    It was comfortable.

    This was my first stay, and I was very satisfied—the Room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I would like to stay here again when visiting Shinjuku.

    Poor drainage.

    Poor drainage... The sink fills up the moment you turn on the water. For a second I thought the stopper wasn’t open, but it was... This is a relatively new Hotel in the area—so why?? The shower water pressure isn’t just a trickle, but it’s quite weak. The hallway is hot. Great location and the building seems well constructed, so it’s a shame.

    It was very comfortable.

    I had a very comfortable stay. Even though I arrived early, you kindly let me into my Room early, which was a huge help. Thanks to that, I was able to relax before heading out in the evening. The water and hot-water dispenser in the hallway was very convenient! The Room was clean and lovely. There wasn’t a single negative point. All of the staff were wonderful as well. Thank you very much.

    It was a very nice Hotel.

    The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming with warm smiles. Both the Hotel and the Room were clean and well maintained, so we had a very comfortable stay. In the evening, we visited Akasaka Umaya on the first floor. The high ceilings create a calm yet bright atmosphere, and everything was incredibly delicious! All of the staff were pleasant as well, and we enjoyed dishes such as motsunabe at a relaxed pace. We also had breakfast there, which had a different atmosphere and was just as delicious. We would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

    First time staying here.

    The Room had a separate toilet and bathroom, which was very convenient, and the bathtub was deep—something Japanese guests will especially appreciate. I was also satisfied with how comfortable the bed was and how delicious the breakfast was. As for service, I felt it was a little lacking for a Hotel at this price point. Regarding the location, the street near the Hotel one block off the main road is not particularly clean. However, its proximity to Shinjuku Station’s South Exit is very appealing.

    This was my third st...

    This was my third stay. The location is very convenient and ideal for both sightseeing and business, and the Facilities are well equipped, so I was able to spend my time very comfortably overall. The staff are also courteous, and I feel at ease staying here every time. However, compared to before, some of the Facilities felt a bit dated. I was also slightly concerned that the towels looked a little yellowed. If these points could be improved in the future, I think it would make for an even better stay.

    Wi‑Fi was the bigges...

    Wi‑Fi was the biggest issue. It frequently disconnected, which is unacceptable for a Hotel in the city center. I stayed for 4 nights six years ago, and this time for 3 nights. The breakfast selection was much smaller than before, which was very disappointing.

    It was clean.

    It was helpful to be near Shinjuku Station. The location was great, and dining out was easy. The bath was spacious, which was nice.

    A conveniently located Hotel near Shinjuku Station

    This was my first time staying at Hotel Blossom Shinjuku. I chose it for the convenient location. I was surprised by how many international guests there were. I was a bit disappointed to be on the 2nd floor this time, but when I went to my Room, I saw an international guest sitting on the floor in the hallway… and wasn’t sure what to do. There is a microwave and laundry area on the 6th floor, and when I went there, there was an international couple with a lot of laundry. The Room was compact but comfortable and perfectly fine overall. A few hours after checkout, I asked staff to check for something I had left behind in the Room, but they said nothing had been found… That was a little disappointing. It felt like a Hotel with a very high percentage of inbound guests rather than domestic travelers.

    Convenient

    The breakfast looked great, so I decided to stay. Most of the other guests were foreigners. It was very convenient as it is just a short walk from Shinjuku Station. The staff were friendly and there were no issues with their service. The room was clean, and although the view wasn't great, it wasn't a problem. However, I would prefer if the body towels were disposable or new ones provided for each guest to take home if desired. The meals focused on Japanese cuisine and everything was delicious. The eggs are a highlight; since raw eggs aren't commonly offered elsewhere, I enjoyed having egg over rice here. The Aso milk had a natural sweetness and was delightful, and I appreciated that pudding was also available. The omelets were soft and creamy—very tasty! Its focus on Japanese food and proximity to Shinjuku Station seem to be reasons why it's popular among foreign travelers. If given the chance, I'd like to stay again!

    Shampoo, conditioner

    The shampoo and conditioner provided in the bathroom were very good. I was only slightly concerned about the placement of the hairdryer.

    Overall, it's good, but

    I used it for my parents' stay. The room was clean and nice. The TV and other amenities were well-placed, giving a sense of spaciousness. It was also nice to be able to get hot and cold water in the elevator hall. Despite being a hotel, they found it amusing that the bathroom was a unit bath. My father said he wasn't very impressed with the breakfast.
