  Perfect for family trips.

  My sister and her husband from the U.S. visited Japan, and we used this accommodation for a one-night trip with our parents. The maisonette had 3 rooms with baths, each spacious, and the first floor featured a kitchen-equipped dining area and a living room with a fireplace, providing ample space even for 7 people. The center lounge offered alcohol-free drinks from morning to evening, which was perfect for those who enjoy non-alcoholic beverages (laughs). The young staff provided excellent service, while the experienced staff offered solid support when needed. We booked quite early at a very reasonable price; although there was an additional fee for early check-in, we opted for it. Please note that lounge access is available only after check-in. One night felt too short—I’d love to stay 2 or 3 nights next time!

  Enjoyed a 2-night, 3-day stay in Karuizawa with tennis and bowling!

  We stayed as a three-generation family. Having stayed at all the other Prince accommodations in Karuizawa, this was our long-awaited stay at the villa. Honestly, there were many things we couldn't understand from the site alone, but we decided to trust the good reviews and had high expectations. The result exceeded our expectations. The staff were all pleasant without exception. I believe it’s much harder to have an entire team consistently excellent than having just one standout individual—truly impressive! *However, when we went for dinner at West, there was someone at both the restaurant and reception whose responses left us puzzled.* My elderly in-laws have mobility issues, but despite feeling apologetic about calling for shuttle service every time we moved around, everyone responded kindly and courteously each time. The room had a high ceiling in the living area and a calm atmosphere in the bedroom; my mother-in-law was particularly impressed by how each room had different curtains. The trees on-site seemed meticulously planned out, creating an amazing view. With 25 years of experience working for a travel agency and visiting numerous facilities over that time, I can confidently say this accommodation is worth its price. I hope to save up again and stay here once more! There’s so much I’d like to share about this place; however, I think some surprises are best experienced firsthand without prior information—so please choose this accommodation with confidence! *If amenities and rooms were rated separately: The room would receive 5 out of 5 points.*
