    Room for 5 Guests

    We stayed in a detached Room (no open-air bath). It was great that all five of us could stay together in one Room. It didn’t have an open-air bath, but since we were staying with coworkers, the large public bath was more than enough. Going up the stairs from the lobby (lounge), the detached Rooms and baths are lined up, creating a charming atmosphere. Many of the staff were from overseas and provided multilingual support, giving the impression that they are well prepared for international guests. There were also many international guests.

    Used for a class reunion.

    We stayed at this accommodation for a reunion with five university friends after 39 years. The room was in a separate building, allowing us to enjoy chatting without worrying about neighbors and have a great time reconnecting. Although the tatami mats showed some signs of age, the room did not feel cramped even with five people. Most of the staff were from overseas but provided excellent explanations about the meals in fluent Japanese. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the private family bath due to timing issues, but we enjoyed two visits to the large public bath—once on our first night and again the next morning—and appreciated the stunning view of Mount Yufu from the open-air Onsen. The meals were delicious; however, we felt that reducing one or two dishes would have been sufficient as there was too much food. As for suggestions, since guests are likely to use Onsen multiple times during their stay, it would be helpful if each person had two sets of yukata available in their room. Additionally, at night in the free drink area, coffee and snacks ran out and were only replenished after asking staff; improving this aspect would enhance guest satisfaction. Overall, it was a wonderful one-night stay at this charming accommodation where I could relax and enjoy quality time with my friends.

    I stayed here during...

    I stayed here during a trip with my mother. The Hotel staff were all very polite and made our stay very pleasant. Additionally, every dish was delicious and received high praise from my mother. I would definitely like to visit again!

    The Onsen, various facilities, and the cuisine were excellent.

    The detached guest room was very comfortable, featuring a spacious tatami area and a quiet bedroom, allowing for a relaxing stay. The open-air bath in the large public bath offered stunning views of Mount Yufu, making the location exceptional. Both dinner and breakfast showcased local delicacies from the mountains and sea, providing delightful discoveries. The staff were all foreigners who made great efforts to communicate in Japanese, leaving a positive impression. However, there were limitations in communication skills, so it might be better to expect hotel-like services rather than those of a traditional Ryokan. For instance, guests had to go to the front desk themselves for yukata size exchanges; staff could not recommend suitable drinks for certain dishes; and even when dining leisurely, guests were urged to proceed faster. While the facilities are excellent, we hope for improvements in service quality moving forward.

    Room is the best

    Cottage-style, wooden structure with the warmth of wood, and tatami Room is calming. The Room bath and open-air bath in the Room warmed both body and soul. The food was excellent in content and taste. I would like to visit again in autumn.

    New Year's Holiday

    Stayed for 2 nights from January 1st. I was initially concerned about the staff being foreigners, but everyone was kind and the service was smooth. The New Year's cuisine was of high quality. The meals on the second day were different, so I didn't get bored. The bar time was complimentary. I had an enjoyable and delicious stay.

    Celebration of Mother's 88th Birthday

    We used four separate rooms for 10 people to celebrate my mother's 88th birthday. The service was very courteous, and although we had small children, we had an enjoyable stay... After the front desk closed, we wished there was a vending machine at night, but the autumn leaves were beautiful, and it turned out to be a satisfying stay. Thank you.
