    Catering-style meals

    The Room with a private pool is pricey, but it was excellent. The weather is pleasantly cool, making it a great place for a summer getaway. There is also a private pool and an Onsen, so you can likely enjoy your stay even without a pool Room. It was disappointing that the meals felt like catered food despite the relatively high price. I understand it may be difficult to secure a chef, though...

    Very satisfied

    The open-air bath attached to the Room was amazing. The Room was also clean. We also enjoyed playing table tennis and darts.

    It was the best accommodation.

    The Room, meals, and service were all outstanding—an exceptional Accommodation. We stayed in the “Itsuki” Room. It made us never want to leave the Accommodation even for a moment. Both the open-air bath with a private pool and the in-room open-air bath were spotless and wonderful. We enjoyed the in-room open-air bath right up until just before check-out. We also used the complimentary drink service in the hallway many times. We didn’t buy any drinks on the way there, but we had no trouble at all. I recommend checking in early. We will definitely stay again. Thank you very much.

    Thank you for your help with the meals and everything else.

    It’s in a nice location with a good atmosphere. The disappointing part is the food. Dinner (appetizer, main, dessert, etc.) was at the level of store-bought deli food in town, and there were no local specialties. Breakfast: the rice was cold and not glossy, and the miso soup was lukewarm. The bath in the Room is nice. The bed is an unusual combination: a single mattress with a double-size duvet.

    An accommodation where you can enjoy peace and quiet and relax in the Onsen

    The Ryokan had a calm, quiet atmosphere throughout, and I was able to relax in great comfort. As there weren’t many guests, it was wonderfully peaceful, and I enjoyed the luxury of an open-air Onsen surrounded by forest. What stood out most were the open-air bath and the Onsen pool—both spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for unwinding. The Room also had its own private open-air bath, which was a real highlight as I could continue enjoying the Onsen after returning to my Room. The Room size was just right, making for a very comfortable stay. Dinner shabu-shabu was generous in portion and absolutely delicious, and breakfast was also excellent—another major highlight of this stay. The Facility also offered recreational options such as darts and table tennis, which made the time on-site even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a truly memorable stay, and I highly recommend this Accommodation to anyone looking to enjoy Onsen and great food in a quiet setting.

    This is my third stay in the past six months.

    From the bath and Room to the service, cleanliness, and even the meals, everything was reassuring once again, with the same consistent quality as always. Lately, perhaps due to a shortage of chefs, there are many Accommodations where even at far-from-cheap rates the experience falls short and leaves you disappointed. In contrast, this place serves carefully prepared dishes every time, and I can truly feel satisfied on each visit. They also show thoughtful attention to returning guests in a subtle way, and I genuinely felt the warmth of “they remembered me.” It was extremely comfortable, and I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay. This is an Accommodation you can trust—one that naturally makes you think, “I want to come back.”

    Wedding Anniversary

    We chose this accommodation to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. Everything, from the service, room, bath, to the meals, was absolutely excellent. Even though we requested an anniversary cake just the day before, they prepared a very delicious cake for us. They even gave us a framed photo taken with the cake as a gift during breakfast the next morning, creating an unforgettable memory. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you so much to all the staff members.

    ここに泊まる価値は間違いなくあります

    The staff at the Hotel are all hospitable and considerate, welcoming us from the moment we parked our car. Each Room has an Onsen, and the Room is clean, comfortable, and the bedding is cozy. We had kaiseki cuisine for dinner, which was delicate and delicious. I highly recommend staying for a few days at the couple's open-air bath Stays Fujinoya.

    We were forcibly evicted during the typhoon.

    The Room had an open-air bath and a pool, making it very comfortable. On the day of checkout, a typhoon was approaching, and the rain and wind were extremely strong. When I called the front desk to ask if the highway was operational, I was told it was uncertain, but it would be safer to leave now, and I was hastily urged to check out and was essentially kicked out. The outside was far from safe. The wind was strong, large trees had fallen, and some roads were impassable. Of course, the highway was also closed. I wish they would take more responsibility for their words.
