everyone, please enjoy delicious food with Shaoxing wine and have a great time.

    I was able to relax in the spacious Room.

    Close proximity to Omicho Market, with separate bedroom, bath, and toilet, offering ample space. The view is also wonderful.

    Overall, it is of a high standard, but the air conditioning settings during the change of seasons are concerning.

    When I checked at the front desk, I found out it was my fifth stay. Although it has "INN" in its name, the only difference is the lack of concierge and bell service, and overall, it can be considered a city hotel without any issues. The view from the lobby and restaurant is among the best in Kanazawa. The hotel is a renovated old building, but not only have the floors and walls been replaced, the Premium Twin rooms are equipped with separate bath and toilet facilities, making it comparable to a new hotel. However, the air conditioning is centralized for the entire building, with only the ability to switch between strong and weak settings. On the day of my stay, even with the air conditioning turned off, it was a bit cold, so I wore extra layers. I'm concerned about whether they can handle sudden temperature changes during the changing seasons, such as sudden cold or the hot Foehn phenomenon unique to the Hokuriku region. The breakfast included several local specialty foods and items handmade in the hotel's kitchen, with a relatively large variety overall. However, considering the posted price, the ordinary quality of the grilled fish and bacon and sausages left an impression of just barely passing.

    A hotel with a view of the castle

    The facility is old, but clean, and above all, the view from the 16th-floor front desk is wonderful. You can see the castle's forest well. The drink service is also a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was abundant in both quality and quantity. Great value for money. It's right in front of Omicho Market, and within walking distance to Higashi Chaya District and Kenrokuen Garden.
