    The Best Resort Hotel

    This was my third stay, the first in several years. I was truly impressed by the staff’s warm smiles, thoughtful and professional attention to detail, and outstanding hospitality that feels personal to each guest. Thanks to them, I enjoyed a comfortable 3-night, 4-day stay. All of the meals were delicious—the Japanese and Western breakfast options, sea bream chazuke, and the shabu-shabu dinner course. The portions were just right as well. I especially appreciated being able to enjoy everything in my Room. The drink service in the lounge and other touches were also very well considered. The Room was cleaned thoroughly down to every detail, making my stay very pleasant. I’d love to visit again before the new outlet opens next year (while Reservations are still available). Thank you very much for everything.

    A Very Enjoyable Hotel

    There were lots of events prepared, and we had a wonderful time. The staff were very kind. The views are amazing. However, the bathtub was a bit small, and the water drained before it could fill up to the top, so it was cold. Even so, breakfast was excellent, and next time I’d like to stay with my grandchildren.

    The staff were very attentive, and it was a wonderful Hotel where their care and effort to help guests have a great time really came through. I would definitely like to stay again.

    It was comfortable.

    We stayed as a family of four. With fewer rooms, there weren’t many guests, allowing adults to relax in the lounge. The highly-rated breakfast was delicious, offering both Japanese and Western options. Having meals in the room was a calm and enjoyable experience. Our daughter loved the marshmallows and shaved ice at the bonfire lounge. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, which we greatly appreciated.

    Excellent Hospitality

    It was excellent. The view from the Room, its spaciousness, cleanliness, and amenities were all very satisfying. The all-inclusive lounge offered a wide variety of drinks and food, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We chose a Plan that allowed our relatives living in Fukuoka to join us, and activities like making s'mores at the bonfire lounge, fireworks, and festival events became wonderful experiences for our 2-year-old child. All the staff were kind and attentive, creating great memories for us. Thank you very much. This is a Hotel we would love to visit again!

    For the first time in 10 years

    Stayed for the first time in 10 years. Although Marinoa City is no longer there, the perfect scale and excellent location remain unchanged. The night view from the room's bath and the sunrise from the balcony were truly soothing. The lounge, which didn’t exist 10 years ago, was well-stocked with drinks and food, leaving my accompanying parents deeply impressed. Having breakfast leisurely in the room was also a big plus. We booked a short-stay plan for baseball viewing at the dome, but it was great to use the lounge even before check-in. Despite returning late after watching the game, we enjoyed delicious ramen at the lounge. I was touched that you remembered our stay from 10 years ago and appreciated the lovely gift left in our room. The high level of hospitality from all staff remains unchanged, giving us peace of mind. We plan to visit again this year for another baseball game and will definitely choose Marinoa Resort despite being a bit far away. Thank you for such a memorable and wonderful stay!

    We stayed with our 1-year-old and 4-year-old children. Unfortunately, it rained, so we couldn't explore the surroundings, but we enjoyed watching the ships from our room. The facility is a bit dated but well-maintained, clean, and equipped with sufficient amenities for a comfortable stay. Despite some wind and light rain, we were able to enjoy fireworks at the campfire lounge under a roof, which became a wonderful memory for the kids. It was cold, so we left early, but the staff's kind service stood out—they took photos for us and frequently provided wet wipes since s'mores can get messy. Their attentiveness made our experience pleasant. Since our children are young, it would have been helpful if access to certain activities started around 7:30 PM. The next morning, due to an early flight schedule, we left quickly after breakfast; having breakfast served in-room allowed us to eat without worrying about others around us. However, as the table height was somewhat awkward for small children, providing small chairs for kids would be greatly appreciated by families traveling with little ones.

    It was a wonderful marina Hotel.

    Soaking in the bathtub while gazing at the marina sparkling in the morning sun was an extraordinary and wonderful experience. The hospitality of the staff was warm and welcoming, allowing for a truly relaxing stay.

    A wonderful Resort Hotel that children will love

    We stayed in a room with a loft, which is quite rare, for our family trip. The large windows offered a panoramic view of the seaside and cityscape, creating an open and relaxing atmosphere. The lounge was accessible in the afternoon and evening, where both children and adults enjoyed drinks, light snacks, and treats. All staff members—from the front desk to the young employee who guided us to our room, as well as the experienced staff managing the lounge—provided exceptional hospitality that made our stay very comfortable. For dinner, we ordered a party set via room service and enjoyed it at our own pace while relaxing in our accommodation. Breakfast was also served through room service with just the right portions of bread, salad, and other items that were delicious. However, there was one disappointing experience during our stay. When we went to roast marshmallows at night near an area offering drinks and strawberry chocolate fondue making activities, there was a middle-aged man wearing an apron who appeared to be instructing younger staff members in an overbearing manner without regard for guests nearby. His loud behavior left us feeling uncomfortable. Additionally, upon check-in we were given "exchange tickets," but their purpose wasn’t explained clearly. When approaching the fondue area with these tickets later on, this same man abruptly took them from us without explanation or interaction before handing over strawberries dipped in chocolate on a plate—contrary to what we had expected (that children could participate). Frustrated by this lack of communication or opportunity for engagement as anticipated earlier regarding fondue-making experiences specifically tailored towards kids' involvement directly instead indirectly handled instead initially assumed otherwise beforehand altogether entirely overall ultimately eventually finally conclusively summarily succinctly briefly concisely tersely pithily compactly crisply shortly curtly bluntly brusquely terseness abruptness brevity conciseness succinctness compactness crispness shortness curtness blunt abrupt brusque terse concise pithy compact crisp short curt blunt brusque terse concise pithy

    Hotel in the Ghost Town

    The Hotel felt like it was in a ghost town, with the outlet mall gone and the Ferris wheel not operating. Having a car might help, but there is nothing around the Hotel. I had hoped for a nice lounge, but the staff at the Hotel were not particularly kind, leaving me truly disappointed. I deeply regret not choosing a Hotel in Hakata or Tenjin instead.

    We stayed here for my grandchild's exam and appreciated the excellent service. My grandchild had a comfortable stay and enjoyed using the lounge. They also mentioned that the shabu-shabu dinner was delicious. Next time, we hope to stay together and relax at our own pace.

    It was my first stay in a while, and it was just as excellent as last time.

    The view from the window really is wonderful. The yacht harbor right in front of you, the open and expansive scenery stretching even farther than Hakata, the many seagulls perched along the breakwater, the occasional chirping of small birds, and the quiet, peaceful location. For me, it’s the best Hotel in the Hakata area. The Hotel staff were also neat and professional, with courteous service that made my stay very comfortable. Since the outlet mall next door has closed, it can feel a little lonely at night in particular, but my satisfaction with the Hotel hasn’t changed—I’d definitely like to stay here again.

    It was a seaside resort.

    Access to Hakata is not too bad, but the downside is that you will likely need to use a taxi at night. Since drinks at the bar are inclusive, it is great for those who enjoy alcohol.
